My wife actually said the wild boar was the best steak she has ever had, which shocked me because we have eaten some very good steaks over the years. They also brought us a complimentary bowl of turtle soup, which was something I never expected to try, and it was fantastic. What really separates Alligator Soul, though, is the entire experience. From the small welcome bite at the beginning of the meal to the little treat at the end, the staff makes you feel taken care of from start to finish.
