So the doughnuts are still some of the best ever her no matter what. The problem with this location though is the speed of service. I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. I arrived at 840 am and I still haven't ordered yet and it's 900 am. There wasn't an excessive amount of cars this morning which is why I came here because I thought it would be fast. I don't know how anybody can give this place less than a 5 star rating. The donuts are made with mashed potatoes--that's what makes them so good. They're served right every time except, we got a different donut we hadn't ordered last time. No biggie. They also have Coffee Bean there, which is a yummy, fun treat. Get the mocha, with caramel--thick and crunchy. Their Apple fritters are the best, although they were a little small one time. Check yours and order 1 or 2 more if they are smaller now. I've been noticing for years that instead of raising prices, companies/restaurants make the portions smaller, so, you know. Oh, you have to have the glazed warmed up. They used to serve them hot at certain hours. They don't warm them for you. You have to be there at the hour they serve them, or heat them at home. Yes, on weekends and especially holidays, there is a looong line. But hopefully the person/people in the car is or are good company and make it easier--heehee. While we were in line, Raymond came by and gave us all a FREE Fresh Delicious Donut and with it also came Raymond's kind and pleasant personality. Raymond was so kind and pleasant and he really made our visit here a Pleasure and an awesome experience. After he generously handed us our Fresh Delicious Donuts, I jokingly asked " What about the coffee" , we'll, as we left there with a FREE box of Fresh Donuts because it was my wife's birthday, while in the parking lot , we noticed Raymond came out looking for his and in his hand he had a Fresh Cup Of coffee and he handed it to me and said " you asked for a coffee, here you go", that was a very special moment and it meant so much to myself and family. Amazing place for doughnuts and coffee! Awesome selection of donuts and a really great environment. They also have the coffee bean and tea leaf for beverages and that is a major plus! Love coming here on a Saturday night with my friends! Will definitely be back. I would say the one caveat is they don't have a lot of seating but that is OK. They have outdoor seating if you like to sit outdoors. On the day that we came it was a nice night and we went to see a movie afterwards and it was a lot of fun. I have been to a lot of Krispy Kreme's in my life and this is definitely one of the better ones. The hot donuts now sign was on when I came in and it was a really nice time. Seating was a little difficult but we found a spot and I got my usual jelly donut and coffee. Will definitely be back and will tell all my friends about how much fun I had. I saw that it was empty inside so I just parked and walked in. They had so many donuts out I didn't know what to choose but I ended up leaving with 4 donuts and a satisfied sweet tooth. I should have just taken the donut and left since there was a 1 hour parking limit and barely any parking. It would probably be better utilized by going to the mall first and then walking here. I feel like I'm waiting in line for a new ride at Disneyland, lol. Just inching along. I made the mistake coming on a Saturday night during the crisis. By waiting in this long slow line, I know that the donuts will be fresh at least. I order a trio of donuts: 2 original and 1 maple. They have limited choices during this time. I ate the first donut in 6 bites, taking only 2 minutes. Initially, they're a lot sweeter than my taste buds can handle. It's pure sugar. the maple donut isn't sweeter than the original; just has a nutty sweet flavor. The texture is amazing! It's what sold me. It's pillowy soft and light with a melt in your mouth sensation. It's good but it leaves a very 100% sugar aftertaste which I don't like. Went to this location at 1:35 pm on April 22nd to get donuts for our friend who had a body building competition today in which he wanted to celebrate his competition achievement with Krispy Kreme. The line wasn't that long but once we placed the order, the girl with the red tattoo on her side burn asked us (a party of 4), "Are you guys all placing an order? If not, can you guys 'like' get out of the line because we have a lot of people behind you." We were so confused as to why we had to step out of line when the people in front of us had already placed an order and were waiting to pay just like us. The security guard was very very sweet and got confused as to why we were out of line and directed the person at the cash register to ring us up because we placed an order online (which obviously we didn't). I like Krispy Kreme Donuts. I've been going to this one for years and I have not had a problem until recently. The person who took my order was very cold and rude. It was painfully obvious she didn't want to be there. Her name was Danny and while I had high expectations for her since we have the same name, she exhibited very poor customer service. It wasn't busy when I went in so I had no idea why she was trying to rush me to choose the donuts I wanted. I've been here when it was busy but the customer service was excellent.
