It was just a fluke with a bad gasket. They not only fixed the problem under warranty but they also fixed an unnoticed problem with my torque converter and did not charge me for that. I never take time to leave reviews but I had to this time. Most companies will not honor their warranty if the vehicle changes owners but SUPERIOR DOES!! That's an honest warranty. They did this all during a change of management and with a smile. Buisnesses everywhere could take a few lessons from them. Thanks again Chris, I will recomend you to everyone I know.

And the fourth time they replaced them, within a week the same exact thing happened! When I asked why they were going bad they said they didn't know because they couldn't get into the system to find the problem. So they're not even doing their job to fix the problem or offer any other solutions to fix the problem. That's terrible business, does not build trust, & just taking advantage of people. I'm never taking my car there again! I recommend no one ever taking their vehicle there! I don't see how they're even still in business!

I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

Lon brought integrity, transparency, and genuine care to every interaction. Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future.

I went back to the shop for two more repair items on the same vehicle and brought attention to the issue. When made aware, the shop response was "how can you prove we did that" and said that they would conduct a diagnostic, however when it would be revealed that they didn't do it, I would be responsible for the labor costs. Rather than accept the two repair jobs I had brought to the shop, and rather than offer to help with some diagnostics in the wake of accusations questioning the shop's integrity, I got argued with by 3 employees in the lobby. Mind you, I never once raised my voice, lost my temper, or anything undignified like that. We're not lying, you are. That's what I've come to understand of the shop. That - and all vehicles I've had enter the shop leave with new issues. The two techs that worked on my vehicle are no longer there, either, so doesn't seem like they can keep a consistent trained wrench under their employ. HUGE lack of confidence in this shop techs, and less in the management. Regardless of what the break and fix is - as a manager I would be embarrassed to see my staff address clients that way. The only correct way to stand behind your work is to prove it is quality, not calling your customers liars when your integrity is questioned.

After a helpful service not only driving the car but lifting it up and diagnosing multiple problems, they also helped explain and show the issues with the car because of my inexperience. After all that I demanded I owed them money and the owner refused to take any money saying "we always do this for free".
