This place is pretty good! It's got hole-in-the-wall vibes. I got a chicken katsu plate with katsu sauce. The cutlets were a bit thin, so it was more breading-heavy in my opinion. Otherwise, the rice was perfectly fine and the mac salad was good too. The katsu sauce was pretty light, sweet, and a bit tangy/citrusy and not overpowering. The staff member I interacted with was super friendly. I'll come back and try the teriyaki chicken next time since it seems like that's highly recommended.

Where there's a Wills, the food's gonna weigh a ton. Wills Hawaiian BBQ is a Hawaiian spot with two Henderson locations. This is the more popular one since it's just off the 215 highway instead of Boulder Highway, and it's less cramped per my friend. He suggested that we grab a quick dinner here, and since I've passed by a lot without trying, I decided it was finally time. Our orders were both massive and filled up standard square foam to-go boxes. My friend went for the Seafood & BBQ Combo ($15.75), and his choice of BBQ chicken was juicy and tender. The breaded fish had a more palatable breading-to-protein ratio than the oddly circle-shaped shrimp, although the mayo-forward tartar sauce worked with both. I decided to try the Kalua Pork plate ($11.75 regular size), which seems to have enough of the smoked pork and cabbage mixture to outweigh the two scoops of rice and one scoop of macaroni salad included in the order. But I wasn't a huge fan of the pork as all the liquid pooled and the bottom and the pork cut just seemed very lean. I ended up generously adding teriyaki sauce to add appealing sweetness to balance out the dish. Maybe I also should have considered a fountain drink or can of Hawaiian Sun. The plain complimentary cup of water didn't really help with the overall flavors of my entree. I'll have to check out more of the menu of Wills Hawaiian BBQ when I get in the mood. I wouldn't call it a destination since we have lots of other Hawaiian spots around the 9th Island, but these two locations are pretty convenient since I'm in Henderson and all.

I'm surprised I have yet to leave a raving review. Guess I spent more time enjoying my food than leaving my support for this local business. I've probably frequented Will's as much as I have the Mc Donald's across the street for a crispy coke or sweet tea. Let's start with a bold statement - Will's has my favorite mac salad in Southern Nevada. For those of you who grew up on O'ahu their mac salad is just like the OG L&Ls by the airport. Their mac salad tastes more like a L&L mac salad than the actual L&L locations in Nevada. Next bold statement - no other place can compete with their serving size at their price point. I go for lunch, I have some left for dinner. I go for dinner, I have a midnight snack. My go to plate lunch is half kalua pig, half chicken katsu with two scoop mac and one scoop rice. You also can't go wrong with the BBQ mix plate and a chicken katsu musubi. Their only item that I truly didn't care for was the boba in their thai tea. It's always the same workers when we visit, and kudos to the cook and thank you to the front counter worker for having more aloha spirit than some of our other local food spots here in SNV.

We were looking for Hawaiian on the way into Vegas. We arrived around 8:30 and decided to share a combo since it was late. The seafood & barbecue had plenty of food for both of us and we still had leftovers -- 3 fried shrimp, a good sized piece of fried fish, plenty of teriyaki chicken, two scoops of rice and Mac salad. It was all good. Hubby doesn't normally like chicken and said it had good flavor. They give you tartar sauce for the seafood and have teriyaki and other sauces available. They have Pepsi products, so we stuck with water to drink. It was good from the fountain. The owner (I think) was really nice and helpful. There is plants of inside seating and clean bathrooms.

The food was so good. Oh my gosh, and the portions were massive. I got a 2 meat plate with bbq chicken and Kalua pork, as well as a spam masubi for $20! This meal actually lasted me 3 days. The service was very quick and the workers were very friendly. A great lunch spot or meal prep haha!

First time trying. Really good. Moco loco is really good. Little spicy Good seasoning in hamburger patties. I highly recommend this place. Fast service and good Hawaiian food.

Stopped by on a weekend evening to grab some Katsu to-go, and wow, what a solid first-time experience! The portion sizes were no joke and were easily enough to feed two hungry people (and still have leftovers for later). I appreciated that the gravy came on the side, especially when you're reheating, and the mac salad was creamy, flavorful, but not overly heavy. If you're craving crispy, comforting Katsu with generous portions and thoughtful touches, this spot delivers. Already added to my favorites list!

