Customer service was bad. We were served old milk. When we showed it to the employee she said, "Oh well that was the last one. You can just throw it away." We were done with them. Almost $30 for spoiled milk, 6pack donuts and a couple kids donuts and this is the type of service you get. No wonder they are so slow. Bad location. It's current 8:45 pm 11/27. Online says it's closed at 10PM. Drive through has cones and someone is inside cleaning but doors are locked. I was going to bring donuts for my co workers for thanksgiving morning and now I can't. I seen the guy leave just now with a bag of donuts so I'm assuming he closed early. I think this is very unprofessional and if you guys were closing over an hr early it should be updated online. Please do better this is terrible customer service. This place is great. I went there 4 days after they opened and the line was out the door and the drive thru had at least 20 cars in line ready to order . I was there when they had the red light on so the donuts were still warm and fresh. The girls at the counter were so friendly. I know I will be going back quite often. Errors!!! We got the incorrect order in drive thru. We went back around again to the window to explain the errors. While the apologies were profuse, We drive out and again found more errors with our order. There wasn't even anyone else in there. I can't. They're just donuts. My favorites are the New York Cheesecake, frosted chocolate and the original. But they are all good. Rather disappointed. I remember what "fresh, warm" Krispy Kreme donuts tasted like, how they practically melted in your mouth. Not these. At 10am, they were already room temperature and tray after tray after tray were cooked and sitting on cooling racks (possibly an entire day's worth of finished donuts sitting in the corner), the glaze coagulating like cooled gelatin off a canned ham. Not even a HINT of the smell of fresh donuts, the place was a sterile assembly line of people pointing at "red, white, & blue" frosted abominations while employees mumbled "anything else?" Your local Von's bakery has a larger selection, and the employees are a lot less surly. And I think I'll probably get my donuts there. These Krispy Kremes were... very ordinary. read more

My husband and I go out of town to get Krispy Kreme depending on where we go but it's usually at the block in OC and Ontario. They're still getting the hang of things so yeah things will take time. I'm sure Krispy Kreme will see these reviews and help them out with extra training. When We got there, there's a line which is normal at any Krispy Kreme. but as I was watching the Donuts on the conveyor belt the employees weren't paying attention to the donuts. As the donuts were getting to the end there was a small tray and it definitely wasn't catching the donuts so they were dropping on the floor. And when the donuts were going through they weren't getting glazed. My husband ordered (mind you we go to Krispy Kreme a lot) he asked for two chocolate iced glazed donuts. Go the the register they're chocolate glazed. He told the girl at the register no we asked for chocolate iced glazed.
