We ordered take out yesterday. The food tasted rancid. Beef and broccoli/shrimp and broccoli. This was a mistake.

Found recently in the search for bubble tea. They have awesome bubble tea and great dumplings. The staff is so nice and atmosphere very homey. Can't wait to keep coming back and trying out more of their menu. read more

Avoid this place. Delivery driver stole a package off our porch after giving us the food. We clearly didn't know there was a package out there. A neighbor contacted us after witnessing this and after reviewing the video footage he clearly stole it. He's still employed there because the owner will not fire him. We filed a police report and with any luck he will be prosecuted. Do not eat here. read more

ZERO STARS... this place got my order wrong, then they were completely rude when I called to say so. I was told they're too busy and I could call back tomorrow.. how does that fix my dinner tonight?! Then they hung up on me!! I called back and asked for a manager with the intent of demanding my money back, but they just kept placing me on hold until the same person came back on the line and simply said goodbye. I would NEVER order from this place again.. how rude and unprofessional!!! I understand being busy as I work in the food service industry myself.. mistakes happen. Quality and service is steadily going down. Over the last couple of months the quality of the food has gotten worse. It used to be the best in the area. The food seems greasy now. The service is also a problem. They say 30-45 mins but it's more like 60-90 mins. When you call up to find out where your order is, they just say that it's on the way. If I could give this no stars I would. Just ordered tonight and the pork fried rice was loaded with soy sauce and dry as could be, hardly any veggies, pork or egg. Pork dumplings were mainly dough and the same with the sweet and sour chicken. The steak kew was just swimming in this soupy liquid and the egg roll lacked any real filling just more greasy dough. They even gave me plain fried instead of pork fried rice.The roast pork came in cheap canlike gravy. The only positive is during takeout the people who worked there were very nice. read more

My go to place for takeout! I've always had a favorable experience at Kirin China. I mostly do takeout but have also dined in and had delivery. I usually always get the shrimp rolls, the subgum wonton soup and the dieter's menu of shrimp and vegetables over brown rice. I have also dined in and had the pepper steak, sweet and sour chicken and other dishes. I have not tried sushi but I don't really do sushi. read more

My husband and I really wanted to love this place so we would have a great spot to order for delivery. Unfortunately, I don't know how they received some of the good reviews they did but we were completely underwhelmed. First, our order was delivered and there were 3 problems with it and what they did manage to send was definitely not that impressive. Food was mediocre at best-ordered chicken with bean sprouts and asparagus and got string beans and some asparagus, no bean sprouts at all and the veggies were so soft they bordered on mush. I asked for no egg in our fried rice and it came with egg and the chicken on skewers were so overdone that you could hardly bite into them-almost burned beyond recognition. Now we don't mind paying almost $50 for delivery but when the food comes wrong and does not even taste that good, it is truly upsetting. I called to let them know and they did say it was their fault and mistakes happen and I said I agree but three in one order is unacceptable. I told them that they need to pay more attention to how they take and fill orders. I will say that they offered us a partial credit but we refused because we will not go there or order again. I really hate to have post this but it's hopefully the only way these restaurants will pay more attention. read more