Love this place! Great food for great prices! Brian at the cashier is also super friendly and nice! Very quick service and lots of items to choose from as well, I tried only the curry kastu and the burger meal but all of them were amazing, the burger meal is my to-go though. The amount of fries they give you is enough to last for two whole days at least!

Wills Hawaiian BBQ offers party trays to cater your event and this review is about my experience on needing a restaurant to offer catering for a birthday party. It was so easy - order online the day of the party, pay via cc over the phone and pick up at the time you state to pickup. Now let's get to the food- all the guests raved about the food! I ordered macaroni salad, chicken katsu and kalbi ribs. They gave a big container of teriyaki and katsu sauce. Service was extremely friendly too. I give them all the stars!! Portions were extremely generous and prices werewolf reasonable!! Thank you, Wills!!

Food and Service were awesome. We ordered the Spam and Eggs with white rice and macaroni salad. The Kalua Pork, with white rice and macaroni salad. In addition, we ordered the mini size Salmon, with white rice, and macaroni salad. It was all delicious.

Firstly, they did not have their famous ribs and from other reviews its been 2 weeks since they've had it. Fine, im not really OK with that but it is what it is bc the business cant control stock and where they have to buy it from. I got a steak and galbi plate that tasted burnt, flavorless and most of all, unlike all the videos I saw, it did NOT come "packed". Im glad it didn't anyways bc i did not enjoy the food. I also got the mac spam and a double spam misubi. Sooooooo much rice and the double spam really equals to one regular spam size at other hawaiian places. The Mac spam was very bland and both the spams not worth its price. The inside was hot and looked old. The music was cool and the cashier, a young woman, looked severely depressed and unenthusiastic. I didn't like the vibe, the cashier was unfriendly, and it was not worth the wait. I give honest reviews. I dont get paid and dont make exaggerated videos.

FOOD #19 - Famous Five Star - 9.1 / 10 A combo platter featuring Kalbi Short Ribs, Ribeye Teriyaki Beef, & Chicken Katsu, & Teriyaki Chicken. The Kalbi Short Ribs were impressively meaty. Usually, other Hawaiian places serve fattier ribs with scant meat. The ones here were decently substantial & decently trimmed of unnecessary fat. The sauce is thick, savory, with just the right amount of body + sweetness. The Ribeye Teriyaki Beef is similar but in the form of the best cut on meat. No bones, no necessary fat. It's everything I think of when I think "premium beef". I could eat an entire Family Size bowl of this stuff + steamed white rice. Again, the exact same teriyaki sauce is miles above any other Hawaiian place because its thick, umami, & not-too-sweet. The Chicken Katsu is thick + generous in portion. In fact, this plate was a decent portion to satisfy me & my buddy for a few hours before our epic dinner at The Golden Steer. The macaroni salad was refreshing, medium-bodied, & not too creamy. The macaroni noodles were not-too mushy. The salad itself was noticeably less sweet compared to that at other Hawaiian restaurants. The teriyaki chicken was lean & not fatty. Again, the same sauce really carries this protein to a higher level of other Hawaiian restaurants' teriyaki chicken. Like I said, the owners here are putting in a lot of work to make their offerings miles above what other Hawaiian places do. Hot Dog Masubi - 7.5 / 10 Granted, I'm more of a Spam Masubi kind-of-guy, this was still a refreshing take on a Hawaiian classic. The peculiar redness of the hot dog links is oddly satisfying. The three blackened shrimp tacos with spicy mayo, yuzu cilantro slaw, cilantro and pickled red onions were tasty, over-dressed with slaw but a solid. Our final selection was the King Kong roll with spicey tuna, avocado, cucumber, and covered in togarashi tuna, wasabi aioli, crispy onions and ponzu. This was tasty, multiple flavors and a bit of a bite. Chinitas is fun and serves casual Asian fusion treats. The innovation here is spot-on. The food quality is decent while the environment is light and fun. Give Chinitas a try with friends after work or family members, I'm sure you will find a combo that makes your taste buds dance.
