    Rueben

I loved this place. They had a nice menu that's perfect for lunch. First off their spicy fried pickles were great. They had this like salad I saw someone eating and it looked like something out of a magazine. I ended up ordering the Rueben with a side salad. The side salad was mixed greens with tomatoes, onion and carrots. It was delicious and the Reuben was awesome. My boyfriend got the fried walleye and was also very pleased with his meal. We both picked other things to try another visit. This is very much a chill casual dining experience but their food is 10/10! The inside is very much a bar feeling but the food is like fancy. Service was excellent and friendly, highly recommend trying out! And can't wait to go back

Good food. We had Grouper Tacos, Philly Cheesesteak and Monster Burger and everyone enjoyed their meal.

We enjoyed the bartender at this location. It is a bar with additional family seating. Highlights here were the hush puppies, great tasting burger (it's the recommended burger), and the fish was lightly breaded. All the food was great! Enjoy.

Another nice place to eat in South Haven. I don't think many people will try this place as it is not one of popular places. However, it is a must try. 527 is located at the start of Phoenix Street. It's a small place but clean, comfortable and has good food. The host and waitress were outstanding and friendly. They took our cell phone number and called us when our table was ready. My wife ordered the fish basket. She loved the fresh fish taste and crispy breading. It wasn't too thick or greasy. The fries were very good - nice and crisp with a slight seasoning. I ordered the BLT which was loaded with very tasty bacon. You won't get this much bacon on a BLT anywhere. The bacon had a fantastic flavor and crisp. The onion rings were very good as they had a nice large piece of onion. The breading was slightly thick and mildly greasy. The hush puppies were outstanding as well.

Great burger also ordered the fish n chips. Fish was good but not to the level of the Sinatra burger.

The food was unremarkable. The French fries looked like they were cooked in old oil- full of black flakes. Didn't taste them.

I'm not a huge fan of pretzel bits but you have to try them! The fish is amazing with they're house made tartar sauce . Service was awesome!

Ate here on a Saturday night while visiting town. Friend chicken was over cooked, almost burnt on the outside.

Don't waste your time or a meal on this place. Find something better. Two stars only because it was edible.

All six of us had either the Sinatra or the Waldorf burger, and no complaints at all.

The space is big and well-established. Service was efficient, but not overly friendly. I like that they had an activity sheet to keep the kids occupied. Food and drinks came out pretty quickly! My club with curly fries was delicious, but unfortunately a lot of pickles on the side that wasn't listed on the menu or mentioned (hate it when that happens as a pickle hater!). Nachos were delicious. Other opinions at the table: chicken tender breading was more fish-like and the chicken slid out of it - not very tasty. Chick and twist pasta was bland, no notable spice/flavor to the chicken and sauce congealed. The orange cream drink was a hit - tasted like an orange julius! Overall, okay experience, but food average.

Mushrooms were really good. The winners of the night. The drink absolutely tasted like medicine. Our server didn't go over specials or anything , she seemed like she didn't want to actually work. ( I believed her name starts with an S but cant remember since she literally never came to check on us other than to bring the food ) Place is nice, big and with a lot of history If we ever come back we would def get the mushrooms and potentially just a burger.

No question this is a 5 star experience! Stop reading here and just go there!!!…read more In door or outside seating there's not a single bad seat in the place. We enjoyed the covered outdoor patio sitting area and great ambiance. This is such a smart beautiful little location Our waitress was very quick keep the water refills coming after a long day in the sun, and she had great recommendations. This place was hoping busy on a holiday weekend and we felt like we were her only table. Our family ate like royalty. From the amazing appetizers those stake nachos were banging good, but the spinach artichoke dip was on point, and stole the show! Buckle up because who in their right mind would make a pizza with crab Rangoon flavors... three blondes did, and it's delicious! while the pulled pork was good and anywhere else would have been perfect it was just good compared to all the amazing food on our table. What a wonderful problem to have so much epic food! And to top it all off, we had marvelous drinks from mixed berries cocktails to fantastic beers. I'm not from here, (thankfully) I'd be back daily! But my poor brother lives in the area and this place thunder struck him. He's already making plans to bring his friends back!
