His response? A lazy, half-interested "yeah." If zero stars were an option, this place would earn it easily. If those were the owners, that's even worse--because this was an absolute failure of a customer experience. And to top it off, I tried to leave this review on Google, but reviews are turned off--which tells you everything you need to know. There's only one reason businesses do that. I won't be back, and I'll make sure others don't waste their time or money here either. I'm done spending money at places that clearly have no concept of basic service.
