I went in for a full set and pedicure; was assisted promptly when I entered which was pretty much the only good part. I asked for a certain length and once she was done filing them, they were so short. I asked for square round shape and I got ugly stumpy little thick nails. So annoying. Also, she cut two of my fingers I don't even know how. My pedicure lasted probably around 5 minutes, mind you it was pretty much empty. I'm not one to complain so I just paid and went my way but ugh so annoyed at my nails. I guess, just don't go here. read more

Came to this place just to get a change of color so I cannot say much about the work. But customer service was no very good. The lady who seeks to be running the place seemed very rude and had an attitude with me for wanting to use my debt card to pay. 20$ Coffin Cut and 5$ just to paint feet . Kept a conversation going for the most part. Also every understanding on how I wanted my nails.

This is my second time here and I really came out of desperation because my Aunt wanted to go somewhere local. The first time I came here there was nail color all around my skin on my toes. I have never been to a ruder or dirtier nail salon in my life. Tools are not disinfected. Water for pedicure is cold (both times!) When I asked if they put anything in the water, the woman gave me a dirty look and then added just a sprinkle of some blue epsom salt. You have to ask for them to clean under your nails even because they do the bare minimum here!! Good luck asking them a question because they barely respond instead they are passive aggressive and will just continue working. I have high tolerance for nail salons especially when they offer good prices but out of all the salons in the nearby area it isn't worth going here. read more

I was in the area and dropped in for a mani pedi combo. They took me right away...well place was empty. They did a really fast job, which i like it to go quick. Start to finish for both hands and feet was 17 minutes. There's no tv and no music but being it was fast and good price that was fine. ($25). Cons would be that the technicians talk to each other the whole time (huge pet peeve of mine) and the lady doing pedicure was on her phone while working on me (took 2 calls). On second call almost cut me and i pulled my foot away. She then hung up. Nails came out ok. Another con would be they pass on their credit card fee to the customer (50 cents). I just deducted from tip. Their business their fee. If in need and in area i would go back. Such a good deal. BUT they really need to stay off their phones and stop chatting (especially in another language) it's rude. read more

They were all so nice to me at Royal Nails! They took me and my roommate in without a wait and were engaging in conversation with us. They were really friendly there and kept asking for feedback on my nails. They kept asking "is this what you want? Is this good?" It was $26 for a coffin cut with jewels on 4 of my nails. You get what you pay for. Yes the services are not expensive however their not great. Customer service was awful. I asked for my toes and fingers to match, they don't! Came in on a Saturday morning with my mom to get her nails done for her birthday. We wanted to beat the crowd and were there a little after it opened. I guess they were not ready to receive us but told us to sit at a couple of empty chairs. We waited about 20 minutes for them to get to us and fill the foot spa with water. Once they did get to us they were really nice and we both got manicures with gel and pedicures, I made sure my mom got an extra massage and she seemed very happy about that. I would visit again if Im in the area visiting my mom. The service was good and my manicure was well done. The only thing that bothered me is that at other spas, they put a liner in the tub, which I always appreciate; this place does not, so if you're a germaphobe like me you might take notice of that. I just got my eyelash extensions done here for $20, and they look and feel like the lashes you buy at the drugstore. They put this glue and sealer on the eyelid, and this stuff is black so it makes it look like I'm wearing eyeliner. I don't mind the look when I'm going out, but I don't want to look like I'm wearing false eyelashes when I go to the gym in the mornings. They look really unnatural, but you get what you pay for. The lady that does eyelashes was really nice, but she kept saying her vision was going bad, so I don't know why they have her doing it. read more

Dissatisfied on both mani and pedi. I went here because of yelp reviews and probably is the last time. When I walked in no one approached or spoke to me until 5 minutes in. I then get a lady who seems upset and is extremely rough throughout my entire pedicure. The nails were filed unevenly and I had to ask her and go back and cut the sides because she was such in a rush and NO other clients were waiting. Another lady did my manicure and same thing. Filed unevenly and rushed. I will say that two ladies had clients back to back so maybe you have to request them to get good service. Prices are great but quality is one-star. read more

The culture of these ladies became too much to endure. If I am your customer, you should accommodate my needs, as simple as they were i.e., I would ask " please file down the nail bed, it's bumpy and ridged" " Please make sure the sides have enough acrylic because my nails lift after a couple of days".... It's like they HATE being told what to do. Everytime I left I told my self to Never go back. But I would give them the benefit of the doubt hoping things would change. Lily was sweet but CATHY omg she was awful and basically a pain to deal with. I always left dissatisfied. My last fill was 2 weeks ago and I left without my nails completed. Cathy left them ridged, bumpy AND uneven. I asked her to fix them and she said there was nothing wrong with them. There are many more problems with this place but I will type forever. The main lady and her niece are so rude and don't care about customers. As she's doing my nails she tells me to pick my color with the other hand she isn't working on and to hurry cause more people are coming in and need to sit where I am. So as she proceeds to rush she begins to file my skin instead on my nail and of course she cuts me. I tell her you just cut me she says no it's fine squeezes it and continues to file. My co-worker always has the best nails ever, so I must try her spot I think.. I go into the shop with high hope big mistake. The two women working were very nice and I feel bad saying this but OMG! They have no clue how to give a manicure or pedicure. My nails were very thick she has no clue how to shape the nails, and she burned me at least twenty times (I only have ten finger's). Zebra print not hard for most places, it was the ugliest design I have ever seen. Every woman the walked in or called the shop asked for "Ann" when they were told she was not in that day they ran for the hills. I was in the shop for (2hrs) nobody stayed to get their nails done .. My fiance had a gel French pedicure for which she was quoted $25. After everything was completed, they did an ok job, the price changed to $28. Upon confronting the lady, the price changed to $27. She would have had no problems paying any of those prices, however don't quote someone a price then change your mind. I love this place. I just went yesterday and the ladies are so nice. I have been going here for three years and I trust these girls to always do a great job. Their prices are reasonable and they make it fun to go get your nails done. They have other services like waxing but I only go mostly for pedicures and gel nail polish. Went for mani and pedi were told it would be 30 minutes, 30 minutes go by and we decided to leave. The lady says I'm almost done, 5 minutes. Almost 10 minutes go by, we walked out. Before we walked out a woman came in saying she cane yesterday and her nail was messed up. Sat there for 45 minutes for nothing. Went before and they were "closed" and it wasn't even 5.
