A small lounge in midtown with a DJ, hookah and overpriced cocktails . The food menu is very limited. The only sides available last night was white rice and french fries. The food took approx 1 hour to come out some people on the table got their food in 1hr 45 min ( the food in question was a quesadilla and pasta with vodka sauce ) even if it was being made fresh not sure how it could take that long . Many tables around us had the very same complaint their response was the kitchen is backed up . We got to the lounge around 9:30 states until 1:30 ordered bottle service that didn't arrive until midnight so of course on top of our bottle service we also ordered some of their very basic $20+ cocktails . The 2 stars they get are soley for the vibes which my friends and I brought with us lol .

Cute napkin and menu. Purse not included.

Last night, following the suggestion of one of my girlz, we celebrated the bday girl in our friend's group at KLOUD. After seeing a great video upload online, we gave it a try. Sooo glad that we did! I was first to arrive out of our party of four. I was greeted, seated and offered a menu right away. I ordered a drink called Some Like It Hot. It was tequila based with added ginger and a skewer of sliced lime and jalapeños for a little spice. Served in a very pretty glass, it was such a nice sip. Very soon after, all four of us were there and the festivities began! We munched on tasty bulgogi sliders, gooey, saucy, skillet mac and cheese, fries, crispy calamari and VERY tasty Cajun wings. The wings were so crispy and hot and seasoned with flavors that had actual NOLA pizzazz. After our food and a few rounds of cocktails, we ordered hookah. It was so smooth and it burned for a looong time. We were ready to frolic and the DJ (Mike) encouraged our shenanigans. We shook our money makers all over KLOUD! The staff enjoyed our energy, the DJ was AMAZING. Big fun was had by all. The staff treated us to free shots and the bday girl's drink was served to her in a large, gorgeous glass. We smoked, drank, mixed and mingled with other patrons and vibed to a non-stop mix of R&B, early 2000s hip hop, trap and house music. KLOUD is also a really good looking place, perfect for selfies and photo shoots. If you want a restaurant/bar that feels like a fab night in Miami or even Vegas, KLOUD is where it's at!

Attended my cousin birthday dinner. It was about 15 of us. The space wasn't big enough to sit all of us but we managed. The food menu was limited. They offered a lot of halal dishes but anything I would normally eat. I decided to order the lemon pepper wings and calamari. My mocktail was good but really sweet. I added the sparking water to give it a fizz. As far as the service, it was sketchy. Our server and another server were fake nice. They seemed a bit annoyed at certain times. I actually had some words with one of them. Because of the seating, a couple of us had to keep getting up to let people out to use the restroom etc. At one point I slid down to the next table and one of the servers asked that I remove myself because she was seating another party. I stated to her it wouldn't be a problem when the party arrived. So when they did finally get to the table I slid back down to our table however our coats were still halfway at the other table. This server rudely says to me "you NEED to move your coats". Clearly she knew I didn't mean for the coats to be at the other table (which literally is 3 inches away). She clearly seen my whole party wasn't seated. Going back to the calamari, I ordered a little later because I was still hungry. The first time I got it, it was undercooked. When I got it back it was overcooked. Unfortunately, I got sick on the way home. A part of me wished I didn't send it back and just said forget it. My family actually loved the experience. The establishment is beautiful I won't lie. They only had one working bathroom which was a MESS! It clearly was a male bathroom. I do think they are over priced. Most likely I won't be returning.

The ambiance is beautiful Granted they just opened 6 weeks to be exact but the service needs to be worked on . Took almost an hour to receive water and menus. Kitchen ran out of the entrees we put in . The owner did their best to accommodate us which I appreciate. But definitely some kinks to work out . Hookah is fabulous I will give it that . Food taste is not that great . If you go please sit in Rose section ask for her specifically she is attentive beautiful and a great waitress .

Service was ok. Calamari and wings were great. The vibe was amazing. Hookah tips didn't fit the hookah, ceiling was broken and created a draft. Poorly ran.

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot, flavorful and juicy. I got a bottle package and my friends got other drinks. We were recommended a new hookah flavor which was a mixture of blueberry, orange and vanilla and it was amazing! Hands down the best hookah lounge in Manhattan I've been to. The staff were super respectful and attentive. Customer service, food and AMBIANCE is 10/10 Definitely recommend going here. I had a great experience.

