I love this place so much, I come here about 3 times a week because I workout and shop nearby. The staff are so sweet and friendly! As well as the coffee, it's amazing. It's the best coffee I had in awhile compared to the other places I've been to recently. I've tried multiple drinks and I'm addicted to the chipotle grilled cheese. The pastries are also super good. The one and only thing I have to complain about is how the chipotle grilled cheese gradually got a lot smaller. For how much it is, I feel like I'm being ripped off a little and this has happened the last couple times. My husband and I love this place since we moved to Rancho Cucamonga 3 years ago we go here at lease 3 times a week . Very friendly and caring staff, They always call you by your name and welcome you right when you walk in. Gabby the manager is so professional and friendly. It is amazing that they offer you the dine in- glass cup, so the good quality of their coffee is tastable (unlike other places that only serve in paper cup :0 ) . Today was my first time visiting, i.e. first impression. I must share that I am honestly super surprised that such a solid coffee establishment with the type of reputation it has, has the type of service I just received. I ordered 4 drinks and 2 pastries. I vanilla latte oat milk decaf, 2 vanilla latte almond milk decaf half sweet, 1 vanilla latte oat milk, cinnamon twist and a pecan bar. Before I could order my food items, the cashier (Sarah as per receipt) stepped away and came back and annoyingly (as per her expression) said just so you know there's like 5 tickets ahead of you so it will be like 15 minutes. I said that's fine. I said I would also like to add 2 food items and looked at me almost surprised. Then she gave me a total and I paid. I then confirmed and said okay so I'll come back in 15 right? And she said or you can just hang out. *I totally felt like I was bothering her* I wanted to ask about top sellers I could try. And was even going to order an iced matcha or latte for later as well but I just didn't even feel comfortable asking. It really sucks because I was waiting to try this place for so long and I drove aways here. To their credit the pastries were excellent, one star for those and the coffee was decent another star for the shop. However, definitely not worth me coming back here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE SHOP. During these unprecedented times, during a pandemic it is important to be KIND, patient, and thankful for one's job. I love it that they really sell fresh roasted coffee instead of those places that claim to and then don't put it out for a week. These guys put the coffee out the day it's roasted. THANK YOU! I wanted to share a heart warming story of what happened at Klatch Coffee today. My mother was at the CVS in the shopping center getting some things and ran into some car issues. She knows my sister and I love Klatch coffee and it's our go to spot when we come home to visit. So she went into Klatch asking for help and the team went over and assisted her. I cannot believe how helpful the team was. They went above and beyond and helped her when she was overwhelmed and in need of help. I am forever grateful to them. However seating is a bit limited, so you either need to get there early or at the right time if you're planning on sitting and getting some work done. This was my first time at Klatch and didn't realize it was a chain until later. But I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience there that I wanted to see if there were any locations closer to me. Can't believe I've never heard of this place until this year. ..... we ordered the iced vanilla bean latte (oat milk) and an iced chai latte with two shots of espresso (oat milk, light ice) to start the weekend doing some work at a local coffee shop. our drinks were made really quickly, but the limited seating indoors (only about four tables that are conducive for doing work) made it so that it is quite difficult to do work, so would not recommend as a study spot. there are a few seats outside, but the back patio shares space with other shops, and the front patio is right by a busy street and loud construction, so i would say that this place is best for grab-and-go coffee. vanilla bean latte was delicious, lightly sweet and just a hint of vanilla that isn't too overpowering. the oat milk they use isn't particularly creamy, oat milk snobs might not love this one, but i found it pretty delicious. the chai latte was honestly not fantastic--far too sweet for chai, and the two shots of espresso weren't even tastable. the entire drink ended up tasting like sweet water, with the oat milk coming out watery and adding to the overly sweet drink. would definitely go for the vanilla bean latte instead. read more

Was in the area and needed a cafe to study at in rancho. This place was exactly what I was looking for. There is free wifi and some seating. Seating isn't abundant but it should be enough as long as you don't come at a busy time. I ordered the hot Matcha latte here. They use oat milk instead of regular milk here which is awesome since I'm lactose intolerant. The matcha latte is really good. It's not too strong and feels very smooth when you drink it. The creamy layer on top is a nice mix in the drink. Nice ambiance and they have free water next to their counter for those studying. I've gone here for years when I went to school out in the Inland Empire. Absolutely love it. Classic. Clean. And overall great coffee. I tend to get the Crème Brûlée latte. It always is a hit. Inside is a decent size cafe, where people are eating and talking. As well as outside patio space that at the time a high school band was playing. It's a quite a busy place, but parking and service were fast. Can't complain about really anything. Love this place wish there was one closer to where I live now. read more

