Sushi was delicious and very fresh. Their Uninwas on point. They had already sold out of their Toro by 5:00pm on Saturday :(... must have been delicious. Service was great and the ambiance was cool too. Really good vibe. Give this joint a shot!!

It met my expectations for inland sushi. Picked up a to go order and back to my hotel. Ask for extra soy sauce to have enough.

My family and I decided to go to Kobe Sushi for dinner tonight. The ambiance is so nice. The restaurant looks very clean. Our waitress was very friendly, professional and attentive. Great customer service. We ordered 6 sushi rolls and they were all very delicious. We love going to Kobe for sushi.

Amazing sushi and great service. We ordered 6 rolls and an appetizer. We were a couple in a party of 7. The service was great and the staff did everything they could to ensure we were taken care of. Now, the sushi was delicious!! Some of the freshest I've had in a while. They brought it out on a boat and the rest of our table was jealous! We even got two of our party to try raw sushi for the first time and they enjoyed it! We will definitely be back, next time maybe for lunch!

The atmosphere is very cute and relaxing! Not very big, but no wait at all. The sushi was amazing and really good priced! The yaki soba was a bit dry but the flavor was on point! Drinks come in really nice deep wine glass looking things! I would definitely come back they also have a huge aquarium in the back!

I've always enjoyed this place so much I'm not sure why I haven't reviewed before. As far as COVID practices they are doing a great job. I really like the ambience of this place it's comfortable and friendly. The service is always very good and if you have any questions they answer them with no problems. They are attentive to your table and always seem to be very friendly. The best thing about this place of course is the food! The sushi and sashimi are the freshest I've had over the years. All the food on the menu is good and I've never had a bad dish. Portion sizes are average too large compared to other places we visit. If you've never been it's worth the try!

They're all served with fish sauce and fresh veggies. I also love their super bowls that you can order with chicken, tofu, shrimp, or pork. They're served over vermicelli noodles and fresh veggies. They're a little pricey, but it's great food! The dish I would not order again is the flaming soup. It's described as a hot and sour soup in a flaming pot with shrimp and vegetables. We ordered it to try something new, but didn't care for the pineapple pieces in the soup. Service is always great regardless of whether you're getting food to go or dining in. From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

Will be a "go-to" -- I haven't found the perfect dish yet...but love that we can actually dine-in at this place instead of feeling like a fast-food joint (which is what was the norm in Nashville, TN). Service was great -- very attentive...and the atmosphere reminded me of what I remember when I was younger. Tons of fish, Asian art, wood paneling...very nostalgic. There edamame is so good! Not sure what else they do to it...but they put more than just salt on top!!! We've has the Hibachi chicken -- which is GINORMOUS and Soba Noodles w/ Chicken and Shrimp. Their Shrimp tempura was very tasty, and the chicken that came with the other Soba soup was tasty as well. So, have not had anything that I didn't like :)

We either get takeout for dinner or eat lunch in-house. Their lunch specials are out of this world and ridiculously cheap! My most recent visit we were greeted immediately and seated in my mother's favorite cozy booth by the window after request. They were pretty busy, but our server was with us immediately asking about drink orders. We all ordered the same - water and salmon bento boxes for the lunch special. She brought out the miso soups along with waters, and then barely minutes later brought out our boxes with an "apology for the delay". There was absolutely no delay, and the main dishes we had were piping hot and perfectly cooked. The salmon flaked apart, the teriyaki sauce was not quite as thick as I would have liked, but still delicious, and the egg roll and California Roll were fresh! I did feel like the crab wonton was a little stale and lukewarm, but I still devoured it thanks to the flavor. We wrapped up after emptying our plates and got our bill immediately. I love having a place you can go to for a blend of multiple cuisines when they're all done to par and beyond.

Her recommendations to try anything here are spot on. The food was A1. We had a soup bowl Koi-sho (sp?) with beef, a chicken Thai basil stir fry, crab cheese, and spring rolls. We only regret we can't return in the near future, because we don't live in Colorado. It was completely worth the trip across town from our hotel to enjoy authentic food. The ingredients were fresh, the sauces were put together with expertise, the presentation was just right. I thought the spice level of 1 was perfect--heat that didn't overwhelm the other flavors. My husband didn't complain about his level 2. He thought it was great, but he wouldn't go higher. The gyoza came out perfectly pan-seared -- crispy on the bottom, tender on top, and packed with flavor. That dipping sauce had just the right balance of salty, tangy, and savory. You could easily crush two orders without trying. The pork belly steamed buns were next-level. Soft, pillowy buns wrapped around rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. The balance of fat, sweetness, and sauce was perfect. Messy in the best possible way. And then the star -- the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was deep, creamy, and packed with flavor -- that slow-simmered richness that tells you it was done right. The noodles had the perfect bite, and the pork was tender and seasoned beautifully. Every spoonful made you slow down just to appreciate it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The beef was a bit, tough and dry, but the chashu was nice and soft like melting in your mouth. The broth was also good and the noodles were nice and thin. Overall, I felt like this was a nice bite to eat and definitely filling. The only thing I felt that was lacking was the service on refilling water. I would definitely come back if I was around the area. They definitely got busy pretty quick.
