Surprised to see such negative reviews for Krickett's! I've heard about this bar in the past being in the dart scene, but I've never checked it out before this past weekend. I was asked to play on a challenge cup for the bar that I shoot out of in Kent and was stoked to finally get to see it in person! Right off the bat, the only negative thing for me is that it is in kind of a dicey area. I don't think I'd wanna come here at night - I was here early in the day and left before 7pm. Other than that, this is a great bar! The staff was super kind, and while there was mainly only one bartender behind the bar, he was quick and kept up good spirits throughout the busy day. Prices are also pretty decent as well! We got our regular drink orders throughout the day and had the Chicken Quesadilla while we were there. Hard to mess up a quesadilla, but it was good and just the quick snack that we needed before we started to play. They also have a ton of dart boards here which is awesome. They have a mix of Medalist boards and Bullshooter boards that seem to be well-maintained and serviced. Also, if you get the chance, check out their cute little beer garden in the back! We love a divey beer garden so we made sure to go out there for some air during a break. Not sure when the next time I'll return will be, but I'm glad I finally got to see it for myself. read more

My wife and I joined some friends for Monday night music bingo and it was seriously a blast! The food was damn good, the drinks were solid, the service was killer, and the music was beyond amazing. I honestly can't wait to go back and my wife has been talking about it all week. On a side note... bathrooms were also clean. Parking was a bit challenging but fortunately we got there early enough to grab a spot. read more

Food was gross and below expectations. Although it was "bar food" It was horrific. Ordered ribeye with salad and baked potato. The steak was frost bite and the potato was half raw. The steak was probably cooked in the microwave. Low quality. The broccoli was from a bag. Super disappointing! Will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place for food. Robin and her partner are kind, friendly and attentive whenever we go there for happy hour. The food is good, portions are generous and the place is clean. The worst thing I could say is that they are a bit heavy handed when pouring drinks. If that's the worst thing about a bar, who can complain? I recently forgot a tote bag under the table. I called when I got home and Kathy found it and placed it in the office. I picked it up the next day and everything was intact, including expensive electronics. The place was fun.....good environment for a party on a Saturday night. We were here for a birthday party...which was fun because the Karaoke DJ made it fun. The servers started out as attentive, quick and friendly. As the night was closing they became rude. They asked me if I was ready to cash out because my tab was $120 @11:40pm (food for dinner and drinks for birthday person). I was like nope one more round. That alone was worth the 2 stars. I had DoorDash pick-up my order/Club Triple Decker Sandwich w/fries for $18.50. Add DoorDash fee plus tip = a little over $30.00. So, let's take Doordash out of the equation and talk about Krickett's Bar & Grill/Club Triple Decker Sandwich. It's a Big Sandwich...turkey, ham, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, and Swiss (I got American cheese/yuck), served with fries. If Krickett's Bar & Grill takes a little pride in their menu and it's not all about liquor sales and if they want my continued business/thumbs up/word of mouth recommendation to the World...take note... 1. Lightly toast the bread please. You could even add a little butter to the lightly toasted bread...not too much or you'll have a soggy mess, which would defeat toasting the bread in the first place. The rye bread was a good choice though. 2. American cheese is for little kids. Ok, I'll admit, American cheese is ok if you're making a grilled cheese sandwich. If you're out of Swiss, cheddar is a better option than American cheese. Come on, it's almost a $20.00 Sandwich! 3. A sandwich this size needs to be cut twice so you have 4 little sandwiches. I know, that means 2 more toothpicks and having a budget and all...I get it. 4. Extremely loud. During covid a group of 15+ drank and screamed constantly. Drunks passing your table yelling with no masks or courtesy of personal space.. It's not reallt covid safe?! Stay away from this restaurant! They do not practice coronavirus-safe practices and they have this loose-cannon of a bartender, "Danny," who has a thin skin and who will get in your face--without a mask on--and menace and try to intimidate you if he feels you were inconsiderate to him. Dangerous. My mother and me met up with this character a few days ago, August 5, 2020, and had a severely unpleasant run-in with him. Specifically, he got in my face way too close for social distancing and did not have a mask on. We left a phone message for the proprietor of the establishment, "Grace" to call us about the incident, but she declined to return our call. The next day we wrote a formal complaint letter and hand delivered it, requesting she review the security footage of the incident and she again declined to respond to us. Subsequently, we filed a complaint both with the Washington State Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this joint and go to El Toro's Mexican restaurant across the street where you will have a much better experience with food and drink and courteous employees that wear masks. read more

So we have been going here before the update and move to its current location. Last time we was here was right after the move and it wasn't great. We haven't been back in a while and decided to give it another shot today and was not disappointed. The triple decker club was on point and the best fries and onion rings I've had in awhile! Go here often because it's so close and clean. Drinks are usually strong. The music can be really loud at times like others have said, even when it's not karaoke. The food is almost always great ( although still mad they changed their fish because it's definitely not as good as it used to be). The wait staff is really iffy though, some are great, others REALLY not so much. They are often shorthanded which sucks and sometimes it can be really frustrating. Last time we were there I ordered well vodka like always and when I got my bill it was for a premium brand. The waitress said, "That IS one of our well vodkas." Let me start with, we had to get our own menu. We never had a server come and approach our table. Sat at the bar for a drink for almost 5 minutes at a time and then the bar got a little more packed, times got up to 15 minutes. Skipped females over males which is not ok. Great food and drinks and great service up until we actually received our food then we didn't get checked on again by the server until it was us getting our check. We ordered a French dip (it was just okay) and meatloaf with mashed potatoes (highly recommend!) and two margaritas on special for Monday, the regular flavored one was great! Was denied service because I have a vertical license despite being over 21. Asked if they had a UV light to prove it was a valid ID (it's a Texas license, just moved here) they said yes they had one but they just don't accept it. told them I would take my service elsewhere. read more

Kind of loud even in a mid week day. Super dark, but waitstaff were friendly. I did ask for my tab on a first date though and they automatically assumed I was paying for his drinks too. I come here with friends on a regular basis. The food is great, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The specials are always so good, and reasonably priced. Very slow service and lack of friendliness. Ended up not ordering food because we had been sitting for 20 minutes before they asked if we wanted to order anything. After we had been trying to gain eye contact with one of the two bartenders working on a very slow afternoon for at least 15 minutes of that 20 minute wait. Decided to go here for my sisters 21st birthday and had people driving from Olympia and further to meet just to be told they don't take vertical IDs and that it's a new rule as of this year and that places aren't suppose to take them anymore, but they do. I researched and couldnt find any rules on that anywhere. Also I see there's a review saying that they don't accept vertical IDs that was a year ago, So how is this a new rule as of THIS year?
