Just got a large cheese pizza & large hamburger & onion pizza home and so disappointed. The 2 pizzas were sauce on dough with a few sprinkles of cheese, what a gyp. $17 for a cheese pizza and it was sauce and dough. The hamburger pizza was thin on the cheese also. My wife ordered for pick-up, they got her name on the order wrong. Got 2 salads when only 1 was ordered, and had to pay for both. Got Greek dressing when Caesar dressing was ordered. Took 1 hour from the time ordered till ready. Thought we would try it for the first time, but it will definitely be the last. Don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Not a real pizza restaurant. It is just a general store that happens to make some pizzas. The service is quite slow. We asked for a pizza and they quoted us 40 minutes. We thought it would be quicker - who takes 40 minutes to make a pizza. Not really, they wanted all of that time. Inside looked like a run down convenience store. Unfortunately, near white mountains there aren't many places. So if you're making a trip, plan ahead and plan for food with ample time. Stopped here thinking it would be a restaurant but was surprised it was a store, something to be aware of if you're looking for a restaurant. Nevertheless, staff was kind and we ordered a large veggie pizza and had the marinara sauce substituted for Alfredo sauce. Must stop!!!! have drove past this place every time we are in North Conway area. on our anniversary trip we stopped in! we will stop here every time we come this way again. priced well and the food is amazing! The garlic knots, salads, pizza, and sandwiches are to die for. The BLT is full of bacon. Arrived at lunch with all of the local contractors/landscapers/delivery folks either coming or going. Had an amazing Hawaiian Pizza that we (well, mostly me) demolished in due time. Had not been here for awhile and thought we would stop in. My wife got a Ham sub with cheese and I got chicken salad sub. My wife only had 2 slices of ham. You had to pay extra for the cheese. My Chicken salad sub was lucky if it had 2 scoops of chicken salad in it. Both subs were suppose to be 12" lucky if they were 8". Bread was stale . This place has really gone downhill. Basic takeout and convenience store. Folks are super nice and helpful but always seem overwhelmed by even a small amount of orders. Better to order ahead because even simple orders tend to take 20-40 min. They have an app to order online which is helpful. I found it a bit odd about the menu that they have a bowl of meatballs, and a meatball sub, but no spaghetti. The young man making pizzas literally loaded any container with fries by loading the fries one by one while looking around and not working as hard as the older woman who was going as fast as she could. There was a younger lady who was dashing back and forth and a 4th person who came in late. They lost part of our order and we waited over an hour. The gentleman at the counter was gruff but who wouldn't be, he has to face everyone who is watching the young man argue every time he is asked to do something, isn't paying attention, and doesn't seem to grasp the system. In the White Mountain region of New Hampshire, there aren't a lot of choices, so I figured I'd take a chance and try Kringle's, if not only for the great name! Ordered two small pies - a white pie with spinach and sausage, and a red pie with eggplant and sausage. Both 12-inch pies were quite tasty! The amount of toppings was fine, and the sausage was sliced, not crumbled- a plus! The crust was a bit doughy on the red pie (maybe due to the sauce?), but on the white pie it had a nice crunch. The red sauce was a bit too tangy for me- I prefer a sweeter sauce. But overall both pies were satisfying! Not the best pizza in the world, but more than adequate, especially if you are hungry! read more

I'm appalled and disappointed at the behavior of the older female manager of this shop. She screamed at her workers to "speak in English" when they were having a simple conversation and spoke to them as if they were idiots. The food was cold and tasted like it came out of a frozen bag. The ambience of the store was ruined at the unnecessary rudeness of the manager to her employees for all the customers to hear.
