Just a complete disappointment. I had ordered from Here many times and super happy. Just great quality and quantity of fish. I Just placed an order on door dash and Am super shocked at what I received. It was all Vegetables. I could barely even find the minuscule pieces of fish and I got the 4 protein option. PLEASE STOP LEAVING ONLINE ORDERS OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!!! I love this place but HATE that I get warm fish any time I place an online order. Once my order is made they bag it and set it on a counter, instead of placing it in a refrigerator. Depending on how long it takes met to get there, my order sits out for 10-20 min waiting for me to pick it up. That being said, everything about this concept is spot on. They offer more flavor options with sauces than other Poke places (champagne butter, FTW), fun add on ingredients (shaved Brussel sprouts, yum!), and a delicious product. I love that they offer online ordering as it makes my life easier during a hectic work day. Only downsides are the warm to go orders as mentioned above, quality control as sometimes I get mushy rice, and a meh rewards program. I order a medium bowl and have to purchase 10 medium bowls to get a free small bowl? Huh? I buy a more expensive product only to get a free smaller sized product? read more

Delicious and fresh!! First time here and it won't be the last. Locally owned and operated, which is important to me-- let's keep the local businesses in business! I got the large bowl which has 4 scoops of protein. If you're not familiar with poke, I suggest you change that! You start with a base of rice or greens (I chose greens), then add your protein. They've got sashimi grade salmon, tuna, yellowtail!!, Hawaiian tuna, and also cooked shrimp, octopus, and chicken. There are even more proteins I think. I enjoyed double salmon, yellowtail, and Hawaiian tuna. Then you choose your sauce(s). I got the house sauce (delectable soy/ ginger sauce) and the mildly spicy Sriracha aioli. Such a yummy combo! After that you choose your toppings. I got edamame, green onions, and cucumber. They've also got red onion, jalapeño, and a few more. Lastly you choose the sides/extra toppings! Some are an extra charge but so worth it. I got masago (fish eggs), avocado ($2 but you get half of an entire avo), crispy garlic-- the best!-- and Sesame seeds. There were a few more offerings as well. For my large bowl with avocado and masago it was $19.49; not cheap but certainly a treat and worth it. I've eaten poke three times in the past ten days, and this was tied for number one, the other being Poke Bar (7000 E Mayo location). That was the same portion and just as fresh and delicious but about $4 less out the door. read more

Stopped here for lunch with family in the late afternoon. Evidently it wasn't crowded at 3pm. The service was quick and friendly. The place was clean with lots of comfortable tables to sit at. The proteins were good: I tried the salmon and the ahi poke. Everything tasted fresh. They didn't have as many choices for the base as some of the other places do but they had all the essentials. read more

Excellent Poke Bowls! This is the kind of place where you pick your toppings and they make the bowl in front of you. Nothing fancy but it was a very clean place! This was our first time in and quite frankly my expectations were low but everything was outstanding. Got a tuna poke bowl with the house dressing and a Kirin beer. I was in the Phoenix metro area and was looking for the nearest Poki bowl, subsequently looked on yelp and found this gem. I believe this location just opened as the restaurant was nice and clean. I was introduced by a young male and gave me a run down of how there Poki bowl differentiated from others. Pretty much the concept remains the same but the quality of ingredients improved. They actually have real crab meat and do not charge extra if you decide to include into your bowl. The amount of sauces is also better as you get more variety. Kudos to the young gentlemen as he provided me with excellent customer service. He even had me sample some of the seafood and sauces. I will definitely back again! I believe the only down side was the amount of food I got for the price. The portion size is less desired but other than that solid Poki establishment! read more

My first time having poke, the salmon was great, not a fan of the taste of the tuna. Unfortunately the inside of the restaurant was covered in tiny gnats that landed on us several times. They were on the tables, the windows, and the walls. I politely let the manager know, he informed me that the specific booth we sat at seemed to be the only booth that is notorious for having gnats...interesting response. He thanked me for letting him know-didn't apologize or offer anything for the bad experience. He was super helpful when it came to ordering, the woman working however was cold and not willing to help at all. Left a bad taste in my mouth considering so many people are without jobs at this time, it would have been nice to her to be polite and kind. But, everyone has bad days. read more
