Love this place! All the guests were Spanish speaking which is often a good sign for a Mexican restaurant. My son and I had burritos, and they were grate. Including slices of avocado.

Stopped here on a whim because it looked cute from the outside and we're so glad we did! The service was amazing and the food was delicious! I got the chilaquiles with meat and my partner got the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. Plates were cleaned we also got two paletas to go and they gave us napkins and cartons to prevent any mess. 10/10 would absolutely come here again!

Great food and great service! We had a super torta (asada) and a burrito supreme (machaca). Menu pics are from 5/29/25.

Torta de asada is one of the best I've ever had

You won't be disappointed by this place. Some of the best food in Winters. My favorites are the Tacos and Tortas de asada. Hamburgers are great also. The food is seasoned well, and satisfying. I pass through Winters often and I'll choose this place every time over the other "hyped" up restaurants with quite fancy names and overpriced, mediocre cuisine. This place has an authentic vibe in the flavors.

All plate and single items are deliciously prepared. Recent order of Carnitas were scrumptiously cooked to perfection and seasoned to my pallet.

Where do I start with this gem??!!! Husband and I are camping at Berryessa and the trailer refrigerator went out so no food!! We decided to drive in to town for coffee and spotted this little divey looking place. Mexican/American food written on the windows. We may have had a second thought when we walked in and saw we had to order at the counter and the decide was just blah, but instead ordered and sat and waited. Within minutes several men came in and sat at their own tables and apparently are all regulars and started talking with them all. Our food came out and I have to say this was by far the best chilaquilles I have EVER eaten. The eggs and chips were cooked together which made it like a egg chip. Lol not to spicy and came with homemade retried beans. The girl at the counter and also the server was so adorable and sweet, I could tell she loves her job and her customers. The other men were all raving about the biscuits and gravy that they only sometimes have. Apparently we all need to try those. I have a feeling we will be back with our friends tomorrow for breakfast again. The food was fresh and plenty of it! What a great way to start our morning!!

Sorry I already ate half the burrito . This place is good

Definitely a 'hole in the wall' type eatery. Had a veggie burritos and thought it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly.

It was early, around 4:00 p.m., and there were only two people dining inside. They agreed and eventually placed two tables together indoors. My thought was, why was this not offered from the beginning, especially given the heat and how empty the restaurant was? The ambiance was great, but unfortunately, the food was not. I ordered a salad with chicken. The salad was very skimpy, with only two thin slices of apple, two small orange slices, very little feta, and mostly lettuce. The chicken portion was extremely small and was served separately on a plate rather than sliced and placed on the salad as ordered. The other dishes were also small and underwhelming. The burger and fries were nothing special, and the spaghetti was plain and lacked flavor. If you are looking for great ambiance, this may be a nice place to visit. But if you are looking for great food, you may want to consider other options. For a great burger, I would recommend Buckhorn instead. It costs less and is much better.

It was definitely on the thinner side compared to the prime rib I've had at other steakhouses, but the flavor absolutely made up for it. It was seasoned really well, flavorful, tender, and honestly one of the best-tasting prime ribs I've had in a while. My girlfriend ordered the rack of ribs, and she loved them! She said they had great flavor, were tender, and were cooked really well. We also shared a side of mushrooms, and those were SO yummy definitely a side I'd recommend adding to your meal. The restaurant is definitely on the expensive side, especially for a steakhouse, but for a special occasion like an anniversary, I'd say it's worth the splurge in the long run. Our waiter was also incredibly sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, they even gave us a free dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! As for the ambience, it's okay. It has that classic steakhouse/western feel, with deer and elk heads mounted on the walls basically staring you down while you eat . It definitely gives the restaurant a unique atmosphere, although it's not necessarily the type of ambience I'd come here for. Overall, we enjoyed our anniversary dinner and would definitely come back. The food, service, and special-occasion experience made it a memorable night!

