They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. Three days later, I was still waiting for my vehicle. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of honest communication. On Tuesday the guy called in the morning saying it would be done by noon. They didn't call me until 1:30 saying it's almost done. Well by 3 pm I still haven't heard from them so I called and they said they were almost done. Every time I called, I was told my car was "almost done," yet the timeline kept getting pushed back without any clear explanation. By the end of day Tuesday they said they needed something else to fix. At this time the rental car places were closed so I was screwed without a ride. On Wednesday, the guy called saying again they were almost done and should be done by noon. Again I haven't heard from them at all so I had to call them at 3pm. They kept saying they were almost done. They didn't finish until nearly 7pm and this place closed at 6. Ridiculous. If they had been upfront from the beginning and provided realistic expectations, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was repeatedly given inaccurate updates, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. Waiting three days for a brake job is unacceptable, especially when there is little communication and no proactive effort to keep the customer informed. Good customer service isn't just about fixing cars--it's about respecting your customers' time and communicating honestly. This terrible communication and inaccurate timelines are reasons I will not come back.

The mechanic said yes, he even gave me a quote for both if they provided it and if I bought the part. Feeling satisfied with the response, I brought my car to this shop and agreed to the service and diagnostic. The mechanic said they were not busy and could get my car checked with in an hour or two. I had to call after almost three hours to find out if they had a chance to look at my car. He conveniently said I was just about to call you. He quoted me for an additional part but for almost 4x times the amount he quoted me. I understand that prices and estimates can vary but when I have to call and then you quote me for prices that are wildly different and say that it's manufacturer parts and not aftermarket is total BS. The. mechanic has the audacity to then say his mechanics don't want to install aftermarket parts on cars. I asked why he said they could install it in the morning g when I talked to him and he couldn't provide any good answer to it other than excuses than try to blame me for my misunderstanding him about the aftermarket parts installation. Then another three hours go by and I call 30 minutes before their 6pm closing time and even had shown up at the shop and the shop was closed about 20 minutes before closing. The lack of professionalism and utter disrespect fora new client coming in to their shop is not only disrespectful but I would discourage anyone from coming to this place for any reason other than give them the middle finger as they drive by. Earlier in the year I had an issue where my car started to overheat as I left the shop and they came to my home and brought coolant and were able to drive it back to the shop and diagnose the issue and fix it. They were willing to reimburse me if I had to get a rental car, but luckily were able to figure out the cause that same day. Jose is always very helpful and easy to talk to. He's dropped me off home a couple of times from the shop. Gabriel is very direct and transparent about pricing. They are very on top of what they do.
