Koi Poke does it again!! I'm a very frequent customer of their original location in DC Ranch. I was one of their first customers and I have bought dozens of bowls from there and have never been disappointed. The freshness and QUALITY of the ingredients, the consistency, the service, the spotlessness of that place. They get it all right every time. But would they be able to pull it off again? Today I happened to be in the area and had a chance to try the food at Koi Arcadia and I am SO impressed! It's EXACTLY the same as the original location. The same high quality fish, the same great service, the same spotless interior. Different smiling faces but the same friendly vibe from the staff! I've said this in my review of the other location... The lobster with champagne sauce is to die for and in my opinion worth the $4 up-charge!. The spicy tuna is so fresh. Their sauces are all made in house and they're one of the many things that set this place apart. House sauce is a must try. To all the people saying the crab should be free like other places: THAT IS NOT REAL CRAB you're getting for free. It's easy to give away cheap imitation ingredients. At this place the first scoop is free (which IMO is generous with real crabmeat) and each additional scoop is $1. Personally I'd rather pay a bit more and know I'm getting the real thing. I've tried at least 5 different poke spots even went to chandler to try a sushirrito..this is my favorite place by far! This location in particular is great, the guy behind the counter explained their menu and had me try a few samples...they make all of their sauces in house and I wasn't sure what I wanted. It can get a little pricey especially if you add avocado or extra crab but the quality is amazing. I ordered the Hawaiian tuna, salmon and yellowtail..perfect size and everything was so fresh!I also tried the sriracha aioli and spicy shoyu on the side..loved the flavors! This is definitely going to be my go to spot when I'm craving poke. So glad I tried them! read more

Excellent fish! We tried the marinated tuna and salmon. Lots of toppings to choose from- crab and seaweed included. Rice was cooked well. Felt it was a very fair price. The layout works very well for Covid - one door in, one for out. Staff was very helpful and upbeat. We'll be back! read more

Also slightly addicted to their Thai Tea. The atmosphere is a very laid back and chill vibes. They workers are helpful and made sure we understood the menu since we are getting into poke. These Poke places are plenty these days and I have been to a dozen different ones or more in a few cites and this place is the best! Walking in, the first thing that hits you is that it is absolutely immaculate! Everything is spotless every time I come here! Food prep area, seating areas, bathroom. All of it. Next thing is the the people that work here. They are so nice! Genuine service. They help you understand their product and then guide you through the selection process of building a delicious poke bowl. Most of them are young but management has done a great job selecting and/or training them. Really great job. If you are new to these Poke places, this is a great spot to get educated. They expertly craft your bowl and do so quickly and efficiently. It's a fast casual dining place but they still come around to the tables to make sure everything is ok and keep the restaurant clean. Fish is fresh, lots of sauces to choose from. Spicy, sweet, soy, you name it. I personally recommend the champagne butter! Toppings galore! I bet there are thousands of combinations you could pick to get exactly what you want!!!! This is at least a once a week destination for my family. We love it! read more

Just wow, 5 stars strong and I see why. Of course, you can pick and choose what you want which is part of the reason I decided to come here. Can you believe it, they offered a taste test of their main favorite tuna poke and it was off the hook! 4 scoops of that please, nevermind make it 8 scoops. Absolutely delicious poke spot. Prices are a little more expensive than some of the places we've seen (by only a dollar or two), but you get a ton more for your buck. The fish options are fresh and taste like they just came out of the ocean (try the house-marinaded and the yellowtail tuna!). Serving sizes are very reasonable - I ate a medium bowl but could easily have been full with a small bowl. The small/medium/large only denotes the number of types of fish you can get, not the number of side ingredients - and the side ingredients don't disappoint! I said yes to every possible free item and added on the avocado for $2 extra (not necessary, looking back on it; there are more than enough delicious options). Totally will be back! read more

I ordered a 4 protein poke bowl over lettuce. Proteins were 2 yellow tail, 1 tuna and 1 salmon. Added avocado, shaved Brussels sprouts, edamame, and cucumber. Service was great. The people serving our food were nice and the prep area was clean. They pointed out since it was our first visit here the drinks were free - bonus! They say you get what you pay for.. This place is above average pricing, but what you get in return is WELL worth it. The flavor is on point and the portions are fantastic! Where some places will charge you for an extra teaspoon of masago, this place has a freakin ice cream scooper for it and have to ask if you would rather less! lol They also charge $2 for avacado, but they give you a full half, not just a single mashed scoop (always disliked guac scoops in my poke). Not to mention the place is spotless and the guys there are uber friendly. This is definitely going to be my goto when I'm on this side of town. Loved it! read more

Poke bowls are always delish. Restaurant is clean. One of the guys that works there is always super upbeat and makes good recommendations.

The food is good and fresh. I've been here before and it was pretty good. This time however the portions were really skimpy. You could see the server had been told how much to measure out because he was particular about how he filled and topped off the serving spoon, even when I asked for more of an ingredient. The last time I was here the servings were a little more generous which made my $13+ bowl a better value. I'm going to look for a different poke place. read more

I would say better than our usual spot, but the gentleman behind the counter was not very friendly or helpful. My wife and I (and our baby) had a great experience here. The employees that put our order together are very polite, professional, and friendly. They even made sure that the portion of each ingredient they added to our order was exactly how we wanted. That was a nice touch as far as service goes. When it comes to food, I'd say that what they serve isn't anything different from other good poke restaurants. You're sure to get quality fish and fresh ingredients but not noticeably superior to others. What I do want to point out is one of their sauces, the Champagne Butter. Not sure what exactly is in it but it works really well with the bowls, even mixed with other sauces. I've never had anything like it at other poke restaurants and that's what stood out from this experience. We even ordered extra on the side and after noticing how much we liked it they offered to give us some to-go since it was the end of the night. Koi Poke is my favorite poke spot.. ever. It is reasonably priced for the quality and quantity! I have been to poke places in cali, Hawaii etc but this one comes out on top! The marinated tuna is soooo good (all of their fish/ protein taste fresh) and the sauces are all unique and very tasty. The coconut green tea is worth it as well. I just wish it was closer to my house since I live in Gilbert area.. maybe Koi will expand more in AZ. I wouldn't doubt it because this place is a 10/10! read more
