It also came with a stone pot rice and a fried fish. Overall, the food was delicious and service was quick and attentive. They served us barley tea to start with and continuously checked to make sure everything was good. The layout of the restaurant itself is very spacious and clean. It's a very comfy restaurant and the food items pair well especially when it's cold and raining outside. Would highly recommend trying this place out.

My husband had the bibim-naeng-myun (mixed with spicy sauce) and our son had the spicy pork bulgogi, but he hardly ate it bc he was too busy eating the odang side dish. So funny! Although food takes a long time to come out of the kitchen, the food is worth the wait! The seafood pancake was some of the best seafood pancake that I've had. The pancake had generous amounts of seafood in it and the crispiness could not be beat. Although the bibimbap comes in a large stone pot and is sizzling hot coming out of the kitchen, you unfortunately aren't able to extract any burnt rice from the bottom. Perhaps a little bit more oil is needed to achieve this? Despite this, it's still a really nicely constructed bibimbap bowl with a solid variety of vegetables. The chicken wings are crispy on the exterior and juicy on the interior. The wings are on the larger size, so once you get past the thin layer of crispy skin on the outside, I recommend dipping the wing back into the leftover sauce on the plate for more flavor. Last but not least, the tofu soup had a deep kimchi flavor, and was very mild in terms of spiciness. I thought the rice cakes included in the bowl were cooked perfectly and had a nice bounce to them. Overall, if you're looking for Korean food in this part of town, I don't think Danji Korean Cuisine can be beat.

The Galbi Soup came with a lot of beef, but we found the galbi to be saltier than usual, and the beef might not have been as fresh. The seating was spacious. Parking was easy with street parking.

Their menu is extensive and has all the Korean food classics including seafood pancake, soondubu (stone pot tofu soup), galbi jjim (beef stew), Toppokki, bibimbap, and cold noodles (spicy and non-spicy versions). Their entrees are around $20 each, but some larger hot pot dishes (meant for 2-3 people) can be up to $70. I ordered the BULGOGI BIBIMBAP (~$24). Unfortunately they don't serve stone pot Bibimbap here, but the portions are large and beautifully presented. My dish came with plenty of fresh vegetables- pickled carrots and cucumbers, sesame bean sprouts, daikon kimchi, lettuce, and marinated black mushrooms (which I've never had in Bibimbap before but was soooo good) on top a bed of fluffy white rice! The egg was cooked perfectly over easy and the meat was marinated well too- I do wish the dish came with more meat though. They give you your typical sweet and spicy gochujang red sauce on the side as well as white vinegar and mustard sauce for added flavor. Service was fantastic and you get complimentary hot tea and ban chan (which are refillable). The ban chan included cucumber kimchi, daikon kimchi, sesame bean sprouts, kimchi, fish cake, and sesame choy. All employees were very friendly and made you feel at home. The inside is clean, but the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is that they have an Okay health rating and not a Good or Excellent health rating. I didn't look up the exact violations, but it would be great to see an improvement in score. Overall: 4/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 3/5 for atmosphere

After asking for anything (tea, banchan), it can take some time but it was relatively busy so I didn't mind. All in all got a great meal (and enough for another meal) for under $30!

The place is primarily Korean, though they serve "Japanese" food. I've found their "Japanese" offerings to be less then satisfying: overcooked noodles in its udon dish, rolls with too much mayo that ruins the fish taste, less then fresh fish, though their pork and chicken katsu are not bad. But their service is extremely poor. Wrong items brought out, no condiments on the table, blah, blah. But, we continued to support them for the price and somewhat acceptable dishes. However, we stopped going to them after what we consider to be a truly stupid customer service. We came to their restaurant about 8 -- bit after their rush hour, I guess. We were asked by a waitress to wait while they cleaned some tables. Fine, we understood and stepped back to the waiting area. After about 5 minutes, another couple who did not have a reservation walked in and was seated immediately -- a prime window side table. I walked up to the waitress ho asked us to wait AND seated the new customer. Asked her if she had forgotten us. What we got was a "well dah" look. An older gentleman who had seen the whole episode came out and tried to seat us, but at a crappy tiny booth near their kitchen with a lot of foot traffic. We walked out and have not returned since. I mean, heck, can't someone remember a critical information for a restaurant operation for a few minutes? read more

This restaurant is awesome!!! I got Spicy Rainbow and Scallop Fantasia rolls today. The spicy rainbow roll was really fresh and delicious. Their fish was just so fresh and so soft. Whenever I go to Kobe, I get Scallop Fantasia or Dynomite roll. On the top of those rolls, there are cheese and assorted fish. They are so good! Their spicy seafood ramen is another dish that I enjoy. When I get the Spicy seafood ramen, I always get is with Ika salad, it's like octopus? or squid? anyways it's so good. Also, the dinner bento always makes me very full and always tastes so good! One time I visited during lunch time but there no sits open, but the waitress took my order first and when I got sited I got my food right away. Their service is alway the best even when they are busy. They play KPOP video every night. Whenever I eat in Kobe, I stay there for longer than I think watching the video. I was craving some ramen today so I looked up some places in Bellevue where I could get my fix. This one came up and it was pretty near where I usually frequent so I gave it a shot. Upon entering, it was packed with people and looks like a hot spot for lunch (I went around 1 PM). The interior decor is quite nice and clean. To my surprise, the restaurant is Korean owned and they have all sorts of cuisines. I thought it was a Japanese sushi/ramen restaurant from the name but they also have Teriyaki and Chinese food too. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen, which was alright but it felt lacking in my taste. I was expecting more tonkatsu but it was a lot of bean sprouts and little meat. I also got the Caterpillar roll which was quite good and by the time I was done, I was full to the brim. Overall, a good experience but next time I'm gonna try some of the other foods that they have on the menu, there is quite a selection! read more

