This will be our last time coming here. We have given this place 3 chances. Food is good and well prepared. Great venue and overall friendly staff but still extremely expensive and overpriced. Owner seems greedy for what you get. Maybe people like spending 130-160 for two entries and drinks but we don't. Hopefully new competition forces her to bring her prices down. read more

A great little place in West Roseville, so glad something came in to this neighborhood that is so lacking in restaurants & anything other than houses. Pizza was large. Ahi Poke Nachos were crispy & generous. Options for burgers include Beyond Burger or Portobello Mushroom. Service was friendly and accommodating. Drinks were strong. I am so happy to have a restaurant in West Park! 747 is exactly the type of place we needed too. It has burgers, pizza, and a good selection of drinks. The ambiance is pretty standard for a modern American restaurant. The service was good and the timing of everything was as expected. We ordered a few of the smaller plates and a pepperoni pizza for our son. The corn ribs are good, but a bit too salty. The Brussels sprouts were flavorful and cooked perfectly for me. My wife thought they were undercooked. The pretzel has a great crunch on the outside and soft inside. The cheese and mustard are really good. The fries are average. The pizza is good enough to get again and I like the curl up pepperoni. All in all the food is good, but not outstanding. However, my experience proved that 747 will be our go to restaurant because of the selection, proximity, and quality. read more

Overall, excellent service, food and drinks. The beet salad is delicious! We tried a number of salads and appetizers and have been pleased with all except for the chicken wings . I think the chicken wings are previously frozen. Unfortunately, they do not come out hot or even warm. Both orders on two different occasions came out cooler than room temperature. This was my first visit to this well renowned restaurant. I have been wanting to come here for over a year and joined the group of friends for their birthday for lunch The reception was warm. The atmosphere was lovely we sat outside however we were inundated by flies, often landing on our glasses and food . They brought us a single. Fan, which helped a little bit, but it was continuing to be an issue They brought a second fan but it was difficult to get their attention once you were at your table. Our food was extremely slow in arriving which was puzzling because they were well staffed We ordered salads and burgers they forgot a couple of our drinks and their martini was not dirty at all While they offered to refund the money for the drink , the whole experience was really impacted by the slowness of the service and just the lack of professionalism, The waitress did not know how to open a bottle of wine so I thought that should be part of their basic training. I'll certainly try the restaurant perhaps their happy hour given that they ask premium prices for average food. read more

It's good because it's the only thing in our neighborhood. But the service sometimes lacks personality and seem uninterested in connecting with their customers, the prices are a bit ridiculous, AND they need to add better non-alcoholic options to their beer list! There are so many amazing options and Heineken zero isn't one of them!!!!! They should try Athletic Brewing Company or Lagunita's they have a vatiety of amazing options! Theres no reason not to expand your non-alcoholic list as you can charge the same prices as alcoholic options!! I do love the outdoor vibe they have going on though! read more

Homey little restaurant located in West Roseville. Great to have a place that's closer to where I live in Sun City. The wait staff have always been very friendly. Food is very good. Not a large menu but you can find something to your liking. Haven't been here for happy hour or anything but I would imagine the drinks are excellent. read more

My wife and I and needed to run some errands and decided to grab lunch first. Happened to be first day they were doing brunch according to sever. They were packed. We chose to eat inside, but noticed they have a large patio area. Server warned us they were busy and was concerned with time to get food. Order salad and burger, both split with wife. Salad came quickly and burger not long after. Warning about time to get food was nice, but really not needed, since food came out in normal time with restaurant full. We will definitely come back. Second visit was very disappointing. Food leaves a lot to be desired. Owner did give me a give me a gift certificate to compensate for the two bad meals. Went back yesterday and once again was incredibly disappointed. My garlic steak sandwich was a disaster. The meat was dry and overcooked and tasteless. The bottom portion of the roll was soggy with oil to the point of completely falling apart and being inedible. The manager gave me a new meal, beef stroganoff which was under seasoned, but edible. Came up from Santa Cruz, brought my dad and brother, and definitely recommend. Probably the best place I've been to up here in sac. The poke nachos... probably the best appetizer we could have got then we all got burgers (elvis, bbq, and a bacon cheeseburger) and they were on point. Server was super nice and quick with the water refills, the restaurant was clean and beautiful. We will be coming back to further explore the menu. read more

I have gone to Kitchen747 quite a few times. I feel like every time I go, I'm leaving more and more unimpressed. As many reviews say, it's overpriced. My overall takeaway is that this is a good restaurant to go to for drinks, they have great cocktails. The ambiance is great. The food and service are where I'm not impressed lately. Some of the food I've tried: Meatball appetizer is fantastic, 10/10. Pizza 5/10, $26 for very thin decent pizza. Caesar salad 4/10 odd, they put red onion and pepperoncini in it. Garlic steak sandwich 5/10 sounded way better than it was. Corn appetizer 8/10 but expensive for amount you get. Charcuterie board 10/10. They have really good ranch. Today, I watched the table next to me leave very disappointed by the service. The guy just about ate his entire burger before his s/o got her meal. We had to flag down a waitress to put our order in even though it was not busy at all. It appeared there was only one waitress for the entire bar area and seating area around us. The lady on the other side of me had to flag her down as well to put her order in. Last time I went it took 20 minutes to get waters and soda but drinks came right away to tables around us. Noticed multiple flies around last time, and today they kept landed on our food and my hand while eating. That was gross. Like I said, great place to go on a cool evening, sit outside and get some drinks and maybe an appetizer. But if you go for eat be prepared to spend a lot of money for decent food and okay service. read more

Good ambiance and service. The food was very good, as well. The menu has a good selection, good bar and beer menu, and prices are very fair.

This is one of our favorite local spots. Cozy and we consistently enjoy the food when we have gone.
