At its core, a very simple and reliable recycling service!…read more Aim to organize your glass bottles, aluminum cans, and plastic bottles/gallons prior to coming over so you're in and out. This place has its own sanitation station, but I highly recommend bringing your own gloves and hand sanitizer. Aluminum and plastic bottles go into the orange net baskets (but should be separated). Large plastic gallons should be placed on top of small/standard water bottles. Glass bottles go into the grey plastic bins. If you come right before they open at 9AM, you'll likely run into 1-2 parties trying to be in and out of there as well. I always run into families here, but the community as a whole is pretty good about not hogging containers/baskets.

He was great!…read moreI've been really sick since January, so I brought a lot (for my household) 89 soda cans, 30 large juice bottles, plus a handful of small water bottles and glass cider/beer bottles. The nice guy had taught me that if I knew how many of each type I had, they could just pay out for those amounts. That's why I had everything written down on the outside of each bag. The "new guy" told me, "in the bins", and when I tried to explain what I had going, he just talked over me and said, "IN THE BINS MA'AM!". I tried to understand, or get him to explain, such as, was there a new owner? He never answered that instead just said, "limit of 15 for each type". So, I left. He was so rude! I thought the law was that if you pay a 5c deposit on a bottle, you're supposed to get 5c back?!

Her pricing was very reasonable, she was able to serve in California the next day on Thanksgiving for us! No hesitation at all from her. We live in Central Texas. She was professional & kept us updated throughout the entire process. We were both under a ton of pressure & stress and Judith remained very professional & got the job done FAST! We are very happy & satisfied with Judith's services! Highly recommend Judith! *Kim & Tim*

However with that said so this may not be a reflection of her personally. She completely dropped the ball and failed at the service I hired her for. Twice. She had docs to study prior to serve and guaranteed her work. 1st attempt- she asked respondent (restraining order to be served) the wrong identification when she approached. Therefore- she was no longer anonymous and failed serve. That left me vulnerable and endangered as he then knew I was filing the order. She promised another attempt would be successful. She came to his home and knocked and knocked. And knocked announcing herself. His vehicle was outside the complex. He of course evaded as he'd done via Sheriff attempts prior to hiring Judith. She then asked my neighbor if she had seen him. It became disruptive. She eventually gave up knocking (at my request) and left documents at his door. She was unaware if she could provide "proof of service" I desperately needed to provide judge. I went to court again. Judge asked for this form "200" that I could not provide. Judge dismissed case. I am now harassed in my home and stalked at my work unprotected. Oh- according to courthouse self help center- she could have proved me to form. It was a legitimate serve.

I explained to him I had dealt with subterreanean termites that were treated with powder. Then I told him the same company treated some kitchen cabinets with bait. Then explained another company found the same dry wood termites inside and out. Near my front and back porch. Was treated. Inside where the skylight was. Treated there. The lights in my kitchen were opened and guess what termites? He put bait in about 6 overhead led lights. Then found some in the one bathroom and opened up a glass enclosure that had wood inside. He treated that also as it had termites. So I told him they are coming down the skylight. Well his answer was call a handyman. To seal it. Then I asked him to please check out the roof. Well no can do for him. One was on the bedspread and I photographed it. He claims it wasn't a termite. Then explained I had to use a bug zapper to keep them out when they came down the skylight. So he tells me he sees nothing. Call your previous termite company. You bet I will. This is someone who does not do his job. Wasted our time and a no care attitude. Just because they aren't swarming now does not mean anything. Because once the heat starts they will be here again. Thanks a lot for nothing! Bye the way. His wife told me he could do the inside skylight sealing and check the roof. She is the secretary or whatever. At least be educated and know what to tell your customers.

I had never had my house termite tented before and had so many questions. Their price was reasonable, about $1,000 less than another company I solicited a quote from. John came over to go over everything we needed to know, dropped off the bags and he was so nice too. The people that came to do the actual tenting were professional, friendly and great. No issues at all. Debbie informed me that I can call my local police department to request for surveillance devices and for extra patrolling of my property! THANK YOU! I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in 10 years.
