My kids love coming here on the weekends. We always end up with a dozen doughnuts because it's way cheaper. I used to go to Krispy Kreme when I lived down the hill growing up. I was really excited to see us get one up here in the desert. I just wish it wasn't so far away from me. It's always best to come when they have the hot light on. That's basically before 10am. The kids can watch the people making the doughnuts and even get the little paper hats that they can wear. I love that they offer the kids a mini doughnut when they are looking for their doughnuts. It's a nice jester and the kids always love it. I know some people think these doughnuts are more expensive but think about the experience. I don't stop by here often but when I do I usually have a good experience. Not today! When I walked in at 10am there were PLENTY of people working. I was standing there for 8min and no one greeted me. As soon as a bunch of sheriff volunteers walked in they greeted them and gave them free donuts. I was really confused, did they not see me? Headed out to go shopping early and wanted company so I bribed my 15 year old son with KK donuts if he went with me. He did, so I had to come thru for him. It was really early (7am on a Saturday morning) and cold so we went thru drive thru. There was no line and we figured since we were early the donuts would be nice and fresh. We ordered a box of glazed, got to the window and mentioned to the guy I was shocked there was nobody in line! He just looked and me and told me my total. He looked like he didn't want to be there. I pulled up and asked if they would like a couple donuts, and the lady was like omg I've never had them before as I gave them napkins and a couple donuts. Then me and my son grabbed one as we drove off and they were cold and kind of hard. We didn't eat another one until we got home and warmed them up. They were much better but I couldn't help to think how privileged we were to have a home with a microwave to warm up donuts while that lady probably thought it was the best thing ever. If I could add negative stars, I would. Manager Angie has no idea what she is doing. Why she is still employed is beyond me! She is rude and a liar. On 10/30/2020 I purchased a Halloween dz. from the Victorville Krispy Kreme. It had a long dark black hair ( I have light brown hair & a house full of boys with short hair) spread across a few of the donuts, which I didn't notice until I got home This is about a 20 minute drive. I called immediately to report what was surely an accident. It was not a big deal. Just women glitter is what I usually called it. I spoke to the manager on duty, Eddie. He was awesome and very apologetic. He informed me instead of driving back, he would put my name on a list and would even offer an additional free glazed dz for my troubles. So today, 11/6/2020 I decided to take Eddie up on his offer. I went through the drive thru. I explained to the worker what Eddie told me. I was told that I already picked up my donuts and my name is crossed out. I explained that this is a mistake. She informed the manager who said she personally crossed out my name last week. I informed them she is mistaken. I ask to speak to the manager at the drive up window. A few minutes later she came to the window and just repeats herself over and over. So we go back and forth. She finally asked me where is my receipt. I inform her that I threw it out with the nasty donuts. She told me to wait and walked away. A few minutes later, another employee came back and states that nothing can be done and manager isn't coming back0. I drive out of the drive thru, as I have already held up the line long enough. I park and attempt to call so I can get the name of the manager and Eddie's schedule. Twice I called, explained why I wanted the information and twice I got hung up on. Third time was the charm and I was finally able to get the information. This is the worst I've been treated any where! To top that off, my son was right next to me, listening in. I was made to feel like a liar and as if I was doing something wrong. I will never return to the establishment. I'd rather drive an hour away than go back here! This is if I ever return to a Krispy Kreme. I usually prefer to support the local mom & pop donut shops anyways. We'll find out when I speak to Eddie on Monday. read more

This place is located off the freeway,which was convienant. JUST Wish the doughnuts were offered to be warmed up,as they do taste better. My assorted dozen included 6 glazed,and 6 asst. Love love love Krispy Kreme. I have been going to various Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for many many years. This one in Ontario California is very nice very clean. The drive-through is quick. The only time I had to wait a long time is during the Covid outbreak because only the drive-through is open. So you may wait a while in line. To all the people who complained the fresh hot donuts were cold: you can't just order any old thing and expect it all to be hot, you have to ask which ones just came out. Otherwise they consider the ones that have been in the case for an hour to still be "fresh." Hot glazed minis were good but did not hold a candle to hot donuts from Winchell's. The texture of the hot KK is mushier and not as donut-like as a hot Winchell donut. Then again, Winchell's doesn't have anything to alert you to when they have hot ones. The chocolate glazed is also good but not chocolatey enough. I can't taste a huge difference between the plain and chocolate glazed. They're both just sugar bombs. The raspberry jelly is more of a viscous syrup than a true jam/jelly consistency, like a Dunkin' jelly donut (for the powdered jelly alone I can't wait for our own new Dunkin' to open), and there's hardly any jelly in it (less than 1 bite) compared to a Dunkin' jelly (overflowing). Also glaze on a jelly or custard donut just seems somehow *wrong* to me. I thought the glaze to donut ratio was too high; they were way too sweet. I remember it being better ratio on the full-size donut but that was over 10 years ago now, down the hill in the San Fernando Valley. Location pin is wrong; they're next to the Panda Express by Home Depot. Posted hours are also different from those listed on here. Tried to fix them but we'll see if Yelp accepts the changes. It's really fun to watch the donuts being made through the big windows. It reminds me of the tortilla and sourdough bread factories at California Adventure again Disneyland, or the How It's Made TV show. Great for kids. Service was good, nice, friendly, yet efficient. Bathrooms were mostly clean (you need a key to get in). One of the toilets had poop on it and it only took a minute to get staff to clean it so I could use it. read more
