Never ever coming back here after the ridiculously long wait. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through before coming in to stand in line for another 10 minutes. There aren't that many customers--- I don't get it. I would have left if people at home weren't expecting hot coffee and doughnuts. read more

While on vacation in North Myrtle Beach I swung into Krispy Kreme when the HOT sign was on. Loved watching the making of a donut as they go through the conveyer belt. It's a big hit with the kids. This location is always super busy and this visit was definitely so. The light was on...so the people were there! The drive thru and the counter were both hopping and the customer service was friendly, patient and helpful. As always the hot n nows didn't disappoint...I had 2 in about 30 seconds...an extra walk on the beach for me, but it was ohhhhh so worth it! read more

Love this place; so thankful to have one in North Myrtle Beach, with so many having been closed. The Hot Now Originals are unique to Krispy Kreme, & they are unbeatable. we are touring from ohio, and we have local krispy kreme's where we live, and this one is the worst thus far. we waited in line for 30 minutes, and they didn't even have half of the doughnuts we wanted. when we finally got to the window, and waited 5 minutes for him to cash us out, we were greeted with no customers service. luckily the doughnuts look good which is why i am giving it two stars, but man they have a lot of things to work on if they want better reviews, and a more efficient store. read more

The hot light was on so of course we had to stop! The doughnuts were delicious. The service was ehh. She never told us the total at the intercom. When we drove to the window she just stood their waiting for the card. We then had to ask for the total and she seemed annoyed. But like I said the doughnuts were great! read more

I have gotten coffee here many times and it's very hit-or-miss. I would suggest not going through the drive-thru because every time we've gone through they completely messed up the order. The donuts you're amazing! When you drive past if the open sign is lit that means that they're making donuts right then and there at that time and you can request a fresh donut right off the line which is awesome!! The only downside to this Krispy Kreme location is the coffee. More than half of the time there are ground coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup and if the staff makes your cup of coffee they usually make it wrong. I usually order my coffee black and make it myself and it's much better. Best part is that this location never close is it open 24 hours and very clean. read more

Donuts were good. Service was shit. The workers were rude and said that literally every single drink on their menu wasn't available. They use a cappuccino machine for their drinks so if you're looking for gas station coffee and horrible service come here! read more

I am not a doughnut person but this was a great night cap with family and friends after a long day playing around at the beach. We went to Krispy Kreme at least three times during the trip. Get a dozen just made doughnuts ready to go with some yummy coffee for the grown ups before a late night playing cards. read more

Brought my daughter here for her first hot doughnut experience. She loved it. We both got a hot glazed doughnut and I got a coffee. The coffee was good- the doughnut was great. I have yet to find a KK that doesn't have a great glazed doughnut. read more

Horrible....I love KK but this location was really bad. The doughnuts were really small even by Krispy Kreme standards. They were not even close to being fresh and the selection was horrible. The staff was also rude. The KK doughnuts in the local stores looked better than here. read more

KK is my doughnut of choice. I went here mid-day and after 9 PM on two different days and had vastly different experiences. Mid-day, hot light wasn't on, doughnuts were yummy as always (they had the rare sour cream glazed cake one!) No wait, no issues. At night when the red light is burning bright, this place is poppin', so don't expect a quick trip. The service was great considering the length of lines inside and at the drive-thru, and the rudeness of many (drunk/distracted) customers. The doughnuts are always tops. read more

Absolutely delicious donuts! I highly recommending going when the hot light is on and getting a dozen glazed right off the cooker! The cinnamon bun flavor is good too, friendly service, but the line is normally out the door and the drive thru is always packed at night. read more

If I could leave negative 10 stars...I would. We were raised on KK doughnuts and as most will agree, you know what to expect from this franchise. Or at least you used to be able to. We've gone to this location now at least a dozen times(no pun intended) and twice this week. We order the same thing every time. It's a toss up to what idiot will be working the window and to what condition your doughnuts will be in when you get them. I've had them in the consistency of hockey pucks and a soft as a baby's behind. I can tell you that tonight was literally like a scene out of a movie....like "Dude, where's my car?" kinda movie. So we are sitting in the drive thru, pulled straight up to the speaker, and waited and waited and waited. Finally a kid says "go ahead" to which I proceeded to order and while ordering I hear "it's my birthday" so I said, "Happy Birthday" and laughed a little. You could then hear him laughing and speaking to others saying "oh I didn't know this thang was on". So then, I start once again to order "a dozen hot and a mixed dozen with ...." and from there it didn't matter which way I said it, he repeated it back to me opposite of what I said, front to back, sideways and upside down it still was never once what I had asked for. I was told you could only get certain kinds in a 6pack, not 12. Not to mention the one thing I wanted I was told they were out of and from there I picked another option and another and another and all of those things I was also told, "we out of those" repeatedly. So round and round we go. I finally pick something they actually have and then hear my order repeated back as if it were someone else's order. So I went back and forth with this kid and he STILL didn't get it right. It was basically like trying to tell your cat to go change the oil in your car. Yeah...exactly. My husband, pissed off at this point, is like "just say OK!" So we pulled forward and waited and waited and waited. Now there are 4 cars behind me and I'm wondering if they had as much fun as I did at the speaker. We finally make it to the window after the ONLY car in the drive thru finally left and there was a pile of boxes behind him on the counter that appeared to be mishaps of the evening. He carries our 2 boxes over by the register and then proceeds to cut up and chit chat with fellow employees rather than tend to business. He finally takes our money and we leave. Well let's just say I won't be going back there. I guess it's time to change doughnut brands like I have coffee brands. The world runs on Dunkin because they're running away from Krispy Kreme! On a final note: The owner of this franchise and this location needs boycotted for allowing inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful and incompetent employees to be the face of his/her business and continue to drive customers away. read more

I visited this Krispy Kreme location last night about 7pm. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Donuts in showcase looked stocked and fresh. There were two employees outside while only one inside. Her hair was a redish brown with a piercing in her lip. I was greeted at the door and she provided excellent/fast service for having customers at drive through and multiple people including myself in the lobby. Donuts were hot and delicious! I will be coming back to this location again before my vacation over. CONS: no tip jar! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! That was the inner child coming out. We hit this place every weekend. It does get a little dirty late in the morning after it has been busy for a few hours. The kids love to watch them make the goods through the glass. Coffee is also good. The alien work program staff are sometimes difficult to understand. Be warned, this place does get hot inside during the hot summer months. I mean like pushing 90 degrees inside kind of hot. read more

Hot off the frier and my donut was not cooked all the way through. Not good. So far two out of a dozen were undercooked. Six more to go tomorrow... As for taste it was okay. Nothing negative or positive to say about a donut. Oh, yes. It's fried. That's a positive. read more
