You all are lying!! I called to change my appointment because I was not able to make it on Sunday. I asked the lady if I could come in at the moment when I called on Friday around 4 something p.m.. She told me she did not have anything available at that moment, She then asked me if I can come in at 6:15 p.m. that Friday evening. I told her OK. I have my son. I would just bring him with me. I ended up finding someone to watch him. I continue to do what I had to do and proceeded to get there by 6:15 pm when I seen a text asking if I could come sooner which I did not get until later. Or the call! I didn't get because I didn't have my phone available on me dealing with a disability child. When I arrived the lady had asked me immediately if I could sign in by putting my phone number. She seem irritated. I continued to be friendly, it was extremely hot in there and I had to pull down my mask to breathe. They turn the air off. I guess they figure one customer doesn't deserve air conditioning.. When I was finished, I went to my car because it was hard to tell anything inside especially being rushed to leave. I told her the lady nicely you can go home and get some rest. Again, because I felt I was rushed. I even expressed to her to have a good night. I went to my car and I looked at my lashes and I realized the part on my right eye was missing a lot of lashes. I texted her back immediately telling her the problem. She then said that she already left, they closed at 7pm. Went back, it was dark inside. I felt like I had already given you The way the text was sent in reply I thought she was saying come back that night For $65 plus a $10 tip I deserve better treatment than that. I literally texted her immediately and she could not stop to go back inside and fix my problem. Especially, after I already said I couldn't make it on the weekend. At my last appointment expressed I was unhappy as well and I mentioned to them if it doesn't look right this time this will be my last time coming back because the girl before did a horrible job and I lost a lot of my natural eyelashes and are really. Me having a kind heart she fixed and I gave them another chance. This is what happens when I should have just not returned. You literally trying to cover your mishaps and it's wrong!!! to use people like that especially when you have a customers like me who has been completely nice and has never caused no problems . I am disgusted and I hope people see how you guys operate trying to be nice and calling us (Honey) Oh Please! your faithful and nice customers like this. No, I don't want to return to fix for more damage to be done I'd rather go somewhere else especially after you all literally lied on Yelp to cover up. Having multiple people doing my lashes is where I should have stopped going. It just was too many mistakes and (let me fix it) all the time. People make mistakes but man! I don't have time to keep going back for fixes. My son has disabilities. When I mentioned bringing him it was because when she mentioned 6:15pm( not an early appointment) it wasn't available or offered to me over the phone. I wasn't sure if I had a babysitter that's why I mentioned. I had a babysitter available had she had earlier appointment mentioned to me over the phone. You Lying!. I ended up not bringing him to my 6:15pm because I found a sitter. Thank God I didn't because he would have been complaining about how hot it was and I wouldn't have been able to stay and him acting out from the heat. I hope you reap what you sow for lies you have told her on Yelp trying to cover up!!! read more

Pasadena is pretty far for me but I followed Tiffanie from where she worked previously over here because she is the best at what she does. The salon is new, clean, and super cute. There's AMPLE parking and easy to get to.
