This is a gem! Easy parking, impressive menu (food from 4 or 5 continents!), the staff are ok. I usually go at lunch time on a weekday and they are not busy yet they serve the food and don't really come by again until you're done. That should not detract from the food!!!! Had an early dinner with our family at Kow. We all shared appetizers and main dishes. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. We tried the Pork Belly Ramen, Shrimp & Steak Fried Rice, and Lomo Saltado as our mains. Everything was outstanding. The tiramisu was also delicious and we loved the unique presentation in a cafetera. They even gave the kids some ice cream which was really sweet. The service was fantastic. But it just seemed like one folly after the other. The Gnocchi and Cheese appetizer came out stone cold in the center. Back it went. Came out again lukewarm. Wasn't worth sending back again. The African Brie Cheese and Caramelized Onion Flatbread was more like medium-thick bread. It too wasn't the hottest and more dismayingly it was sweet on sweet. It was like eating puffy pita with sweet peanuts and sugar sauce on it. Not sure how that was an African dish. At least it was vegetarian. Speaking of, that segment was lacking. The Pork Belly ramen has store-bought instant noodles in it. The broth was marginal. The meat was tough. Again. Great concept, poor execution. In the end, they tried. But they did not succeed. We decided to try this restaurant tonight to our disappointment our waitress didn't really explain to us the menu or asked us if this was our first time there. The quesadillas we tried as well and the sauces that it came with were not even explained to us, so we tried each one to see what they were. We received our entree and most of it tasted salty. Excellent service! Our server was Luis Miguel and he was amazing from beginning to end. The food was Delicious; the best I have had in a really long time. The pork on my ramen was crunchy on the skin part and very meaty. The empanadas for the appetizer were flavorful, crunchy, gold and full of meat. The tiramisu was heavenly. We've been wanting to try this place for awhile. Ordered 2 Arnold palmers, gyoza, spicy chili wings and bandeja paisa. We sat outside and that was a mistake because it was wayy too hot but that was our fault. The music was super loud also but after awhile they turned it down, thankfully. Felt like we were at a club in south beach except we are in a plaza in kendall. Anyway the important part- the food. The gyozas were great! Nice and a little crispy on the outside, not too oily and the dipping sauce was perfect. The wings were close to being great also except they were fatty. The outside had a very nice crisp, the flavor was very good but they were super fatty. It could of just been the ones we were given so who knows. The bandeja paisa was incredible! Wow wow wow. Beautiful display of food and flavor was all there. The avocado even had a flavorful olive oil in the middle which was yummy. We will be back to try the other dishes. There are so many to choose from so this is a multiple trip kind of place to get a good feel of the quality of the food. This was just my first impression. We came again to give Kow another chance, we feel bad,we just want to be fair since they had just opened and we had a big party. First I would like to thank to owner, tanhja our server who was amazing and Estephanie the manager who took great care of us. We had a wonderful time, this time we had the empanadas to start they where made with ropa vieja and they were delicious, we had the white sangria which is the bomb, then we had the Asian churrasco and the shrimp ramen noddles. I liked my noodles a lot but my husband's churrasco was to die for. Really, really good and to top it off we had the chocolate cake with caramel popcorn, WOW . We really appreciate what they did for us. the manager apologized again for the inconvenience we had with the service on my birthday and told us that they had been having problems with that server. I was very impressed today with the food and the service, We will be coming back again and again. Thank you so much for the amazing dinner. This place was a pleasant surprise and a unique experience. They had 4 menus from Asia, America, Europe and Africa. You could fine all over the world as that we did. We felt like we walked into Brikell or downtown Manhattan. Very trendy. We started with their sweet and spicy shrimp with avocados. The blend was amazing. Next we had probably the best Gnocchi my wife's ever had outside her moms kitchen. They were served inside a cheese sauce to die for. We also had an onion soup my wife loved. For me it was a little salty. For an entree we shared their fried rice and it was also amazing. Finally we finished off with their signature Tiramisu. I've had that desert all over the world and if say theirs is in my top 5. Great presentation. The only reason they didn't get a 5th star was the lack of attention from our server. At one point out server forgot to bring us water after asking at least 2 times. But it was pretty full so I will give them the benefit of doubt. Delicious! Started off with the pork gyoza which had an amazing dipping sauce. My husband had the Piri Piri ribs with congri and truffle fries. Great portion! Amazing flavor! We always comeback for the flatbread with Brie and caramelized onions but always try new menu items. We were very excited to check this restaurant out because of the concept of various plates from everywhere in the world but our experience was horrible. Let me start by saying that this review is based off of the service only since we never got to the food. We sat and were asked if we wanted cocktails, we said no and the server did not seem to like that we would only have water. I asked if the pork belly ramen was good since I kept seeing good reviews and pictures and she told me "no, the lobster ramen is the good one" (I'm sure it is but if I'm asking you about a 12$ plate why would you recommend a 40$ one?) She then went on to take our orders and managed to have us all fall for add ons that were charged an extra 6$ without mentioning the surcharge. (Some of the add-ons were ridiculous) she literally asked my younger sister if she wanted extra noodles and pork belly on her ramen!!! (Who offers extra noodles on ramen and stay quiet about the extra charge) this would've been 6$ extra for noodles and 6$ extra for pork belly making the plate be worth double. After she took our order and we realized how much extra each plate's add-ons would be I asked to please remove my add-on and she got upset, she said "omg it's only 3$ extra" At that point I felt disrespected, it wasn't about the extra cost but the sneaky way she kept pushing for add ons without making it clear that we would be charged extra. She was so rude that we all stood up and walked out. I'm sure not all employees are like this but this person was rude enough to make us leave. read more

The service was very good, the waitresses were kind, professionals and amicable. The ambiance is pleasant. The food....some dishes were above and beyond my expectations with one exception...the chicken gordon Blue, which was extremely overcooked to the point that the outside was almost burned and the pastas that came with the dish were tasteless, they need to find the key ingredient for that dish because the concept is ok but the lack of flavor is a fact. The pork belly ramen was an insult to ramen. The noodles used were not ramen but linguine. The special KOW broth is a soy based broth that was beyond bland. I ordered this to go on a recommendation that their ramen was decent. I don't know if you can call it ramen when you use linguine. The pork belly was expertly fried to suit local taste I guess since it was basically chicharrón and not the soft melt in your mouth pork belly one expects in a Japanese ramen. I tried to doctor the taste at home but it was just so disappointing. The mushrooms feel like they belong in an Italian dish and the flavor did not match the asian-inspired ramen. The restaurant's awning touts itself as the kitchen of the world. I suggest sticking to one cuisine if you're going to butcher another culture's signature cuisine. We ordered the shrimp appetizer which came with 5 tail on shrimps in a sweet and spicy sauce. It was good. We also ordered the cheese and meet trey which was a good size to share. For dinner we ordered the grilled chicken, churrasco, which we good. The best dish we had was the ShortRib ravioli.
