Well im the type of person that when i order a gourmet latte, & i specifically explain my order, hey thats how i expect it. Well not today at Klatch Coffee i dont always buy out for lattes,so i ordered a latte with no foam! I've been attending :) this Klatch location for the past two years! I should've written a review after my first visit because the customer service AND the coffee is amazing! They have outlets available for all customers, spacious set up and GREAT customer service. You can tell they are doing something great, simply by the fact that they know all their customers by name! I am pretty basic with my coffee orders, but for some reason... coffee shops seem to mess up a regular ice'd black coffee!!! Not this place! I strongly encourage you to try their black coffee AND their muffins! 10/10! read more

Some great unknown bands play on Fridays. Great micro roast house. I just love the coffee here, especially the espresso based drinks. Of course, just like their Seattle-based rivals, taking home their coffee to brew at home never seems to taste the same. Way too expensive! Not even Starbucks is this expensive. Had high hopes for this place based on so many good reviews on here. A small breakfast wrap and a small creme brulee frappuccino for $15. I wouldn't complain if it was all worth it but it wasn't. The tortilla was hard I don't know if that's normal for a gluten free tortilla, there was literal one strip or two of bacon and the avocado pieces were hard. I didn't bother finishing it. The best coffee and lattes I've had in a while. I've been so addicted to philz for a while, but it's quite a drive. After coming across this place, I think it's safe to say philz is history ! Everything I ordered was good. I usually don't order two drinks, but they looked good, so I ordered the cafe su lait (served warm...so delish) and the iced lavender latte. Lord have mercy ! The lavender latte was amazing. I requested it not too sweet and it was perfect. My sister couldn't make up her mind and the cashier went above and beyond to make suggestions and find the perfect drink for her. I also ordered the goat cheese toast with honey and HOOONEYYYYY, it's a must order toast when u step into Klatch. Also tried the avo toast and my sister and I both agreed that it's the best avocado we've had on toast ! They are not skimpy with their avocado. It was loaded. I tried dissecting the avocado to attempt to make it at home. It has a taste of squeezed lemon, pepper and other yummies I couldn't figure out. Couldn't speak more highly of this place. First of all, it exists. This area doesn't have too much to show for in the ways of coffee and roasting so these guys are a true salvation. Their coffee and their staff's cheerful disposition makes for quite the neighborhood coffee shop. Not only to they offer award-winner espresso, but they also get creative with their specials and will give you something much more than your hyper-sweetened pumpkin spiced latte. These guys know what they're doing and their a pleasure to see almost every morning. Oh, and I've yet to eat a better scone than the eclectic and delicious offerings at Klatch. Highly recommended for when you're off your diet. Favorite roasts: Ethiopia- excellent blueberry aroma and dark chocolate flavor. Smooth and zero burnt, slunky sting. The selection of beans to buy is great. I was overwhelmed with how many choices they have, stuff from regions or single countries or single sellers, certain parts of the coffee bean, roasting styles I haven't heard of. Super cool! Bakery treats looked really good so I got a lemon bar, my favorite. It was pretty spot-on perfect, I was very happy with it. Employees are nice, make small talk, enjoyable. The price isn't cheap, which is expected. I ordered a cold brew coffee on ice and it tasted pretty light and watered down from the first sip before the ice even melted, which was surprising considering the rest of the coffee stuff here. I was on the hunt for some good natural processed coffee and I was able to find some here. I live in Ktown so it was quite the drive, 4 freeways and 1.5 hrs later I made it and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I called first and Nicki was especially helpful in explaining to me the different natural and honey processed coffees they offered. I wanted to make sure they had some, didn't want to drive out there for nothing. Once I got there the entire staff (Logan, Rose and another girl with glasses whose name I didn't catch) was incredibly helpful in helping me decide between some of their offerings and what to order. I ended up ordering a El Salvador, Las Mercedes Pepinal 1 over ice which was fantastic. Definitely worth the trip. They have such a great selection of coffee beans as well. Check them out. read more

I made a point of finding some local coffee beans while we were in the LA area. Not wanting to deal with downtown parking, I found this place conveniently located right next to the freeway on our way back to Vegas. I was happy to find beans that were roasted just a few days earlier. Since we mostly do lattes every morning, I grabbed a bag of their "World's Best Espresso" and I believe a bag of FTO House Espresso. I'm not entirely sure of the latter because I no longer have the bag. In any case, we've been enjoying these beans for the past week. They're medium to slightly oily dark roast with pretty intense flavors. I cut the dosage down to 19g to mellow it out a bit. I'm hoping for similarly successful results with the "World's Best." We also ordered a couple of lattes. Even though we ordered for the road, they still present them to you with some latte art. Not really necessary but a good sign of quality baristas that care about the product. I'll definitely try to stop by again when near one of their locations. Otherwise, there's always online ordering. read more

This is our new spot to stop and get coffee on our trips from SD up to Santa Barbara. It's right off the freeway in San Dimas, so getting off the road, getting a coffee, and getting back on the road is fast and simple. Their parking lot is large and usually empty, so parking does not suck either. Our wait to get our coffee is alway just a couple of minutes. The employees have always been friendly and helpful except one time. My wife ordered a regular large coffee. The guy gave her a pour-over coffee instead. He seemed rather proud of himself like this was a extra little perk but the coffee was incredibly bitter and undrinkable. I mean, it was more bitter than Starbucks garbage. Because it was so hot, she didn't notice until we were a couple of miles down the road. I told her to throw it out the window because it was so bad, but she ended up saving it until we stopped somewhere else for coffee. The lids of the coffee also have a hole in the middle. It's not something that's a make or break type of thing, but I like it. It allows the top of the coffee to cool down a little bit, making it faster to drink. It also stops it from doing a glug glug on the way out because there's no vent. read more

Get the Iced Latte! I've tried both the Iced Latte and Cold Brew and I definitely liked the Iced Latte a lot more because I can taste the richness of the milk and the flavor of the coffee. Definitely different and better compared to the iced lattes I've gotten at Starbucks. However, if it were the other drinks in the menu, I would still go to Starbucks. I did noticed that they also sell hot sandwiches, which I do look forward to try one of these days if I come in for breakfast. The place does have a good amount of tables, with plenty of people with laptops or just having a good conversations. Good luck finding a space to sit at on the weekend! Stopped by on my way to work. Surprisingly crowded for 7:15 in the morning. The workers were very friendly and from what I observed they have a lot of regulars. Cute little coffee house. Easy parking since it is in the same complex as the Target. Not sure if I would come back because they are so crowded so the service is a bit slow. Not knocking on the service because I understand that they are busy but if you are in a time crunch to get to work then it may not be the best option. read more

I normally have a pretty good experience here, but not today. I came for a curbside pickup and called the shop 5 times and the phone rang and rang but no one ever answered. So I thought, maybe they'll see me waiting here and bring out my order. 5 minutes later, that hadn't happened either. So I ended up going inside to pick up what was supposed to be a curbside pickup and proceeded to be ignored by all 4 employees behind the bar. No one greeted me, no one asked if I was there to pick up an order, no one asked me if I was looking to order. I saw my order sitting on the counter, just out of my reach, and the worker who was on bar wasn't even making drinks. Being a barista myself, I know what it looks like when someone is trying to look like they're busy while not actually doing anything, and that's exactly what she was doing. Finally I had to go up and ask for my order because it seemed like no one was planning on talking to me unless I talked to them first. This place is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes the service and quality are excellent and some days, like today, the service and quality are not good at all. A bit of a mixed bag. read more