My second visit here which thankfully was much better than my first visit. First visit I pulled up to pickup a curbside order & was left waiting 20 minutes for my order with zero remorse from the employee when I called to let them know I was still waiting out front. Yes, I checked in on the app. When my items were brought out, they couldn't even remake my iced coffee which was sitting out over 25 minutes at that point. This time I still placed an order through the app but opted to walk-in. My drink wasn't made correctly but they were immediately apologetic and made my correct order within 2 minutes. I wish I remembered the barista's name but she had shoulder length dark hair & was a doll! This just goes to show that first impressions do matter, however, I'm a pretty patient person & typically will give the establishment a second try on the assumption they could be having an "off" day prior to writing a negative review... unless it's just THAT bad lol I'm glad this location was worth giving another shot The avocado toast & iced vanilla latte are my favorite along with their scones as I mentioned in another review. This place is a very popular spot in Rancho! I stopped in here to get something refreshing, and ordered the watermelon cascara fresca and used my Yelp Check In to get a dollar off! This spot is big, a decent amount of indoor seats but I can never snag myself an indoor spot. They do have outdoor seating on the patio at the front entrance as well as the through the back. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I used their restroom and was super bummed out that there are no hooks to hang bags, purses etc. I work on the road a lot so I haul my work laptop & personal laptop as well as my purse. And I don't like to leave my stuff outside. Maybe some good sturdy hooks might work or some type of table that will allow your customers to set their belongings down. Oh my gosh!! Sha-wing!! This place is so good. I was told one of the barista's won a national title and I can (taste) why. I ordered a Mexican mocha with half and half that was just amazing. It had an earthy flavor, slightly gritty, if you ever had a dark chocolate espresso coffee Bean, that's the exact flavor. FOR YOU PEOPLE IN SAN FRANCISCO (they just opened one there) they also have one (of all places) in South Korea, no joke. I especially like the vanilla bean latte, rose latte (seasonal), and matcha. There's indoor and outdoor seating depending on your preference. The indoor seating is slightly limited and may be a little crowded and loud, while the outdoor seating gives a great view of the snowy Mr. Baldy mountain during the winter time. I finally hopped on the Klatch Coffee train, and I'm chugga-chugging! I've been on quite the tea kick lately, and was initially overwhelmed by the large variety that Klatch offers. Luckily, Klatch's barista saved the day with a recommendation: the Japanese cherry sequoia tea. I'm so glad I asked, since this isn't a tea I would normally order. The taste was floral, yet refreshing. Since I had never heard of a cherry sequoia tea before, I also did some research following my trip out of curiosity. Japanese cherry sequoia tea 101: The word Sequoia means beginning, and hints at a blooming future. Because of its symbolism, this tea is often served at Japanese wedding ceremonies or engagement parties! My friend tried their white chocolate mocha, which I luckily had the chance to sip on. It was frothy, and flavorful - everything that a white chocolate mocha should be. Inside the vibe is comfy and homie, with large couches, open tables, and a variety of wall plugs. The perfect spot to enjoy a great book, or work the day away on caffeine. Klatch currently has $15 coffee bags you can purchase to send overseas to support our troops! I love visiting Klatch when I'm in the area, and I generally find the quality of the coffee to be quite good. On this occasion, I had my usual Vanilla Bean iced coffee, and tried their goat cheese and honey toast. The Vanilla Bean iced coffee was mellow and only slightly sweet, and is what I would consider the right amount of vanilla flavor without tasting artificial. Would definitely recommend either this or the creme brulee for those who enjoy their coffee on the milkier side, although this one seems to be the less sweet of the two options. In regard to the goat cheese and honey toast, I normally love a good goat cheese and honey combo, but I found that the lavender buds that were scattered generously along the top were a little too aromatic. Rather than the savory/sweet combination I was anticipating, I found that the flowery flavor was overpowering and extremely off-putting. It ended up tasting something more akin to soap rather than a food item. I would probably recommend ordering it without the lavender, especially for those with less adventurous palates. read more

Klatch Coffee is a little hidden coffee shop in Rancho Cucamonga. They have a couple of locations out in the IE, but decided to try out this location due to its high number of reviews. I ordered an Iced Creme Brûlée, Iced Vanilla Bean, and Blended Mocha. Their cup size small/regular is more than enough for one person. What I really liked about their coffee is that you can really taste the flavors of their coffee and specialty flavors of Vanilla/Creme Brûlée. I would order less sweet next time though. My daughter visited this location several months ago and tried out two coffee drinks for the two of us. The Macchiato and the Peach Sweet tea. On her way home another car cut her off making the coffee spill all over the car. She called this location after getting home and informed them of what happened and the two workers there quickly responded with just come back and we will remake your order. She was so upset after being cut off but then so happy they turned an awful day into an amazing one. We forgot the employees names but I wanted to say "Thank You" for going above and beyond.
