    Original Glazed Dozen
    Julia L.

came here 6/15/2025 to use my reward $9.99 for a regular dozen. I was able to receive a freshly made batch. Unfortunately, the dozen did not rise. (-2) You can tell by the picture that the donuts didn't rise and couldn't fill the box. At first, I thought I received mini. Tried the donuts and found them extremely dense. The good thing was I hadn't left the establishment yet. The first employee told me that the donut size depends on the person making it. It does not make sense because this is a chain company and all the donuts should rise and be the same. As I contemplated, the other employee was throwing away all the donuts because they were too small. So I asked the other employee if I could wait for the next batch, which is ready in about 30 minutes. When the next batch came, I noticed that it was the same, unrisen. So I asked to just pay extra for an upgrade of a classic dozen. The employee was kind enough to give me the new box for free. (+1) This was an okay experience. I was quite disappointed that the original glazed donuts did not rise and tasted weird. Super grateful that the employee was able to accommodate. But the chef making the donut should definitely double-check the recipe, otherwise they would waste a lot more food. If you notice that your donut is different or did not rise, do let the employees know!! (check my photos to see the difference)

Lots of doughnuts in the glass display, fast service. This is a convenient spot close to Costco and Total Wine. I grabbed a strawberry iced doughnut and chocolate iced custard, they were tasty. Classic krispy kreme taste. Yum!

We bought 12 different types of doughnuts, mostly seasonal ones. Personally, I liked the regular menu items better. Some of the limited-time flavors were not sure the flavor. Maybe it's because we haven't had them in a while, but the doughnuts seemed very sweet this time. I just wish they had more unglazed options.

Krispy Kreme is a classic donut shop for the masses. Got a dozen variety donuts at night and they were still all fresh and delicious. Of course the glaze was soft and delicious and just like it is. One of the standards was the sourdough doughnut which was nice and chewy and delicious. The rest were all just regular flavors. So it's as you would expect. The only other special one was the birthday cake cream, whichwas OK. I thought the cream on the inside would be a little different besides spray yellow cream. Recommend and cut back obviously.

I ordered through their online services around 8 am. My pickup time was 8:28 am. I went there and expected to have it ready for me to pick up. The customer service and staff was not following procedure and were attending to people who were walking in and not accommodating people with online orders which made it a bigger hassle. It also said that my order was ready for pickup but I received my donuts. Prevent from ordering here ruined my V-Day!!

Had a donut craving today. Chocolate custard was ok. The custard filling is not the best. I do like the mini donuts for 1.29.

We don't have Krispy Kreme in Hawaii (well, it's technically on Maui, and I live on Oahu), so a trip here was an adventure. This Krispy Kreme is right by Costco. We went to Costco earlier that morning and saw Krispy Kreme on the other side of the parking lot, so we walked over. They have tons of donuts and because it's the Christmas season, they had so many with Christmas frosting on it. There was a Santa suit one, two different snowman ones, and holiday sprinkles ones. They all looked so cute. We got a few of the Christmas ones and a few lemon filled ones. He was originally gonna only get six donuts, but I told him we should get more because the kids in the house will want to eat it. We brought the donuts back home and each had one after lunch. I had the lemon one and my husband and daughter had a holiday one. My husband's one was the Santa suit one. It had chocolate frosting in it. He said that one was very rich because of all the chocolate in it. My daughter had a snowman one with cream frosting inside. She enjoyed the frosting on top and pretty much just ate only that, haha. The lemon filled one was good. It didn't have frosting on top of it and the lemon filling oozed out when you ate it. Initially, I was gonna eat one of the holiday ones for my after lunch snack, but my husband advised me to eat the lemon one. And it's a good thing I did, because when we went to go open the box to eat another one, it was gone. It was a good thing that we bought a dozen. The kids really enjoyed the donuts.

You go to a Krispy Kreme and you don't expect too much. The place is huge, it was crowded even during afternoon. I got the birthday sprinkles chocolate glazed. It was too dry for my liking. I will skip the next time. Again, don't go in with high expectations and you will be good.

Does this location use nuts or Nutella?

