Did the premium ayce at 11:30 on a Saturday. The service was great and very fast. Kenny was our server and came by often to check in which was great. My favs were the fried octopus legs, squid, and all of the premium items were fresh and tasty. My only note is that there was a little more rice than I'm used to for the nigiris, but other than that everything was yum!! I'd definitely come back!

I was in the area craving AYCE sushi, so I turned to Yelp and decided to give this spot a try. The place itself has a nice vibe--clean, modern, and not too busy when I went. Just a heads up: weekend AYCE at 1pm is already considered "dinner" pricing (per my server, Kenny), which caught me a little off guard. The sushi is decent--nothing particularly memorable, but fair for AYCE. On the plus side, service was impressively fast, which I appreciated. I do have to highlight the crispy octopus legs--they were actually really tasty and a standout dish. The soft shell crab, however, is limited to one serving. Unfortunately, this wasn't mentioned on the menu or explained upfront, which would've been helpful to know. Overall, it's an okay spot. Nothing that blew me away, but it gets the job done if you're in the mood for AYCE sushi.

Nice ambiance - not too loud & good music vibes. Service was fantastic- prompt & friendly. Food was good but had a lot of sauce on the bottom and top of the rolls. The cherry on top is the self serve frozen yogurt for dessert! Parking is easy and plentiful but busy since it's in plaza with Trader Joe's!

    A la carte menu

Overall the food was good, but there were a few issues. The salmon teriyaki had absolutely no seasoning and was a very small portion for the à la carte $7.99 that we paid. Service was slow but it was really busy.

We had an amazing experience at Kizame AYCE Sushi! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out at a great pace, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Lexie. She was absolutely wonderful--super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. Lexie checked on us regularly without being overbearing, helped make the experience smooth, and really catered to our needs. Her great attitude and excellent service made the meal even better. Huge shoutout to Lexie for going above and beyond--she definitely deserves recognition! We'll definitely be coming back.

I recently visited here to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant itself makes a great first impression. The ambience looks upscale, clean and modern decor that feels nice for a special occasion. Our party opted for their premium ACYE option at $54.99/pp, which includes a one-time order of premium fish selections along with unlimited items from the regular menu. Unfortunately, the fish didn't taste as fresh as expected, especially considering the price point. The premium selection was mediocre at best and the rice-to-fish ratio was noticeably off, with far more rice than fish. Overall, the quality felt subpar, particularly compared to other AYCE sushi spots I've tried. It's honestly tough to find a truly solid AYCE sushi place in the SFV, but for a similar price range and within the Valley, I'd say Aikan sushi in Northridge is slightly better in terms of quality. That said, my all time favorite remains at "Here Fishy Fishy" in Ktown off Wilshire. It's worth the drive if you don't mind going out of the area. While Kizame has a nice ambiance and potential, the quality didn't quite justify the premium price, which was disappointing for a birthday celebration. But they do offer self-serve unlimited soft serve ice cream which is a rare gem offering at AYCE sushi spots so I have to give them props for that offering. Service was decent and staff was friendly.

This review is well overdue. We've been MULTIPLE times since trying Kizame and it's now my favourite AYCE sushi in the valley. The quality is sooo good and the restaurant is just so neat and beautiful. Staff are always soo lovely and the food comes out quick. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for AYCE sushi you won't be disappointed!!

Our favorite sushi restaurant close down, so we've been searching for a new AYCE spot for a while. Our friend recommended this place. And I was not disappointed. Food: The food is really good here, it's good and fresh. The kitchen items are delicious. They also have an ice cream machine. They have a regular price and a premium. I honestly would just stick to the regular price. Service: They have great customer service. They do have a long wait time depending on the time you arrive. Ive waited 15 and also 30 minutes. Ambiance: place is perfect for family dinners, birthday dinners. Your also able to do reservations that's always a plus. It is a little crowded but that's not a big deal.

