We've been going to Klatch for a few years - well, I have, anyway - my husband has probably been going for a decade if it's been around that long. Lots of single-origin coffees, proper pour overs, a small selection of baked treats and the flavored sugar bombs so many of us love. They have a few different non-dairy milks, too, which is nice. They are pricier than other shops around. If you are a coffee connoisseur, this is a great place to go. For sweet mochas and the like, I'd honestly say stick to Starbucks as they're a bit cheaper and, in my opinion, better tasting. read more

Great location! Parking is ample and so is their seating, they have indoor and outdoor seating. Cool artwork on display, every time that I go there, they have new displays. The coffee quality is superb. You can tell the barista are educated properly on how to make an espresso. My go to drink is the creme brule latte, tastes like a treat! Their pour overs also really good. I enjoy ordering my drink to drink on site because you get a ceramic mug and latte art. It's a total treat while in taking my lunch break. First time here. Heard good things about this place. What i heard didn't come close to how good the customer service, coffee/drinks and food options are. Ashley G. - the cashier, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Let her know it was my first and she was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Funny too. Sarah S. - the store Manager, is another example of great customer service. She went above and beyond to help me pick out a coffee and to help set me up with the rewards program. Even, taking the time to refund my purchase, so that i could get the points on the app. Impressed. Golden Latte- tumeric, honey, cinnamon, Cayenne, oat milk. Perfect blend of ingredients and temperature. Next time i may ask for extra honey, but that's a personal preference, not a problem with the drink. Capp on Tap- cold Brew, milk, nitrous- this was different. Coffee was of good quality and taste. The milk was a tad over powering of the coffee. Its was just ok for me. We randomly stubbled on this spot while looking for a new coffee spot to try and the coffee was quite good. The visual of this location is super nice it has a vineyard look to it which might also have to do with them having a winery next door. Worst experience ever today, won't be going back. Lead shift supervisor on staff was loudly discussing his date and had 6 other employees so engaged in his social life, not a single employee was able to help get my coffee order correct I was trying to order an ice coffee with there house made toddy and was charge $11 for a drink for an ice coffee. I will not be going back to this coffee house until better employee are trained on customer service I believe Heather was a good owner but after today I will continue just with Starbucks atleast they are friendly and get the order correct. I visited this coffee shop today after reading the reviews over the last few months. The brew just did not do it for me. It's disappointing because most of the reviews are positive. I am an avid coffee drinker with, a REALLY good pallet for coffee and the "details" in the roast. This just seemed all wrong. I need to give it another try because I think, in my experimenting, (which I often do, with MY selection, to really test flavor components) I complicated the process and I just did not enjoy it at all. I could elaborate, but for this purpose I will leave it at that. Perhaps it just wasn't a good coffee day to me (and my daughter). I will return and will update this review accordingly. Honestly this is my favorite coffee shop to come to. The coffee is SO smooth and the menu has great variety. It's not like Starbucks - and I say that as the highest form of flattery. From the large wood beams, vaulted ceilings, eclectic collection of seating choices...you just feel relaxed. Not sure if it was the scene or just the heavenly aroma of coffee and I needed my fix! What really did it for me was the staff. Each person from the walk in to the leaving were friendly and they look like they like to work there. I walked in, lined up...the person in front of me was doing that whole JenP "Decaf, non-fat, half-sweet, no whip.........."...thing...so they opened another line. I was a little confused with all the goodies so she proceeds to patiently go over their offering. Well...she had me at Latte...you complete me! Latte and a plain breakfast sandwich. Though the Latte Art isn't going to win any prizes, the latte sure will. It was dee-lish! The sandwich was a sandwich - it takes the blood sugar level to acceptable. I love this location! It's nice to bring my laptop and work on my vlogs while sipping on some nice cold iced latte with OAT milk! Did you know that the nut milks are made in house? No wonder the taste has this deep nutty flavor that's not so watered down like other places! You can't beat the taste of house made nut milks. I sometimes make my own at home too and it's a lot of work. So happy that Klatch takes that extra step and make this time consuming milk for their customers! Saw it fitting to yelp about a coffee joint on National Coffee Day. Happy National Coffee Day 2019!! This is a cool little coffee place. With seating inside and out. Baristas inside are pretty cool. Similar to starbucks but less of the big box chain vibe. They didnt have any nitro cold brew.... at 10am.... but their regular cold brew was really smooth. No bitterness at all, unlike starbucks. It's one of the best cold brew drinks, second only to the one I brew at home as well as the roster reserves starbucks in New York!! They have a good amount of drinks, as well as pastries as well as whole beans that you can purchase. Nice to have this small little place so close to my house!!