I believe that some donuts do contain nuts and maybe Nutella, but to be safe, I would check with them and just order the Original Glazed, because being unable to eat KK donuts is a cardinal sin :)

There are a couple of tables in the inside and a lot outside for you to sit! The cashier at the counter was very friendly and attentive. We waited around 10 minutes for our drinks, where we were able to take our sandwiches from the refrigerated portion of the case. It seems like there are sandwiches you can order where they will make it for you in the back, which I would like to try next time. Between me and my partner, here is what we got: * Sakura iced coffee: this exceeded my expectations! I thought the Sakura flavor came through without being too sweet and surprisingly the coffee did not overpower it and complemented it very well. * Banana matcha: this might be one of the first banana matchas I have had that did not taste artificial. I really like how they give you a small spoon shovel so you can eat some of the pudding top. So cute! * Egg sando: very yummy and they used the perfect amount of mayo. It was a light, delightful bite. * Strawberry sando: now this is the overall winner that stole my heart! This might be the best strawberry sando I had and I was surprised! Their strawberries were not only fresh and crisp, but the deep sweet vanilla bean flavor you got from the whipped cream was phenomenal! I usually do not care for strawberry sandos but this one got my attention! Overall, awesome place in Mountain View!

The space itself has a good number of tables to work or study from, along with great lighting. I really appreciate the selection of drinks they have, ranging from fun flavored lattes like tiramisu and burnt brown sugar to matchas, hojichas, and classic cafe staples like americanos and flat whites. Everything I've had here has been delicious and always hits the spot. They also have a range of food and toasts you can order. I recently got the ricotta and honey toast, which was delicious and light! Heads up, though, as expected, they do run low on stock later in the day. (Underrated luxury.) Now, the hotel itself? Visually... a moment. It looked like someone invested serious money into it, but the design felt a little space-meets-startup-meets-what's-happening-here. Some elements felt elevated, others felt a bit makeshift. I genuinely couldn't tell what the theme was -- futuristic? celestial? boutique-on-a-budget? I'm still processing. The front desk team was clearly well-trained and knowledgeable -- they had every answer, every stat, every rate breakdown ready. But the warmth? Missing. I was hoping for a little storytelling since I'd never heard of the hotel before, and instead got a very matter-of-fact "we've been here five years" energy. Efficient, yes. Inviting, not quite. But let's talk about why you're really here: the coffee shop. Completely different vibe. Two people working, both genuinely happy, welcoming, and quick. We ordered a latte and a matcha to go -- total was about $22, which made me blink for a second -- but then I tasted the matcha. Oh. This wasn't the overly sweet, dusty-green situation you sometimes get. It tasted clean. Real. High-quality. The kind of matcha that feels intentional. I love Firehouse in Marin, but this? This was closer to serious coffee roaster-level quality. Smooth, organic-tasting, beautifully balanced. You could tell they care about what they're serving. Branding was strong, the space was cute, and I could absolutely see myself sitting there with my laptop pretending I'm writing something important. We grabbed ours to go, but it had that easy, airy, "stay awhile" energy. Would I book the hotel? Jury's still out. They don't have an in-house spa and mentioned bringing in third-party services for certain amenities, which made it feel a little less full-service than I expected. Would I go back for the coffee shop? Without hesitation. Delicious drinks, easy parking, quick service, and a vibe that actually makes you want to come back. Sometimes the side character steals the show -- and in this case, it's 100% the matcha.

Because, once again, I was distracted by the quality of the food, and there would be no way for me to do anything else, but to eat! Today, I was in the mood for something more than a salad (much as I wanted to preset what I had the first time coming here, I made a concerted effort to order something else...), thus I chose the Forager Flatbread. It took less time to make this time (roughly about five minutes after ordering), and when it came out, I marveled at how it looked like a work of art! Just beautiful! Each piece of herbed formage blanc flatbread had a nice, crunchy bottom (but not blackened) and a slightly tanginess, with a a good amount of "hen-of-the-wood" mushrooms, sweet roasted garlic and a bed of arugula. My, oh, my! My first bite was a multi-level extravaganza! The crunch of the bread, followed by the aroma of the herbs and arugula, then the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the roasted garlic, the earthiness of the mushrooms - all came together as just a wonderful work of culinary art! This being my first time eating today, my saliva glands just fired off at first bite, causing a bit of intense pain from too much saliva shooting out. But, seriously, this was a very delicious entree, that I enjoyed from start to finish! Bravo for this second joyous experience!
