Jenny has a lovely positive presence and has created a very relaxing boutique setting in her studio, including a comfortable massage chair. I went back for removal and my experience was completely different. My nails have never looked worse. I'm pretty sure my nails were filed down too much and they look damaged in some areas. Also, i now understand that the removal service doesn't include a manicure but a bare minimum of shaping doesn't seem like a reach. All my nails had different "shapes" some were left very square while others were more rounded. I do a better job when i cut my nails myself! I have been to a few other places and ended up with rashes or issues from pedicure services. That is not an issue at aria. CONS: I do not want or can afford to get my nails done weekly. This is after I went back for a chip on my left hand 2 days after having them done. Next that green was not even close to the color I picked. I picked an olive color. That color on my nails is not the same color as the book. Also they ran out of the matching gel polish for the cream color and substituted white for my toes.