Had to beg for hot sauce to add some flavor. Toppings were a miss too - got a fully boiled egg and raw tofu when I was hoping for half boiled egg and cooked tofu. Complimentary miso soup was equally underwhelming. BUT, the complimentary salad was a highlight! Silver lining: the Saporo draft beer was a lifesaver! Kobe is officially one of my new favorite spots! We came here for dinner and were blown away by the variety and quality of the food. We ordered a mix of dishes, and everything was hit after hit: * The Sushi: Super fresh and beautifully presented. The rolls had the perfect rice-to-filling ratio. * The Glazed Chicken/Meat: Absolute perfection! This place is AMAZING. Although it takes me an hour to go to this restaurant from my house, I think it's worth it. I literally tried almost every dish they offer. My favorite one was Cheese Katsu- OMG SO GOOD. My mouth kinda hurts after I eat because the katsu is so big LOL. I think the katsus got bigger and more delicious than those from the past years. If you visit here sometime, I STRONGLY suggest you to try Cheese Katsu. I also loved Sashimi Salad. The sauce is just too good. Today was my first time at Kobe. I was looking for a good place to eat in Bellevue and I really did make a good choice! I ordered the Sweet Potato Katsu and it was so good. The katsu was so soft- probably the best I've ever tried :) I had the sashimi salad and that was very delicious as well :) The sauce was very light and the combination of the salad and the sashimi was unexpectedly really delicious. Also tried the spider roll which was really really tasty! I think it had crab meat in it, which makes it even more delicious :) All the waitresses were really nice too. I have dined at this restaurant over ten times, and it has never once disappointed me. Every dish I've tried here is delicious, particularly the fried chicken and spicy chicken wings, which are the best I've had in Washington State. The sushi menu is also outstanding, and the tonkotsu ramen is rich and flavorful--perfectly satisfying every time. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Plus, the restaurant is conveniently located in the same building as a hotel, allowing guests to use the hotel parking lot free of charge, which makes parking incredibly easy. The service was outstanding, and while the ambiance is simple, it's just right for a casual dining experience. I tried the yakisoba, and while the flavors weren't particularly bold, the dish was well-prepared and satisfying. The main issue was the food itself--everything I ordered was overwhelmingly salty, to the point where it completely masked the actual flavor of the dishes. It felt very heavy-handed and unbalanced. The service didn't do anything to make up for the meal, either. It was just so-so--unattentive and felt like the staff was just going through the motions. Overall, it feels like a spot relying entirely on its location and foot traffic rather than the quality of its kitchen. Save your money and find a better spot nearby.

The kiosk was fine, but when I tried using it, it didn't work for me - it got to the payment page, but wouldnt connect to the internet or something. It wasnt a big deal - I let the employee know and they rung me up on the main register -- easy. Got here around 11:30 before the lunch rush and it was pretty quiet. There are about 6 tables inside. I got spicy chicken teriyaki - what I usually get when I first try a place out. It's low risk. Served half and half in a tray - chicken and rice -- the salad and extra sauces were on the side. The salad was super basic (just lettuce), but it was crisp and fresh, served with a standard sesame dressing, also on the side. They packed all orders to go, which was a little weird, but I guess it's efficient... just a little wasteful and awkward if you're eating in. I was so stuffed -- i didn't finish everything, which is unsual -- it was a ton of food. Lots of chicken. Lots of rice. A correct amount of salad. It was awesome portions. The spicy chicken teriyaki wasn't anything special - a little spicy, not too sweet, but it was nice and hot and fresh. The sauce they give you is normal teriyaki sauce, not special spicy sauce, which is nice. It isn't cloyingly sweet - again, pretty basic and normal. Overall, it's executed well and I can't complain.

When I ordered, my friend and I waited for about 15 minutes. Not too shabby. It's also nice that you can order and pay on a screen, making service faster. It's nice that the menu has a lot of different options beyond basic chicken teriyaki. I like spicy teriyaki, so ended up with that, and was able to choose brown rice and steamed veggies instead of the usual white rice and salad. However, I will say that I was disappointed in how few broccoli pieces I had compared to the carrots for the steamed veggies option. Teriyaki was solid though. It wasn't that spicy, but had a hint of kick to it. The teriyaki sauce is sweet and thick, so not my favorite. With that said, I like that they have the teriyaki sauce on the side versus slathered on the meat, allowing patrons to choose how much sauce they want. Overall, Sapporo Teriyaki is a solid lunch option in downtown Bellevue.

There is plenty of seating in the Lincoln South Food Hall, so you can easily find a place to sit and enjoy your food, as well as other food options such as pizza, sushi, burgers, tacos, and bubble tea in the hall. It's pretty clean and also has wifi.
