So I just left the store n let me just say they say they have a great customer service well they don't. My mom put two pair of shoes on hold and was told that she had 24 hrs to pick them up and that they would be in customer services we went to costumer service and were not there they send us up stairs to look for them and were not there my mom went to the register where she had left them and they were there w the same girl that was suppose to put them in costumer service FRANCIS Really bad attitude told us it wasn't her fult amd couldn't even apologize or gave me some type of discount to make us happy !!! Went there on black Friday about 10a.m. we asked to see a watch and the sales representative was very rude to us. She told us she could not help us and that wrong needed to get a number. It was an older lady at the jewelry section. The cashier however let us used a slightly expired coupon and was nice. The prices are high and then they offer sales to bring them to market price. read more

I love coming to Kohls but this particular time I had a really great experience. Pedro helped us out at checkout. Turns out we had the two shoes of different sizes in the box. He made sure we got the correct size for the shoe and was very accommodating.He was very helpful and went the extra mile to meet our needs. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I normally don't shop at Kohl's but glad I did so this past Thursday, 10/23 at around 5pm. I went in looking for a specific Chaps dress my mother saw online and absolutely loved, for about 15 minutes I browsed around looking for the dress until I tracked down one of the sales girls, Maria who was happy to help me. She checked the inventory, but they no longer had dress, so instead of just sending me off to the Customer Service desk she checked all the closest stores to see if any of them had the dress...they didn't! So, she suggested we look for it on the kiosk? AND...what do you know?! We find the dress online and in my mother's size! By then I was ecstatic, that I had found the dress and thanked Maria a million times for helping me. Such a nice girl, with an incredible smile too, who went above and beyond to help me. Kohl's is good for a few speciality items like frames and such but a lot of their items seem way overpriced, for example Kohl's sells this particular 20 quart seafood steamer for 42.99 Albertson's sold the same exact one for 21.99. So, on that note beware at Kohl's and really bargain shop. read more

I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the cashier named Ahhad. He's a nice kid, worked hard getting everyone through the line and out the door (even though some the customers in front of me seemed lost beyond belief). He convinced me to get a Kohl's card for the extra benefits but I was denied (had someone steal my tax return so I know that was why) but he gave me the discount anyway for the inconvenience of waiting which really helped me out since I'm on a tight budget. Went to Kohls in Beaumont they sold me some gift cards to a vendor that no longer exists in California trying to return them to their Irvine store only to be told they don't refund on gift cards they told me to call the vendor on the card which is British Petroleum they told me they don't refund gift cards they told me to call the vendor they told me to call the vendor who sold Kohls a card who said they don't return gift cards all the managers ran and hid from me the number one being Sef ! then another manager came in a little short Mexican Asian looking lady who said we don't return gift cards I said you can't sell me a gift card that is unredeemable that's Fraud !!she disappeared so luckily there was one cool dude named Dennis who called customer service for me and learn how to do a gift card flip he helped me he's the only one who cared props to him aThank You Dennis F You Kohls and British petroleum read more

I like Kohl's in general, I'm always able to find something I want at a reasonable price. However, this particular location is terrible. Their cashiers aren't properly trained, they're easily confused, and depending on who you get at the return desk, the return policy magically changes. You have to ask for a manager to get anything done right around there. In their defense, at least their managers know what they're doing if no one else. They're come off as very defensive, cheap, and stingy at this Kohl's. read more

This Kohls is nearby me however unfortunately I have a hard time trying to find what I need because it is a complete mess 99.99% of the time. I've been to other Kohl's where they have been more organized, but clearly there is a management problem here where Kohl's does not have enough oversight to make sure things are where they need to be. Visit the Kohls in Tustin just the other day, and I got to say that I was very pleased with customer service at this place. Been to a few different Kohls in the past and though all my experiences have been good, this Kohls seemed to be just a step above the rest. They have a good variety of Levi's and even their restrooms were clean. Their staff is very friendly, they greet you with a smile at the entrance. I will definitely be back. read more

This Kohls is ok. It is close to me, but I prefer the one in Irvine on Jeffrey. It is a smaller store so the merchandise is packed in a bit, it is often messy and long lines. The one in Irvine has quicker service, even on sale days and it's easier to find things. read more

I think the manager there thinks she should provide the worst customer service to keep her job. It's a shame that two stores for the same company could be so different. We have been shopping at the Jeffrey in irvine location and we love it, we passed once by the tustin location, and never ever again! I usually shop by Kohls Bella Terra , we bought some stuff yesterday but we found out that the 20% discount that we had was never applied to the receipt. My sister lives so close to this Kohls so we took the receipt and went their to fix it . It ended up that this was the most frustrating visit I have ever had! The cashier told us that we had to return the stuff and repurchase them which we didn't mind at all. After returning all the stuff and repurchasing them and applying the missing 20% discount, it came up that we have to pay the same exact amount of money that we already paid yesterday on the receipt that was missing the 20% discount. We wondered how and we asked the cashier and she couldn't figure it out,so she asked for the assistance of her supervisor Mr. Seif : he kept looking at the receipt and asking very stupid questions over and over again and delayed us for almost 45 minutes to one hour and at the end he couldn't figure out what is the main problem . He didn't even try to be genuine or to take ownership of the issue and eventually he went back to his cashier and ask her to void the transaction and told us to go back to Kohls Bella Terra where we originally bought our stuff. After that we kept wondering in the store to buy more stuff and to replace couple of sizes. My sister was worried about going back to Bella Terra after all the mess they created on our receipts . We returned back to the cashier after 2 hours to find out that my sister was totally right, he didn't even know how to void the transaction correctly and when I told the cashier to bring him again as he knows the full story, he was very rude, ignored me while speaking and he didn't even answer me and when I told him that he should at least be sorry for his way, he replied back saying that he is not sorry for anything "horrible customer service " and he brought another cashier named Julia to assist us. Julia heard our story patiently and was able to figure out that he didn't even void the transaction he did in a right way and that's what created all this mess wasting another 40 minutes of our time . That guy reflected very bad image of customer service perception in a well known store like Kohls. I frankly wonder how he was originally hired there and he couldn't do things the right way, while Julia was able to figure out the problem and corrected his mistake.
