Fix Master repaired my KitchenAid fridge gasket. It looks brand new. The service was high quality,…read moreand I believe it was a good value for their service. The company was very honest and trustworthy in the quoting process, punctual, and detailed. They were polite and professional. I will use them again in the future if any of my other appliances break -i.e. dishwasher, stove/ range, hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machines. I have used other service repair companies. Fix Master Appliance is the only repair company I would call again.

I called this company to look at a refrigerator leak at my rental property. I told them explicitly:…read moreonce you understand the problem, call me before you do anything. They never called. Instead, the tech went to Home Depot on his own, bought a cap, put it on the end of a tube as a temporary "fix," and charged me $200 for it. I was never consulted or given N estimate. When I pushed back, they claimed it was "urgent," but it wasn't -- it was a slow trickle leak that had been going on for days and was being managed just fine in the meantime. I refused to pay for a fix and came back out and removed the cap. My tenant then did the exact same fix himself for a couple bucks in a couple of minutes. Then they quoted me $450 to actually fix the problem. I bought the part myself, and my tenant -- with zero appliance repair experience -- looked up a how-to video and installed it in under 20 minutes. On top of all that, I was charged $85 for a "diagnostic" before they gave me the diagnostic. I had to ask for them to tell me the part that was bad.

Frustrating beyond belief. I called Universal Repair because they had very good feedback ratings. Lo and behold, the positive feedback was just what I experienced. I was given a next day appointment by Valerie, with a two hour window. Dmytro showed up right on time! He didn't mess about. He went straight to work diagnosing my problem. Then he did his magic and suddenly my refrigerator was working like new. Dmytro showed me the condenser and it was disgustingly dirty. He cleaned that up to like new. Not only did Dmytro repair my water problem,he left my refrigerator in better shape than it had been in years. Dmytro gave me a price which sounded justified. And accepted my check in payment. I absolutely have to say, Thank You Dmytro!!! And thank you Universal Repair! If and when I have more appliance problems I will definitely call Universal Repair! Honesty and Integrity!

Always so happy they can find the parts to work on our appliances. Two of our neighbors with similar appliances asked for referrals on the spot because they know we have them out every year.
