I actually love this klatch. There were a few times when i was not satisfied with my drink, but they always accommodated to remaking it well. By now I definitely know what I want and I love their espresso beans. I have never faced an issue here, and they have many out-door seating options. Great customer service but, the coffee is gross. I prefer bold espresso and this espresso is very light. I got a vanilla bean with cashew milk and the milk had bits of cashews in it. The espresso was very very light almost sour. I got a remake and had the same dink but with long shots and oat milk. Tolerable but definitely not something I'd ever try again. Klatch Coffee is quite a fantastic little gem in the Rancho Cucamonga area. Located within a building that looks like a large wooden mill not unlike the Pomona or Orange Mining Co., the hip modern interior of Klatch Coffee are warm and inviting compared to its rustic exterior. I had a honey cinnamon latte that was mildly sweet yet completely soothing on a chilly day. The thick frothy layer on the drink was also sweet and was topped off with a nice leaf as latte art. All in all, I would have no hesitation in coming here again and would recommend the place highly to friends who live in this are. I was at Klatch when Alexis and Rebekah were there today. The employees were not rude. The company mandates mask usage while in the store - this is one of the reasons I feel safe coming here during this pandemic. One of their party tried to come in, was asked if they had a mask, she responded "I have a medical condition," and the employee did not question her further. The employee offered to take their order from the door so the customer could stay outside since they were unwilling to acquiesce to the company's policy. Subsequently, the pregnant woman tried to come in without a mask and was asked if she had a mask and said no but asked if their bathroom was open anyway. The staff responded yes but she'd need to wear a mask and the pregnant woman refused. The staff was professional during the entire interaction. The customers chose not to follow the business's protocol and now they are complaining about it. Update: To Kevin H - you are mistaking me for a different customer. I did not walk by that group due to their selfishness with regards to mask wearing. When I exited, I walked out of the south door and around the entire building to avoid that group, and by extension you it seems but I honestly don't know where you fit in to all of this. Klatch Coffee only has a handful of locations. The one in Rancho Cucamonga is located on the northeast corner of Vineyard and Foothill (same plaza where Souplantation is). They are a bit hidden from the street. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and offer food (salads, sandwiches, muffins, pastries). Regarding the beverages, you can order from Traditional and Classic coffee, Drip Coffee, to Seasonal drinks, Iced and Ice Blended drinks. Other than coffee they do have tea, hot cocoa, apple cider, Italian soda, Root Beer floats, and fruit smoothies. You can also purchase whole beans. Overall, nice vibe and friendly employees. (I have not set foot in a Coffee Bean or Starbucks in YEARS. The only time I go to Starbucks these days is to tag along when my coworkers go.) However, today's order showed a lack of listening. I ordered The Show-Off to start my morning, along with my regular Honey Bee, and my first bite had me a little upset. I check the order and upon my receipt was Jalapeño Pepper Jack Cheese. I did not ask for this. I double checked the menu, and the sandwich doesn't usually come with it, so I'm not sure where it came from. I found this coffee shop through Yelp on my way to Big Bear Mountains. The review was excellent and now I understand why. It's been sort of my tradition to visit here every time I am on my way to Big Bear and I was never disappointed. Their roasting flavor is really unique and aromatic. Apparently, a roaster from Klatch coffee is a winner of coffee roaster competition and I believe this has something to do with their distinct roasting flavor. I work across the street and try to stop by if I'm early to work in the mornings. This the apparently the first location, found inside the historic Thomas Winery plaza on Route 66. There's plenty of plaza parking and on days I work (Wednesday's), the crowd isn't too busy that the wait is too long. I've only stopped by a couple of times, so I'm still exploring the menu. I love Klatch! I recently stopped by their San Dimas location, and it was life changing. Ever since, I've been trying to go to different locations. I stopped by this one around 40 minutes before closing. Parking was easy enough to find, but it was pretty crowded since there's a bar or something next door. This place was a little dimmer and less welcoming than other locations as well. When I got to the register, I ordered a lemon bar, and a smores bar; the