Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly.
