    Tuna Sandwich
    Daniela K.

Went there for my favorite broccoli cheddar soup and tried the tuna sandwich in the multigrain bread and it was so delicious... The staff was friendly.. tables were clean and service was fast.. I like to go there when I'm on a rush because I know it's gonna be fast..

I am giving this 3 starts mostly because the pressed orange juice was amazing. So the pros are, I think if you go through the drive thru and want a pastry and a drink you will be fine. The cinnamon roll is very good. If that isn't what you want they have a good amount of other items to choose from. The coffee isn't bad either. The cons, the place wasn't very clean and the process isn't clear. When you walk in it is the type of place that you order and then sit down and then they call your name to come and get it. I ordered a Greek Omelette and it was mostly egg with feta. Additionally it is pretty pricey. For a sandwich, omelette, cinnamon roll and OJ it was almost $50. Way too much for what we received.

Absolutely terrible sandwich with hardly anything on it. Be warned!

Absolutely reprehensible amount of meat and ingredients on our sandwiches. Almost no meat on any of the sandwiches we ordered. Major disappointment. Whoever made these should be fired. We won't be back. I suggest you get sandwiches elsewhere

Awful quality of a chicken pesto sandwich from Kneaders in Jordan landing.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and had it door dashed, when we opened our containers to eat our sandwiches, we were so disappointed at the quality, they put one thin sliced roast beef on the French dip, and the pesto chicken had small slivers of chicken on it. We went there to let them know that our orders was unacceptable, they remade it, and they still effed up and put the sandwiches on the wrong bread. I ordered ciabatta bread and they put it on this sourdough, the sandwich was soggy by the time we got home. This was the second time that we had bad quality food from this location. Please hire people who care. We ended up throwing away our food. This is how the sandwich looked when we got it

    West Jordan location.

I love the food. However, this location is quite disheveled. I ordered online. Expectation they set was the order would be ready by 10:40. I walked in at 10:40 and the nice young woman told the people in the back that I had arrived. I stood, ignored for 15 minutes, while who I can only assume is the owner shuffled about, while people who had arrived after me had received their food and about 20 cars in the drive through had come and gone. 10:55, I spoke up. Finally, I exited this restaurant at 11:05. No "sorry", no offer of a reason why I was ignored for so long. Again, we love the food, but I feel like it is worth more of a drive to not return to this location. So much for saving time... Will not return.

My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn't available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as "extras" at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents, Aunt, Uncle, Brother and Sister who all gave rave reviews on the baked goods. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.

The owner is always a delight and anything new I have tried here has not let me down. Which is why I had to add my last experience sampling what may sound not appealing at all. I noticed on one visit that a family had come in and bought up all of a certain menu item. When I visited another time I saw there were a few of those items on display and I decided to try one for myself. It was called Taro Mochi Dried Meat Floss Cake. It sounds like it wouldn't work, but to my surprise I quite enjoyed it. Semi-sweet cream filling and chewy fresh mochi sandwiched between light and fluffy sponge cake then rolled in a dried meat floss and what looked to be nori. The smell was a little pungent, but I always try something once. I never know what I may like until I've tried it and this is definitely a "Don't Yuck My Yum" situation. (Shoutout @doobydobap) I hope this local spot gets all the love because the husband and wife business owners are doing great things here!!

The selection is massive, and everything looks fresh and inviting. We tried their tres leches cake and caramel pudding cake, and both were absolutely delicious. The tres leches was moist and rich without being overly sweet, and the caramel pudding cake had a silky texture with just the right amount of sweetness. We also sampled a few other baked goods, and everything we tried was solid--clearly made with care. One thing that could improve the experience for first-time visitors is labeling. None of the items are named or described, so unless you're already familiar with traditional Mexican pastries, it can be a bit of a guessing game. It would be really helpful if they labeled each item or provided a menu guide. That said, if you're open to a little adventure--or already know your conchas from your cuernitos--this place is definitely worth visiting. I'll be back to try even more from their incredible selection.
