I love this location! It's nice to bring my laptop and work on my vlogs while sipping on some nice cold iced latte with OAT milk! Did you know that the nut milks are made in house? No wonder the taste has this deep nutty flavor that's not so watered down like other places! You can't beat the taste of house made nut milks. I sometimes make my own at home too and it's a lot of work. So happy that Klatch takes that extra step and make this time consuming milk for their customers! Saw it fitting to yelp about a coffee joint on National Coffee Day. Happy National Coffee Day 2019!! This is a cool little coffee place. With seating inside and out. Baristas inside are pretty cool. Similar to starbucks but less of the big box chain vibe. They didnt have any nitro cold brew.... at 10am.... but their regular cold brew was really smooth. No bitterness at all, unlike starbucks. It's one of the best cold brew drinks, second only to the one I brew at home as well as the roster reserves starbucks in New York!! They have a good amount of drinks, as well as pastries as well as whole beans that you can purchase. Nice to have this small little place so close to my house!! Needed caffeine to survive the second part of the day and this coffee spot looked pretty good. Got a little lost finding this place as I am not from the area. I called to find more information as to where they were located and the barista was super friendly and helpful. Stepped in to find a lot of people doing work and enjoying their drinks. Okay, I love this coffee. But something needs to be done about the service or I'm giving up. Did a mobile order this morning, as I always do. Ordered a cinnamon twist with my coffee. Upon entering I saw a cinnamon twist in the pastry case. Had to wait for my latte to be made. When I picked up my drink I reminded them I had a cinnamon twist. Was told they don't have any more. My favorite Klatch location! It's just super cute, the staff is very friendly, and service is quick. Pro tip: Order on the app if you're just grabbing and going. My husband and I order when we leave the house and our drinks are waiting for us by the time we get there. My go-to is the iced crème brûlée latte. It's sweet but it's delicious. There's ample space, couches, and outlets available for studying or getting work done. The line can get really long, but the workers like Peter, Kat, and Ashley are very patient and efficient. I downloaded their app thinking my order would be ready by the time I got there and wouldn't have to wait. However that didn't happen. Usually not one to order off apps or download them but decided to give this one a shot; unfortunately I still had to wait for my order and I ordered it before I left my home which is maybe a 15min drive with traffic. Stopped by and ordered a blended crème brulee, the employee taking the order was nice. The drink itself, well, I could have made one better myself. It tasted like pure sugar. A lovely place and a very nice team working at the front! However, I do have to say Klatch is not my personal favorite for coffee. I've been to many coffee spots, I love espresso, but the mocha espresso I ordered was a little gritty which I just personally do not favor. For all of the hype, I was not very impressed and I hate to say it. It's good for a quick breakfast or brunch if needed because I did get a pretty good sandwich, but I would prefer somewhere else for coffee if I had the time. Honestly, maybe Google Maps really didn't want me to find this place, or my searching games was off, but it was hard to find. Pro-Tip: if you see the winery, you're there. Just look for the actual door to the coffee shop. Service was decent, and the attendant was friendly and accommodating to the Yelp coupon I used upon checking in. Let me just say, the watermelon iced tea drink is what happiness is made of- SUPER DELICIOUS The favorite, which was the egg sandwich, was pretty basic, if not toying with the idea of being mediocre... It really wasn't that great. The actual layout of the joint is super chill, and plenty of people were doing much of the same as I was - working and enjoying a nice drink. First time coming here to get some studying done on a Sunday afternoon & at first it was a bit full +limited seating inside but overtime there was space available by the outlets which I needed for charging. It's not a super quiet environment they do play music (it's good music) & there was people openly talking so if you're there to study definitely will need your headphones! We tried their seasonal nitro cold brew which my boyfriend is a fan of the darker more natural tasting coffee so this was ideal for him. I got an iced white mocha large w oat milk it comes w 3 espresso shots which I thought was a good amount for myself & it was super flavorful & delicious!! We also tried the turkey pesto panini & it was soooooo good, at first I thought the pricing was a bit high for a panini but it was so good I would probably get it again! Overall the location is in a nice area, coffee is delicious, panini was yummy, the only down parts are limited seating by outlets & the wifi was not strong so at one point I was using my own hotspot. read more