We were a party of four each of us ordering something to share. I had a Sunrise Bowl with Steak and it was so goood. For me the sweet potato made it so light and refreshing. Sorry I wish I had taken pictures of our food. Their Cubano sandwich was amazing. This was our first visit to Park Winters with friends and it was such a treat for us. We had just moved to Winters last year from Hawai'i and have heard so much about this location. When our friends suggested we go there I got so excited about it. The best part of the visit was a personal tour of the grounds at Park Winters from Rafael who is one of the owners. He has got to be one of the most humble and nicest people I have ever met since moving to California. There is so much to see and do if you decide to walk the grounds on your own. I love how they have repurposed some of their buildings with old doors, wooden fruit crates, window frames for picture frames, just so much creativity in this hidden gem of Winters. The owners really put a lot of thought into every detail of their gorgeous venue. Thank you Rafael for taking us on a tour of your beautiful property. You're an amazing host. Our kids had an amazing time and even got a special tour from the staff. Food was pretty good, the menu for brunch is rotational and overall we enjoyed the meal but it was not the high point of the visit. Several of us got the fried chicken and biscuit and it was good with honey but was hoping the fried chicken would have been more crispy. Fries were yummy and salad option was delightful. We sat near misters, which we would probably ask not to for our next visit - little too strong for our eating setup. Overall a beautiful spot and wonderful way to spend a weekend with the family. Nice meal and flowers.

The bathrooms are clean and large enough to accommodate a large amount of people at one time. We decided to taste the gelato while waiting for our car to charge since we already had lunch, but looking at the fact that they make their own sourdough a sandwich would be a great choice for future stops. The gelato is made in house, and I had a lemon which was light and refreshing. My husband had the dark chocolate gelato. He said it didn't have a heavy milk based taste and not really creamy but very chocolaty. The server for the gelato was very friendly and let me taste first. I would stop here again even if I didn't have an EV car to charge.

This is a 4 star restaurant with 5 stars for nostalgia and loyalty…read more I remember as a kid growing up in Fairfield and then Richmond, there was this special restaurant that had the biggest steaks ever and buffalo heads on the walls. Whenever we would go there,it was always a great happy dining experience and being in Dixon,it felt like a different world than the places in the Bay Area. As I grew up and moved to Sacramento area, the restaurant took on a much bigger meaning,it was my father's favorite spot to eat and it has always been the halfway point for my relatives who live in the bay and myself in Sacramento whenever we wanted to meet up for dinner. So yes I will always love Cattlemen's in Dixon for the memories alone. Let's talk about this particular recent visit. I made a reservation for a party of 9 at 6p. The parking at this location is plentiful as they have their own lot and even during its busiest times, there are always spaces available. When we arrived it was crazy busy and they told us it was going to be a bit for our table as they were running behind,so we headed to the bar to hang out and wait for our table. The wait ended up being over an hour after our reservation before we finally got our table. I was not thrilled at this but I was trying to make the best of a not perfect start to our dinner. The management and wait staff was very apologetic for the unexpected wait, which I appreciated. By the time we sat down we were ready to order immediately after having so much time to look at the menu while in the bar. In our family the most popular thing to order is the Original Steak Dinner for Two. We usually pair up with someone at the table and coordinate our order in that way. What that order gives you is a choice of 1 appetizer -Tumbleweed Onions -Artichoke Cheese Dip -Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. On a night like tonight where we have multiple people ordering this, all the appetizers eventually get ordered and we kind of just share them all. Personally my favorite is the Artichoke Cheese Dip. Then for the Entree each of you get to choose one of the following -9 ounce Prime Rib -6 ounce Filet Mignon -Half Rack or Pork Ribs -14 ounce NY Strip Steak -Grilled Salmon -Steak and Shrimp Scampi My personal favorite here is always the 14 ounce NY Strip. And finally we get to pick one of 3 desserts. -Deep Fried Apple Pie -Cowpie Brownie Sundae -Pete's Pan Cookie My personal favorite is the Brownie Sundae but I'm usually so stuffed,I generally have to take my dessert home,so I almost always select the Deep Fried Apple Pie as it reheats the best at home. This order for two runs $84.99. I find it to be a pretty good value for all that you get. I failed to mention with this order we also get their yummy bread service, unlimited salad and also baked beans. Once the food arrived,it was all very enjoyable,I've always been a fan of their steaks and this visit was no different-very juicy and tasty and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The manager stepped up and comped all the appetizers on our bill to make up for the one-hour delay-their team is always so good at taking care of their customers. Overall, even with the rocky start,we had a very enjoyable dinner experience and look forward to the next time we are able to get out to Dixon to have some Cattlemen's again.