Yuzu, Ponzu, Soy Sauce, Spicy Mayo and Sriracha. ¡Oh! and the popcorn scallop roll was my kid's favorite.

We were so disappointed when our favorite sushi spot closed, so my family and I have been on the hunt for a new one--and I'm 100% sure we found it. This place is small, but very clean and welcoming. We tried the all-you-can-eat menu, which comes with three rounds of ordering. We didn't even make it past the first round, that's how satisfying everything was. Everything we tried was really tasty. Our server, Gavin, was amazing. Since it was our first time, he took the time to explain how everything worked and was very attentive, checking in on us regularly without being overbearing. We left already talking about when we're coming back. Price-wise, we spent about the same as we used to at our old spot for just a few rolls, but here we got to try so much more. Definitely worth it.

Food is great, prices are decent, atmosphere is great, but my three stars are for watching the owner yell at his staff while I was trying to enjoy my dinner. I have people that work for me and I would never speak to my staff the way I saw the owner spoke to his staff. That is unacceptable. I will only go to places where their staff is respected. Otherwise, the premium AYCE is decent and it's a cute little small clean restaurant.

MATTHEW the Man!!! Thank you for your excellence service and the hospitality feel. We came here for lunch and everything was delicious. My little son loved their softshell crab, squid legs and soft served ice cream. He literally ate one whole order of squid legs. We also had seared salmon, seared tuna, uni pasta, baby scallops, several rolls and other appetizers. I was looking forward to the uni pasta. It was good but could do without all that tomatoes . The udon was very sweet and oily. That's polly the only thing we didn't like. Overall we highly recommend this sushi spot for AYCE. We had a great time and customer service was 10/10.

Awesome! My hubby and I are back for some delish AYCE Sushi and many more items and since it's 2026, I wanted to give an update of this restaurant and I'm super pleased to say that the food here is still delicious and the wonderful choices they have here and of course, the service here is amazing as before!! This time also (because it didn't happen last time when we were here), there were a few missing items in the menu and the server was kind enough to point out to us which ones out, BEFORE we order!! Which is awesome!! We were here on Saturday evening and it was packed with lots of people, this is a great sign!!! I'm happy (even though we were stuffed already), they still had the free soft serve for dessert! The owners are so nice and welcoming as always!!

I would like to thank Kizame Sushi Restaurant in West Hills for such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and it's great to support a local business. Manager Phil made us feel truly special. When the restaurant became busy, he even stepped behind the sushi bar to help prepare delicious dishes, which showed how much he cares about the guests and the team. The menu is excellent, the food quality is great, and everyone made us feel welcomed and valued. We will definitely be back and look forward to bringing our family and friends with us. They even accept reservations for before 5:30pm. Worth going and experiencing fun times with your family and friends. Thank you, Kizame!

I didn't see any ADA parking at all. We were happy with what we got. Pork belly with umami gravy bowl and added 4 pc "eggroll" aka lumpia. It was really 2 lumpia cut in half. I probably should have ordered a full side but it was a perfect amount. Lumpia was super crispy on the outside. Very flavorful without being overly garlicky or seasoned. Came with sweet chili sauce. Chicken longanisa. It said ground chicken so I was expecting crumbled meat. It was formed into a patty. Very tender and delicious. Also served on rice with egg over easy, scallions and pickled vegetable. Since it was our first time here I got the two bun combo with pork belly and angus burger. Pork belly had a little kick in the sauce. The bao bun was a nice compliment so it wasn't too spicy. 2 slices of cucumber also in the bun to help cut the spice. The angus burger had a creamy mayo sauce with sautéed mushrooms and half cooked onions. Not what I expected but definitely would get again. The side of fries were thin, crispy and very well seasoned. There's not a lot of counter service. You order at a machine. I had to wait because I wanted a printed receipt. As far as I could see, only 2 people working. They brought our food to the table and that guy was very nice and cordial as we asked for a few more things. No one was eating there. Saw about 3 people order take out. Plenty of tables and a picnic table for seating. I definitely loved the wall decor and the clock was my favorite! They had Chinese, Korean and Japanese on the wall. I didn't see any Tagalog where I was sitting but I think that's the main Asian influence.