I used to always come here and get the turkey and pesto panini and it was great! But today I went there and orders the turkey and pesto panini and the worker stated they don't have the panini press big they toast the bread! I tried it anyway and was highly disappointed, it was just toasted bread, the bread was so hard on the edges it cut the roof of my mouth! For starters, I love Klatch Coffee. I refer everyone here and it's my favorite coffee spot. BUT I've reached my limit with this location. This place never fails to have my drink ready LATE. There's no reason why my order of two drinks should take half an hour to make. I ordered online, said it'd be ready in 15 minutes but ended up taking another 7 on top of that. I'm a very understanding person, BUT this happens everytime, there was no excuse too because there was no one else waiting for an order! This is not the first time and every time I order online it's always late, never really busy every time I pick up. I was late to work AGAIN today because of this and it wasn't the first time this location has made me late. Not only is the service not great but the flavor is inconsistent!!!! One day it's okay, another day it tastes like dirt! I'm not sure what's going on here but Klatch is about to lose one of its most reliable and consistent customers because of this location. It pains me but this place makes the Klatch experience so terrible. The Ontario and Fontana locations NEVERRRRRRR do this to me. They always make the drinks quick and amazing, they never let me down. So, if you want to go to Klatch stay away from this one! I'm so sad honestly. The only reason I come to this location is because I moved and this one is on the way to work. A good place to settle in and get some studying done. My first time here so I will come back a few more times and see if I can make it my primary spot for studying. They had a very pleasant staff as well that made very good coffee to boot. There was not a lot of seating but it was enough for this occasion. Hey there, we got some of the Klatch espresso beans (WBC World's Best Espresso, Ethiopia Washed Guji Anasora, and Kenya Thunguri AA) for making espressos at home and we're wondering if these beans are recommended for espresso as well or only as mixed drinks? I haven't been to this location in about a year but I recently went on Monday morning. I ordered the salted caramel cold brew which was good I just wish I got a little more cold foam I felt like I was skimped. I also got a coffee cake which tasted a bit dry and maybe a day or two old. Flavor was good just wish it wasn't so stale. My friend ordered the jalapeño popper panini and the employee suggested to add bacon. My friend loved it! It appears Klatch is opening up in various locations. I remember when it was one of the few 3rd wave coffee shops in socal with their original location in Ontario and to my surprise, now there's a shop in Redondo Beach which I saw earlier this week. I had been to the Ontario location years ago and this particular café is closest to me and one I've frequented on a few occasions to get away from Starbucks up on the hill. This location is a slightly larger than the Ontario shop and all the times I've been here there have been a good number of people which is understandable due to the interesting and varied items served here. It's a good spot to study as they do have a sofa area, a large common table, and a few smaller tables and chairs that are strewn about. There's also outdoor seating if you want to get away from the din of the whirling blenders inside. I've had a nitro cold brew on one occasion and it was good as far as cold brews go. Everyone working behind the counter is friendly and helpful when it comes to trying to decide what to order offering suggestions. Pastries I've had were fresh and tasty. They also have sandwiches and salads like most coffee shops do which I will probably try at some point in the future because I know I will definitely be frequenting this spot on a regular basis. read more

Absolutely trash service. I had done an online order, 10 minutes later I received a text saying my order was done, and I arrived 5 minutes after that to pick up. Order wasn't done and the employee working acted annoyed and gave me attitude when I asked how much longer it would be. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a single latte and if it does, at least don't be a jerk about it. read more

Klatch is an awesome spot to grab a hot drink and some breakfast! I've tried a variety of their menu items, and I often opt to go for one of the seasonal items (my favorite is when they have their lavender latte!) The staff is always attentive and friendly! The atmosphere of this shop is really nice as well. It's comfortable and homey feeling with couches and plenty of spaces to read, study, or catch up with a friend over a cup of coffee. The only thing I'd be wary of is if you're getting a flavor shot in one of your drinks, sometimes they add way too much sweetener so just be sure to ask for light sweetener or syrup if you're getting it added into something like an iced coffee. read more

Forget trendy cold brew. If you're a fan of really good (not watered down) iced coffee, and you're lucky enough to be here when barista extraordinaire Martin is working.... order a "flash brew". Martin calculated the ice to water ratio, extra beans ground a bit finer to compensate for stronger brew with less hot water, and together with a weight scale and timer delivered a spectacular "pour over ice". This guy is a pro and made what was definitely the best iced coffee I've ever had! He explained all the science which I don't precisely remember but I will say, "It was spot on". read more

I have a recent obsession with Chai Tea latte and searched for a cafe nearby where Klatch caught my eyes with the high amount of reviews. I called to ask if they had Chai Tea Latte and the lady over the phone was very nice and explained to me that they did and that they make the latte with home made Chai tea concentrate (chai tea, brown sugar, and vanilla syrup) and whole milk. So I made a u-turn into this empty plaza with a Souplantation next to it expecting the latte to be either overly sweet and/or spicy. I was wrong. The chai tea latte here is pretty good, 4 stars good, and perfectly sweet! It would be 5 stars if there was a stronger chai tea taste to it, but unfortunately it was very faint and I felt like I was chasing that tea taste but got a milk and sugar taste instead. I also like the vibe of this place and that there is live music on some days. The outdoor patio is also a major plus as it's clean and spacious. If I lived closer to here I can definitely see myself coming here frequently. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again. read more
