I have such an issue when each employee gives a different answer. All I wanted was a kids meal but substitute the ham for turkey. My kids do not like ham. I have run into ONLY one employee in the Lindon location that always says they cannot do it. It is so irritating. I am not buying a full sandwich for a 4 year old child because this one employee won't substitute but everyone else and every other location will. All I ask is to train each employee the same. If you find a discrepancy, have a conversation with that particular employee. This is probably the 5th time I have run into this at this one location. My kids enjoyed the cinnamon bread. They said it is soft and tasty. The downside is the icing melts and creates a huge mess. I wish they put the cinnamon bread in a different container. The Saratoga Springs location has management issues. They are the only Kneaders that stops making hot sandwiches after 9:00PM, the only Kneaders that can't seem to make sandwiches as ordered (hint : there is NO egg on the MEAT&CHEESE breakfast sandwich), and the only Kneaders constantly out of basic items early in the day. When I tried to ask the woman helping me how long it would take them to prepare my order, I had to ask 4 times before she responded to me. When the order did come out it was sloppily made (soggy bread and sandwich fell apart when I picked it up) and my order was I incomplete. I like Kneaders but this location is constantly rife with issues. I've been here multiple times, and this is just the tipping point for the feedback. In the past, their lemon squares had a chemical aftertaste. The Eclares were soggy. But this takes the cake. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru (idle-free), not because there was a huge queue. Kneaders used to be amazing. They've gone downhill considerably, but today was the first time I left feeling absolutely sick to my stomach. The server was grumpy, even though my sister and I were being entirely respectful and patient. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and my sister ordered the chicken pesto panini. She had to eat her sandwich with a fork because it was soggy. My sandwich tasted like all the ingredients were old. The avocado was especially old, and the completely wrong color. The beat thing here are the sandwiches and homemade chicken noodle soup. The Turkey bavon avocado is made with real turkey slices, none of that deli meat. And the bacon is crispy, making it easier to munch on. The foccacia bread is perfectly risen to provide a nice consistency. One sandwich is very filling but I always force myswlf to drink the soup as well cuz it's so good! I would definitely recommend this place, plua service is delightful as always. We ordered light lemonade.... got to window and they said they were out of lemonade..... it happens, no biggie. Then we changed our orders to coke. Were given cokes with zero ice in any of them? I have been to Kneaders many times..... Mostly because it's the only half healthy option near my home. I can say with certainty that the quality of the food and service is spiraling downward quickly. Not only is their drivethru super slow, the food quality is becoming very poor... as an example the french dip is a crusty baguette with almost no meat on it, if their AU jus wasn't so tasty that sandwich would be utter junk! Even more important, they have screwed up our orders sooo many times, only to get home and realize they didn't give us this or that. And the final straw as to why I'm even writing this review is that the last 3 times I've ordered a chicken raspberry nut salad, I've got home and guess what ?? NO NUTS, none! And so this time I specifically ordered the salad again, and stated "make sure there's nuts, please" they said ok! I receive my salad in a To- Go bag, I immediately inspect the salad and guess what? NO NUTS! I asked to speak to the girl I ordered and the manager and asked why if the salad is called a NUT salad , with the F-ing word NUT in the name of the salad.... then why is there never any nuts? Especially after I specifically asked you to make sure there were nuts! Her response: we are out of our Nuts( Candied Pecans ) Me: so why didn't you tell me that when I ordered and specifically asked you to make sure there are nuts? HER: "well I didn't know we were out of them". It was about 9am on a Thursday and the restaurant was empty so no excuses because the were swamped. I ordered the Greek omelet and a fresh squeezed OJ. What was delivered to me was far from an omelet, it was two sad flat scrambled eggs with some feta thrown on top. I wanted to cry, I brought the food up to the front and asked, "does the omelet usually look like this? I think it may have been made incorrectly?" The cashier said, "nope, looks right to me." Kneaders has some good things and kneaders has some things you should avoid. I wish I could tell you how many times I've been here, it's a lot!! Things I think you should get are there French toast in the morning. Sourdough pancake are also yummy in the morning. I also like most of their sandwhiches but after bad experiences with the salads paying $8 and getting yucky lettuce and lack of toppings I avoid them. Soups are generally good though. Also I avoid the oatmeal because I've gotten clumpy oatmeal, meaning the entire bowl of oatmeal was in like a ball clumped together. Smoothies over priced and super sugary. Same with most of there beverages. Gotten hot chocolate and it's been pretty good, frozen hot chocolate is a pass though. Desserts we've gotten tarts that the fruit is bad on the top of it like it's a couple days old. Pie is generally good, breads are generally good. This place is honestly too hot and miss for it to be a 5 or even 4 star rating. I mean I personally feel I've had more bad experiences then good. I do believe it's over priced for the portions you generally get. Conclusion is maybe try Breakfast, soup, bread, and dessert and call it good. read more

I'm a big fan of the chicken salad sandwich and the deserts here. We go to this location on a fairly regular basis and have always had a good experience.
