So it didn't get delivered at 6:30, so I called at 6:50 and the guy was like "oh he should be there in like 10 minutes".So on the Uber Eats app I was saying it wasn't delivered and I kept requesting an update. So then at 7:30, it still wasn't here, so I called back and the guy put me on the phone with a different guy and I was politely asking why it was taking so long because the guy before that said he would be here in 10 minutes. Well, he flipped out on me and started cutting me off and yelling at me and then hung up on me. So then, a few minutes later, I get a knock on my door and the guy standing there with the pizza and my soda. And I said "oh is the guy that was on the phone the manager?, because he was so rude to me" And he looks at me funny and he goes "Oh this was delivered at my door and I just got home, but I don't know how long ago". Apparently the delivery was dropped off at a different apartment, not even close to mine and I was never notified. So I waited until 11 o'clock for it to open because I was going to call and let the manager know how rude and disrespectful the guy on the phone was last night. Well, it turns out it was the same fucking guy who apparently owns it and is a manager, so he was giving me attitude this morning YET AGAIN YELLING AT ME, and told me that there were plenty of pizza places around me to order from! (I'M SORRY, WHAT?! ) I said, I scheduled an order way ahead of time so it could be delivered by the time chosen. It was an hour late and I didn't even know it was at someone else's door. You would think he would apologize for all the hassle and the way he spoke to me because this is what it's really about more so than the actual food because if you know me, I don't take that type of behavior. I also don't keep my mouth shut, so I definitely gave him a piece of my mind and I told him he was an asshole and that I would never be doing business at his business again and hung up on him because that's the type of treatment he deserves.