We decided on Oi Asian which had great reviews, so why not. First off, let me say that there is plenty of parking, however, the parks are extremely narrow for some reason. It was a struggle to get in and out of the car due to the width of the parks smh. Anyway, once we got inside, there wasn't anyway at the register and after standing there for a while, I noticed the kiosk so unplaced my order there. There were only two cooks in the back. We placed our order and sat down. The place was clean but everything seemed like it was do it yourself. The boys were thirsty and there wasn't an option for water on the kiosk, so I called one of the cooks from the back to pay for a water and he rang me up. It was pretty rough in there. At one point I had to get up and grab my own fork by reaching over the counter. Once our food was ready, one of the cooks brought our food and I wasn't really feeling my meal, which was the dynamite crawfish bowl. I didn't like the sauce it came with. I just picked at the crawfish and left the rest. As for the boys meal, the fried chicken adobo bowl was REALLY good! I ended up eating theirs because my oldest son didn't like it, which was great for me lol. My youngest and I tore that bowl up. Anyway, the verdict is, I may search around for other options but I know that if I can't find anything else I can always grab a chicken adobo bowl but the service was pretty nonexistent. That chicken adobo bowl saved it. OOO 3 out of 5

This seemed like it would be ok due to the reviews and such, but we already knew there would be a chance that it would be this way.. what way.. the way where it's made for the area, not for the true authenticity. The service was ok, not great, not attentive, not helpful, nothing, just a guy that does the minimum. The inside is nice and spacious, well-designed and roomy. The dead giveaway should have been that we were the only ones there at 5:30pm. We have them a try, and it's not worth it. The best thing is the papaya salad. Do not get the bbq pork pieces unless you want some boiled pork with some sauce on it. Do not, definitely do not get the Wontons! These are the most upsetting wontons I have ever ate! Its not every day, week, month, year or decade I can safely claim that.... this is the best sushi…read moreI've ever eaten, but this IS that time. Having been to the studio city location and enjoying, it's no contest in terms of parking ease (just $7 valet, so $10 LOL) diverse, creative menu items, roominess (at least twice the size here), still a few open tables at all times to enjoy without super cramped environment and just generally blew the doors off pretty much any other sushi joint near or far. Started with the Exclusive menu...not to me (I wish) but a smaller paper menu with specials. The FatherKels Roll, my goodness, what a start. (Weird name comes from, as my son told me, some Instagram chick or something, the usual nonsense.) I couldn't care less if it was named the Long Island Lolita Roll, it was literally the pinnacle of rolls, the Mt Everest if you will of rolls. Then ordered a bunch of rolls from Yellowtail Cilantro, Green Dragon, Citrus, were all one better than the other. Super melt-in-your-mouth, good fish ratio, immaculate sauce parings and fusions harmoniously dancing in your mouth as your tastebuds get orgasmisized to oblivion. You'd think something as simple as a mushroom soup wouldn't warrant any praise...NOT HERE. What a soup, one of the best I've ever had. (Please get this). Everything we tried ranged from A to A+, and the bonus kicker, they have a Yuzu, yes YUZU sauce bottle on the table. Good luck finding that anywhere in the country without begging for it like a little bitch HAHAHAAAA Even the wasabi was so fresh and course ground, I mean just every box was checked and boxes you didn't even know ever existed. Gil, a slick cool dude/manager came to ask how our meal was and complimented our family and ordering taste, nice touch. Needless to say, one and never done; will be hard-pressed to eat sushi anywhere else again...yes I'm not joking. It's not cheap, blew 90 bucks a person all-in but worth every dollar plus interest.
