There's one main reason I give this restaurant 5 stars and his name is Jack. He's worked at the restaurant since it opened and was extremely professional and personable as we took our daughter, son-in-law and grandson to dinner. We read many mixed reviews about this place and when we arrived were were the second of three parties to wait for someone to come to the front desk. The wait space is super tiny and finally one waiter said to another "whose the host tonight?" I believe someone was a no show. We finally got seated and Jack came over to introduce himself and apologize for the wait; from then on it was all uphill. Great service and, good food (recommend the meatballs & polenta). Had a wonderful dinner experience here last night. Everything - the food, service, and ambience were all wonderful. The restaurant has a great fun and lively vibe. We chose to sit outside. The outdoor section is very large, they have two fire pits, and a corn hole area too with plenty of heat lamps to keep you warm. We ordered several food and drinks items and were pleased with them all. For apps we shared the corn ribs and giant pretzel. The corn was delicious but the small quarters were a little awkward to eat. Would have been great to have some sort of siracha crema to accompany it. The giant pretzel was what you would expect, but it was perfectly baked. Very soft inside with a nice salty outside. It came with a tasty cheese sauce which we both enjoyed and Dijon mustard that was alright. For our entrees we go the steak sandwich with sweet potato fries and the chilton combo pizza. Again, both really good. The sandwich tasted like a Philly cheesesteak without the peppers, it was very tasty dipped in the au jus. The sweet potato fries were crisscut and really good with ranch dipping sauce. I didn't try the pizza because I was already full just after the corn and pretzel but it looked great and my husband really enjoyed it. We got the giant cookie for dessert, it was very large and good for sharing. We also tried several cocktails. My favorite was the west park punch. I was really surprised by how good it was, not because I didn't think it would be but just because it was sooo good! It was rum and pineapple, sweet and tasted just like a smoothie. The lemon drop was really refreshing and beautifully served with an ice sphere and flower. The espresso martini tasted like melted coffee ice cream and booze. It was good, but my least favorite out of the three. My husband had the brown sugar brûlée old fashioned and a regular old fashioned and preferred the regular. I'm not as much of a fan of bourbon so I preferred the brown sugar brûlée version as it didn't have as much of a bite to it. Our waitress (didn't catch her name), along with the bussers, and food/drink runners were all very friendly. Service was prompt without ever feeling rushed. My only critique would be the payment system. Instead of bringing you a check they hand you a portable device where you enter your card and pay your bill. I know several restaurants use this, but it's so awkward to pay your bill and tip with the waitress just standing there waiting for you. Also, how sanitary could it be passing the same machine you use to enter your orders to multiple tables throughout the night? That's just my two cents though. Welcome to West Roseville, Kitchen747!! Amazing upscale restaurant. The outdoor patio with fire pits, the open window concept behind the bar... the polenta. The polenta is the creamiest I've had to date and my only objection is that they don't sell it as an optional side or available by the gallon . The garlic sandwich is tender, juicy and made perfectly as well as the cauliflower appetizer and yummy fried pickles. Each cocktail is so beautifully presented and definitely doesn't skimp on the alcohol. You get what you pay for here.. amazing service, friendly staff and great atmosphere! The perfect addition to our west park neighborhood! So thrilled to have something FINALLY within walking distance or that doesn't take 20 min to drive to. The restaurant itself is cute and has modern brew pub industrial decor. At first glance the seating is slim- but there's a back room and a plethora of outdoor seating as well that we can't wait to enjoy. The food was nothing spectacular- but tasty nonetheless. Nothing stood out to us as "wow this is SO good"- but no real complaints either. The Brussel sprouts were a little undercooked for my liking, and not crispy. The corn ribs were fun and good but just a tad over seasoned. Pizza was great and the pretzel I would for sure get again!!! Our server was friendly and attentive. We stopped by just after Christmas and not surprisingly there was a bit of a wait. The food looked great though and it did not disappoint. However, there were a few hiccups with our orders- I ended up with the lavender alcoholic drink and the mocktail instead of just the mocktail, but both were good, so I can't complain. My mom didn't receive the drink she ordered and it had to be remade a few times. It is also PRICEY, our bill for 2 came to $85 for just 2 entrees, an appetizer, and 2 drinks (one non-alcoholic). The most disappointing lunch I've ever had! Never again. $27 for a horrible steak sandwich with garlic fries. No issue with fries but steak tasted like it was days old. No flavor and the excess cheese didn't help. I asked for no au jus because I don't like wet buns. Looked like the bun was grilled in oil and was wet. Our waitress was not friendly until the bill was presented. When she asked how we liked our meal, I emphasized it was only okay. A good caring waitress would have asked questions. Lastly it was quite loud due to kids hanging out. I noticed it wasn't busy at lunchtime so that should have alerted me. I will compliment them on the ambiance which was nice. I think it is genius to have a little town center in the middle of the neighborhood. It's a great location where you can get dinner, play a couple games they have outside or take the kiddos to the large park that is right next to this place. Everyone that works there are friendly and helpful and the food is good. They also have some good drinks when it's finally time for a date night. :) read more

The service is great, staff is friendly, food is delicious and the cocktails are made to perfection! The Lavender lemon drop is a show stopper with a custom ice ball and edible flower ... they have everything from sandwiches, burgers to salads. We sat on the patio on a gorgeous sunny day! I have to say I overlooked it in the menu and thought it was grilled salmon. The patty itself was not good, it was just fried and came with fish bones inside.
