The blue velvet cupcake was just OK, in my opinion. The cake was soft with a nice buttercream frosting, but nothing that blew me away or stood out to me as THE best I've ever had. I did not end up eating the vanilla cupcake due to an unrelated illness later that weekend. Nonetheless, it was nice to finally try this establishment out. In terms of service, the woman who helped me was super sweet and kind. She also thanked me and wished me well upon leaving. The store itself appeared clean and organized and I really liked the variety of offerings. Some of my favorite childhood candies were readily available and overall pricing was fair. OMG... the carrot cake was absolutely delicious. It was super moist with the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. The icing was the standout! My son picked out a black and white cookie decorated with a heart, which was just as cute as it was tasty. The glass cases were filled with beautifully decorated cakes in so many different flavors perfect if you're looking to order a custom cake for a special occasion. We were greeted upon entering the store and the employee was nice enough to point out which cake slices were the quarter ones and answered our questions. It is a small and quaint bakery.
