Loved this place from the food to the friendly atmosphere. We ordered the loaded fries (shawarma) ,which were super good, and half kebab half swedish. I preferred the kebab side as the Swedish was too sweet with the banana and pineapple together. I had wanted to try this restaurant for a while so I used Eat24 and it was great! We ordered a large with salami, olives, mushrooms, and some other stuff on it. I can't remember what it was called but it arrived hot and crisp and delicious! Great sauce too! I used the Eat24 link that I received in an email because they send me coupons for $2.00 off a $15.00 order. I even received a call from Lupe at the restaurant to confirm everything after I ordered. We recently ordered Kraving Kebab delivery via door dash. The food came hot and seemed fresh. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, the chicken kebab pizza, the gyro pizza, and the cheesy bread sticks. Overall everything was fresh, but had a funky flavor. The crust was powdery and left a weird film in your mouth. The breadsticks were cheesy and hot, but the bread was weird and the cheese didn't adhere to it. Will give it another try because of how fresh it is, but may just try the gyro plate and hummus and skip the pizza! read more

Gave this place another try because still haven't been able to find a decent gyro/shawarma place. Ordered their beef shawarma. While it was a decent roll, shawarma it was not. Obviously shredded beef (not lamb, or chicken, or even beef cut from the rotating grill) wrapped in a tortilla (!). It was a flavorful sandwich but to call it shawarma is embarrassingly incorrect. My advice is if you are looking for Arabic food don't look in Turlock; there are no options. Some decent Persian options (thanks to the large Iranian/Assyrian community) but that's about it. read more

I'm sorry to say I can't give a higher rating for our experience, some may even rate it lower but I'll explain. We were excited to try some new artisan pizza. Locals know Turlock has no shortage of options for either pizza or Mexican food. We ordered 2 XL pizzas, a Medium Pepperoni and garlic fries. Even with the 10% off online order it was over $70, a little steep but that would depend on the end result. The website, which is not very user friendly, put our pick up time at 7:30-7:45, we ordered at 7 so not too bad. We received a call that said it'd be about 30 minutes and that was about 10 minutes after we placed our order. We arrived at the restaurant around 7:45 and were told it was going to take a little longer and the cashier apologized, we figured what's a few more minutes no big deal. After about 8pm he apologized again and said they had been short staffed and brought us our garlic fries and he did offer us a beverage while we waited. The fries must have been made on time because they were fairly soggy and cold by the time we got them so that was disappointing because flavor-wise they were good. Our pizzas finally came out around 8:15 and they were hot and fresh. We took the food home to enjoy with our family. Summary- Flavors were great and the dough was crispy on the outside and nice and gooey inside. Fan favorite was the buffalo chicken pizza, followed by the kebab and we were underwhelmed by the pepperoni. Would not return for that price but we saw they had specials so we may venture back on a better day for one more try because the flavor was very good and they offer a cool mashup of traditional Italian pizza with a middle eastern twist. read more

Kraving kebab is one of my favorite places in Turlock to go to on my lunch. The pizza itself is amazing. But I like the lunch platter for when I have a certain amount of time. You get two sides of meat, fries or rice, and some salad. Sometimes it feels like they are understaffed during peak times, and it might take longer than normal, but it is worth it! read more

Ive been here several times, Ive always ordered the kabob supreme and its always the same and excellent everytime! Crust is crispy and golden brown, unlike any pizza crust, very flavorful. Toppings, especially the pieces of steak and the white sauce ties in extremely well. The yellow peppers give it the tangy flavor after you eat a slice, thats outstanding. Its even better the next day, when you eat it cold. Flavor stays in your mouth, very tasty. Better than any pizza in Turlock. Nice cozy sitting area. Everything I've ordered here has been great. The pizzas have good crust and the adults love the kebab pizzas. The loaded fries are really good. The steak used on them is always tender and flavorful. I got a chicken gyro plate and that was delicious. Their gyro sauce is a little different than what I'm used to (tzatziki). It's more of a spicy yogurt, but I like spice. read more

Shawarma is a thin sliced beef .It comes with hummus, rice and their salad. Their $6.99 lunch platter is like a sampler. You have your choice of meat like shawarma and gyros or kabobs. The seating area was comfortable and in a nice restaurant setting.The servers were fabulous and gave us a plate of bakalavs. You would easily find places like this in SF, Oakland and Sacramento.
