Went to krispy kreme tonight to try out 1 of the new limited edition donuts. After being rushed on my order when deciding what drink i wanted i paid $8 for 6 donuts; and wasn't even given the limited edition donut i went to try. Hire some people who are smart enough to put the correct donuts into the boxes. Drove 15 minutes there & back & arrived home to a waste of time/money. Poor service & poor presentation. After already being disappointed that the "very smart high school graduate" you hired to work drive thru didn't give me the single item i drove over for; the rest of the donuts looked poorly made as well. This is Victorville's first Krispy Kreme Doughnut location. I went here today, after the rush died down, and ordered a dozen assorted doughnuts. All were excellent! Good quality, tasty, fresh, and beautifully decorated. The service was nice and friendly, too. They have HOT glazed doughnuts every day - but only at two times. Once in the morning, from 5:30 am to 10 am, and again, from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm. I'll be back for some delicious hot glazed doughnuts - they just melt in your mouth. :-) Good job guys - keep it up! Stopped by here today at 9pm, they didn't have anything but a couple donuts I guess the least popular ones that don't sell during the day, now it might be my fault for coming in closer to closing time but I was the only car in line the girl started taking my order and then for 15 minutes there was nothing but silence then comes back and starts taking my order again just to basically tell me they had no hot chocolate and none of the donuts I wanted again maybe that's my fault but if I'm the only car in the drive thru why am I ordering in pauses of 15 minutes then 3 minutes then another 3, I just wanted 3 donuts lol. She didn't ask me my phone number for the points, it's fine no big deal either way it takes like 2 years for Krispy Kreme to give you 1 free donut after idk how many visits.
