This is the second time I've come here and the first time I left very satisfied with the result of my nails. I cannot say the same thing for this visit. I came with my friend and we both got a regular pedicure and Gel X set. My pedicure was good nothing to rave about but I like the service k received for my toes. My friend on the other hand had really terrible experience. The guy servicing her was extremely rough and when she was wincing and pulling away and saying that she was in pain, he simply didn't care and roughly pulled her foot back and held it down. He continued to cause pain for the entire duration of her pedicure. When it came down to my manicure, I asked for short square. When asking my manicurist to cut them shorter, she was rude and judgy and made me feel uncomfortable and incompetent for not getting builder gel instead. I didn't know what builder gel was or that it was even an option. She also painted my nails a different color than I originally wanted. My friend also got her Gel X set done and had to wait an exceptionally long time to get her finger nails done. She asked for short almond and got medium almond and the guy servicing her didn't care to cut them shorter to her preference. He also gave her a bubblegum pink base when she asked for a nude base. All around we both felt as if we were not being listened to and that they didn't care about how we wanted our nails to look. Save yourself the headache, pain, and $100 and go somewhere else. read more

I was really excited to get my nails done, my sister comes alllll the time and she always has a great time. For me though it wasn't so good, my nail tech kept cutting my cuticles with the machine, and she would paint of the dust of my filling from the nails, so they got stuck on. A lot of the nail has the powder that hardened and made a mess on my nails. My nail tech also didn't bother to remove any of it. Foeme $50 I would expect more, if not cleaner work. read more

Terrible, I went because I had ingrown nail , and wanted to get it trimmed, I asked the guy if he was any good because it's delicate , anyways he said not to worry .... Both my big toes have needed constant care since , I can barely walk my toe hurts so bad .... He couldn't even buff my nail or continue the pedicure anymore because there was too much blood ... I mean I know it's an ingrown but he ripped out the side ... I've had it pretty bad but this place just literally killed my toes ... they still charged me 25 dollars ... happy new year to me read more

Came here because of great prices, but after going for my 3rd time constantly for my pedicures I noticed my nails became weak and brittle, I began losing my toenails one by one, I got infected with fungus on 6 of my toes. It's been the most horrible experience because I take pride of having beautiful feet now what looks like a science project my toenails are destroyed. I think they did a really good job on my nails. I got fills with gel and two designs and my total was just under $30. My only gripe was that the lady that lady that can draw nice designs was gone and the lady I had couldn't do much more than put bling on my nail. I really liked the shape she did. She paid attention to detail on what I wanted. I pulled up a photo of the nails I wanted and got it pretty spot on. I'm going to have to comeback for a pedicure next time. I loved this place! I went in for a fill and I was hoping I was going to get someone who would do a good job. I was very disappointed at the prior places that I had gone to. The girls had talked to much to each other, they were watching TV and burning my skin while filing my nails. I was exceptionally happy with Tim. He Is a an excellent manicurist! he takes his time and makes sure that you're happy with your nails. He also asked me if he was burning my skin and to my reply I said no. Tim said if he does, to let him know. I thought to myself, Wow! He's concerned. Tim did not burn my skin whatsoever. He was very thorough, thoughtful, nice and overall a great manicurist. I walked out feeling happy with my nails. He works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I gave Tim and the nail spa a five star. Everyone seemed to be pleasant. This place should be shut down. Worst experience I've EVER had. This place doesn't deserve 1 star, but I couldn't give lower. There were dirty towels, dirt under the manicurists nails. I had the oldest one, unsure if she is the owner/manager. It was so horrible. She sliced off a huge chunk of my pinky nail, and after realizing she goes "ingrown" it was not ingrown in anyway. I started bleeding and was in visible pain, my pinky finger looks horrible. She starts to put on this gel polish that was old, sticky, and streaky, and I politely asked if she had another bottle of the color. She comes back with a perfectly good other bottle, she was trying to use the crap old one first, even though it should have been tossed out months ago. I'm watching her do my nails and I just can't believe how careless or physically unable this woman was painting nails, she had a acetone brush and would just brush the entire area where she had messed up, usually casually her to have to redo one side of the nail over and over again. Growing uncomfortable I was waiting to see if it would look better after second coat.... she tried to put my nail under the GEL light with a thick coarse Bristol in the middle of my nail. I got up and said that I would pay for the filing and shaping (even though though she made my nail bleed, filed my nails way too short, and I had cuticles everywhere) I should be reimbursed immediately. I should have just stood up and walked out. This place should not be in business, it was filthy, the products were expired and the workers incompetent. take your money, healthy nails and business else where. read more

This is our second time going to Royal Nails and Spa. A friend recommended this salon and we are so happy we tried it out. The staff is so friendly and especially patient with my daughter. She loved the experience of getting her nails done and her nail tech Laura was so sweet to her! My mom had her nails done by Anna. The salon in general was very clean and the staff went above and beyond with Covid protocol. We really appreciated that as many places have done away with most protocols since things officially opened back up on 6/15. We feel safe and are very happy with our nails! Walked in, and was able to be seated right away. I noticed right away that the towel she wanted me to place my hands on was dirty., and she just tried to brush the nail dust off the towel. I showed the person who was going to do my nails a picture on my phone of what I wanted. I told her that I wanted it to be similar to the picture, but it doesn't need to be exactly like it. After I showed the lady the picture, and told her that i wanted my nails grey like the picture she said that the nails in the picture was black, not grey. We argued about it for a little bit. I gave up, and said okay, let me see your colors that you have. I picked out the grey color that I wanted as my base, and she again argued with me with told me that the color I picked was black. We went back and forth about that for a bit, me trying to convince the lady that the color I picked was grey. She finally said okay, I'll do it. I figured she was getting the color that I wanted, and after she did my first hand, I realized it was black. I made another comment and she said that it was the color that I wanted. At this point I just gave up with trying to get the nail design that I wanted. A few of my cuticles are sore from her cutting them too short, and again she argued with me about colors, to the point where I just gave up. So instead of grey nails, with glitter, and snowflakes, I got black nails, with very little glitter and no snowflakes. read more

I went today for the first time with my friend and I am pleasantly pleased! I got a full set. It's $18 but I was charged $20 because I asked for a coffin cut & because mine were a little longer - this is what I assume anyways, because she didn't tell me why she just charged me. Regardless, it was well worth the $20 and I really like the job she did! She shaped them really well and she was sweet about it. My only complaint is she was a little careless with the super glue when she put my jewels on. I can still the glue oozing from my jewels but I'm hoping it'll just come off in the shower! As for my friend, she got a regular pedicure. She said her lady was very nice. Her complaint is that it was a little pricy for a pedicure. She paid $17 not inluding tip. OHHHH!! Also! They have a really beautiful selection of colors! They're all so vivid and bright and opaque. The colors alone would've made me come back!