smores was a little too much, but the lemon bar was great. I also got the Vanilla Bean, less sweet, which was perfect. The reason for my rating, is mainly for the cashier who was took my order. He was unwelcoming, unlike all the baristas at many Klatch locations I've encountered. His name tag was unreadable so I can't disclose the name, but please, smile! You work in customer service/food industry- it's a must! He was more interested in talking to his buddies sitting on the counter. He also came around to tell everyone in the store 5 minutes before closing, that they were closing soon. I am conscious of the time, especially since I knew I came in 40 minutes before closing, and I am always out the door by their closing time. I felt rushed out, ONLY because this has never happened at their other locations before, and bothered me. All in all, I'd come back only if I were in the area again, but only TO-GO, since I didn't feel welcome staying here. I typically don't give 5 Stars right off the bat. It takes me 2-3 visits before this but Sarah and her staff were so customer focus and friendly that they earned these 5 stars. I walked into a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nice relaxing space, when you are waiting in line they acknowledge you and let you know they'll be right with you. When it was my turn since it was my first time I wasn't sure what to order. Sarah greeted me with a smile, asked my name. I took her recommendation and ordered it. When I received it the barista thanked me for being a customer and wished me a good day. I went outside to enjoy the morning and drink the latte. I will say the vanilla iced latte is one of the best I have ever had. Not too sweet, great flavor and has a decent kick. I observed that Sarah and the staff treated every customer with care and they have a lot of regulars and have a great relationship with them as well. They also knew their orders and just confirmed that is what they wanted. As I was sitting outside enjoying the coffee and the morning Sarah brought out an order to some regulars and on her way back she asked me "Ralph how did you like the latte?" This impressed me because she not only took the time to make sure I was happy with what I ordered, she also remembered my name. ( others places you can't even get them to spell you name right when they ask) reason this impressed me so much is because is my name was not written anywhere on the cup. So she took time to remember. Any business that takes that much care and consideration for their customers you know they do the same with the products they serve. So long story short GREAT customer service, GREAT coffee, GREAT PLACE! Before I forget I also tried the sweet peach tea all I have to say is WOW! I'm here just about every day! The coffee is phenomenal and the staff do a great job to remember your name and treat you like family. I feel like that is the culture of Klatch. I really enjoy hanging out reading or workin when there is room. They have free Wifi, and outlets along the wall. I also appreciate that the owner is a science guy and gets super scientific with the roasting of the beans but beyond that he is traveling over the world partnering with farmers to bring us great coffee and also help support those farmers. It's what keeps me coming back! I will gladly pay a little more for a bag of coffee that I know is making a difference. Give it a try, but beware you will be hooked from the first sip!! read more

Never disappointed. They have nitro cold brew and let you sample anything you want! Today I got a coconut milk latter. They make their coconut milk fresh here and you can even see little chunks of coconut milk in the latte. Comes hot or iced. Prices are fair as well. As I turned in from the street I saw the sign above the front door, KLATCH Coffee. I immediately thought, " I must check this place out..!!" Hurricanes nor tornados would stop me from buying something now. I was greeted at the counter by a very friendly and helpful barista who recommended I try the " Eskimocha ", an ice blended mocha coffee. Since I'm a " Death by Chocolate " kind of guy, I did not hesitate in saying, heck yeah..!! Love at first sight is true but when I took my first draw from the Eskimocha, I was in love with the first taste. Allergens beware! When I ordered the Turmeric Latte I was told they ran out of Oat milk and was offered "Almond Milk," I settled. After a couple sips my throat was itching and closing. When My husband went back inside to question a possible mix up with the nut milk, He was told the "Almond milk" has cashews in it!! I am SEVERELY allergic to cashews!! After a quick $15 trip to CVS, for Benadryl, I wanted to at least inform the staff of the severity of leaving out this huge piece of information . I was told, "Oh ya sorry, well it's posted on the wall" This was a sign that was BEHIND me and I am not familiar with their menu. Little frustrating.