Ambiance: This place has a nice ambiance, definitely very "New York" -- dark (you can't see how dirty the floor is) and loud music (maybe too loud). We sat upstairs (we had a reservation) and of all the people on the top there was a party of 4 (us), a party of 8 (all dudes celebrating something) and the rest of the tables were on a DATE - which I thought was funny. Service: We were served by Ann-Marie who was so delightful. She was kind, super nice, and took the time to speak to us (which is basically how we figured out she wasn't a native New York City person). She gave us good food suggestions and we were very happy with our selection. Food: Here is what we ordered * Steak Frites: My two boys got the steak frites and I have to say the steak was awesome! I had a bite of each of theirs and they each ordered it differently (one Medium Rare/Medium and one Medium) and they both were prepared PERFECTLY. The fries were overflowing. * Caeser Salad with Salmon: My wife got the salad with Salmon (they only have a few salad options) and she enjoyed it. * Prawn and Crab Risotto: I got this and I have to say it was VERY bland. I wouldn't get this if you are looking for taste. I had to put salt and pepper on it to make it have any semblance of taste. Value/Price: I would say this is not over priced but it is not cheap either...bill is attached. I would recommend it to folks who are looking for a good place to either go out on a date or a family type meal.

We jumped over to the bar right beside and drank some girly drinks before getting the notification our table was ready. As with nearly every establishment in NYC, it is very close quarters in paradise lost. We stood at a table while waiting for seats at the bar to become available. Which, we didn't mind. I could see how this might be a little harder to get a seat for a bigger group if you aren't there before 6. It seemed that once a group got a big table, they camped out. The drinks were strong and creative. Friendly bartenders, good music, and yummy options for bar snacks. Also, the bathroom is a nice touch. Given the hell theming for the bar, the bathroom is a 180 and while using the Lou, you can listen to the bible being recited. Theres also a spooky surprise if you press the button in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it is at the bottom of some decently narrow stairs. So, try and stay sober enough for stairs or you may fall. Go to this bar. You will have fun.

After we shared we were going to Osamil Upstairs, the hostess from Osamil promptly unlocked the unmarked door for us to head upstairs to Osamil Upstairs. Had other customers not come out as we were walking up the stairs, we might have passed the entrance to Osamil Upstairs and continued upward! Much like what you might expect of a speakeasy, it's well-hidden, and the interior just blows the mind. It's elegant, beautiful, and comfortable. The drinks were good. My cheese in the trap was smokey (as promised!) and alcohol forward. My hubby had the Jung cocktail and it had the most magical, delicious combination of flavors! We also ordered a foie gras with toast appetizer as a pre-dinner snack; it was OK. All in all, a really pleasant experience and we'd return if we were in the area again!

Due to some unforseen circumstances (on our part being First time visitors not understanding NY traffic) we were short on time and they were still able to accommodate us! We were looking forward to do one their prix fix menus but had to cut our time shorter. We had the shrimp cocktail, would recommend and also really loved the serving coupe it came in! Fried artichokes that were mid at best and saved by the sauce it comes with. To save time we split the steak frites, I would recommend, though bot as tender as I normally like, I appreciate the serving and flavorful bites. The drinks are amazing and we love how they're all accompanied by a story! I had the heir to empire and our lovely waitress asked for my favorite color and when the drink arrives, it came with a little coaster in purple! And it was strong without it being overwhelming. For the remaining of dinner, I had a red wine and it was a perfect choice for the meal. Our trip to New York was too short because we wished we had been able to go back and check out their live performances. The vibe if the place was moody and inviting and we wished we could have gone back! We loved the Broadway homage throughout without being tacky.

My only two gripes with the spot were - they didn't acknowledge my birthday, even with a happy birthday from my server or the hostess. I am not sure why Resy prompted me to indicate the occasion if it wouldn't even be acknowledged or looked at. It obviously feels good to feel celebrated, so they dropped the ball in this regard. The second issue is it got sickeningly loud inside. This was a sunday night, and I ended up having to shout just to be heard by the girl right next to me. Everything else was good! Though there wasn't a dish that just blew my mind, everything was consistently really good and enjoyable. I recommended ordering a handful of dishes and sharing with a group. The cornstar martini was fun (and the popcorn was great!), the vodka pasta, caesar salad, and truff fries were enjoyable as well. The cute matchboxes were a cherry on top as we were leaving!
