I've never been to a Krispy Kreme that didn't offer a sample. I even asked one of the ladies for a sample, to which she looked at me with a puzzled look. I explained what the process was, at every Krispy Kreme that I've been to, in multiple states, and she said: oh, I'll cut you a piece of a donut, if you'd like that as a sample. Who does that? Unpleasant morning greeting when I walked in the place. No welcome greeting or smile when I usually walk in. Worker looked at me like I was getting to rob the place. I asked for 6 hot glazed and she preceded to put cold old ones on there. At other krispy cremes they give a free hot glazed while you wait in line, this location never does that. Ordered two hot doughnuts and a latte - waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window when the cashier finally came out, took my card, and then tried to ring me up - she told me her register was down and then gave me my card back. She talked to a manager who looked at the register and then walked away - the cashier finally came back to the window and repeated that her register wasn't working - so why couldn't they ring up my order on another register? No clue. We finally had to drive away (without our order) because they couldn't figure out a way for me to pay. Terrible service - won't be back! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service, which is why I'm done dining there. On Google, the hours are listed until 9:45pm. Twice we have gone and they are not open. So before making the trip today, I called at 8pm to make sure the restaurant was open. Ashley/Amanda/Amber (i cant remember her name) said the lobby closed, but the driver through was open until 9pm. She was extremely nice and helpful. We drove a short drive to no signs or lights on and two other cars driving around the drive thru line looking for service. After sitting at the screen for about a minute with no answer amd calling, we pulled up to the window to look inside. We waited for a minute until we saw a older woman with glasses walk to the register. We waited patiently to ask for assistance. The woman came to the window and in a very rude voice stated can i help you. My window wasn't functionint and I had the door open when I started to talk and was cut off bluntly with her stating don't get out because I'm not serving you. I can understand the safety problem so I explained the situation and said we had just called and were making sure it was open because no one answered when we were at the drive thru screen. Again, we were cut off by her aying that she was replying to u and we couldn't hear her. And with a huff she said so what do you want? A rude, ignorant woman she was. We were so repulsed by her attitude that we thanked her for her time and drove off. I have shopped here multiple times, but to be treated like that after two attempts of arriving was uncalled for. Krispy Kreme is usually mu dessert of choice to bring to events or gatherings I can guarantee I won't be back, regardless of this donut. McMullins across the street, Federal Donut in Philly, the Amish market in Berlin, or the reading terminal have quality and are well worth my time to go to for a snack. read more

Having lived in the South in my past I know the love for a Krispy Kreme donut. Nothing tastes better than a fresh and hot donut rolling off the line and they give you a sample that melts in your mouth. Unfortunately this location gets their donuts shipped in like a Dunkin' shop. When I first stopped in I did so because the "HOT" light was on. This means they are making donuts right now and they're hot off the line. When i step to the counter I can see there is no donut making activity happening behind the counter. When asked about hot donuts I'm told that they can "Heat some up for me" I walked over the McMillans across the street for a fresh pastry made in house. read more

After about 18 years, since we moved to South Jersey, we finally decided yesterday to visit Krispy Kreme. I remembered taking our children growing up to the place in Long Island, NY and watch how the doughnuts were passing by on the frying oil bath....Memories!!! After that, we got an assortment of DELICIOUS PIECES OF DOUGH, made to perfection (not the other kind)....and the best of all, that they did not stay with us all day long in our digestive system...They are great!! Expensive and the doughnuts you get are half the size of the ones you get at Dunkin Doughnuts. The place where the napkins, sugar and other stuff was messy with drips and not clean. Seating was uncomfortable and somewhat noisy. Go to D-D if you want better value and food for your money. Another hyped-up place that don't make the grade. read more

I was met with a sign at this location reading "sorry will be opening late registers are down. thank you" I understand technology issues HOWEVER, no one answered the phone. BTW the donuts sold here are made in Delaware and trucked up once a day. They do not make donuts in Haddon Heights. They could already be many hours old by the time you get there. Never had a Krispy Kreme donut before until my sister bought a dozen and gave me one. Let me tell you that at first, It was so warm that as soon as I bit into it, it literally melted in my mouth. Went here yesterday to try it out. Bought an assorted dozen that included chocolate frosted vanilla creme, raspberry filled glazed, chocolate frosted Boston cream, original glazed, and apple cinnamon filled. The chocolate frosted vanilla creme was awful, overly sweet and the filling was a very thin consistency. The chocolate frosted Boston creme was the same way. Raspberry filled glazed was pretty good and so was the original glazed. I would repurchase these in the future. The apple cinnamon filled was OK. Also ordered a toasted everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. They were out of everything so I got plain instead. I specified to the girl waiting on me three times to please put extra cream cheese on my bagel. Well when I got in my car and looked at it the cream cheese was on there so thin it barely had any on it. It was a so-so experience. I've had better from Dunkin but I'll give them a second chance in the future. read more

I can remember getting some delicious glazed doughnuts from Penn bookstore back during my college days. But, boy oh boy do these babies taste so much better freshly hot. And that is exactly what you need to say when you order so you get a freshly hot glazed doughnut. One each is enough indulgence. Just enough to satisfy the craving. We opted to get some after dining at a Colls resto. Their coffee are also great, I usually get it black. It's no federal donut but gets the job done. read more

This Place is fabulous! I didn't know they were so close to me, now that I discovered them I will probably be needing a gym membership soon....lol! The donuts here are fantastic everyone i've tried has been fresh and fantastic, of course you can never go wrong with a warm classic either. Solid doughnut shop and by far my favorite! Hot Krispy Kremes have no equal. I'm not sure but I believe they fry the doughnuts in the morning and then when you ask for "hot glazed" they put a literal hot glaze on them, that's why it will take a couple of minutes. Very convenient and not a noticeable difference although if you can get them hot from cooking and then glazed they become something to die for. read more

First time in the Krispy Kreme That is literally around the corner from my house, and it will absolutely be my last. I went inside and there were five employees working but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. There was only one customer in front of me. When I finally got to talk to somebody after about seven minutes to order my single doughnut, she proceeded to pack my donut in a bag, then put it by the drive-through person. It was another five minutes until they finally brought the donut over to me so I could be rung up. By this point in time, the only customers being served were in the drive-through line. There were at least five other customers in the store behind me, no one was being helped. Then when I finally went to ring up, I was charged! I literally only went because I had voted today and Krispy Kreme is supposed to be doing free donuts for voting. At that point, I was already so fed up that I wasn't even worth arguing that I was being forced to pay when it should've been free. I just wanted to get the hell out. But this will definitely be the last time that I go here; the utter lack of organization was appalling, and the frustration/lack of communication between employees was painfully palpable read more

Service was poor and girl was rude. We ordered two cream donuts in a bag and a dozen of donuts boxed. She put all in a bag and couldn't get the order correct.
