I lived in Maryland for 30 years and had crab bisque many, many times. This was the first crab bisque that wasn't tomato based - it was a brownish, creamy version. I might have been fine with the 'creamy version', but it lacked any crab flavor and had no crab in it - not one shred. I've never had any fish soup that had no fish in it. The Seared Branzino was okay - there were bites where I had a very fishy taste - and it was a very small piece of fish. However, the Shrimp were tough and chewy - we were both very surprised to have one item (scallops) so good, and another (shrimp) on the same plate, that was so bad.
