I really like this store. The deli/cheese/meat market folks are great and I seem to never have a problem finding someone who works there who can point me to where something is if I need to find it. One of the things that makes my ears bleed though is the store manager constantly squawking on the loudspeaker. This is probably the worst day for being at Kroger. The checkout lines were unbelievable . No front end manager, customers were a good 6 deep wanting to checkout. Now only two lanes open, and front end Supervisor was running a register. The self-checkout was also backed up. The front end supervisor was terribly rude, and maybe he was frustrated for having to work. Why do they build these mega stores with 10-15 register positions . They put aloy of stock in self-checkout but the 10 customers who had baskets of grocery it don't help. read more

This store has gone down hill over the years. Employees are very rude. Baggers need lessons on how to bag. The thing that angers me most is the sales never ring up correctly. Waiting at the service desk is ridiculous. They never have more than 1 employee working it. I tried the Just For You. They were missing half my products. Employees could not explain why. Kroger Clicklist Review: if I could give zero stars I would. This service has major issues that need to be addressed. I've ordered from them over the past 3 years and every time I've ordered, they are delayed and have to postpone the pick ups. Today they cancelled it all together! That is unacceptable!!! The management of this service is poor at best. They need to just stop providing this service until they can work out the kinks. Other companies are able to provide the same service without issue. Whether it's an issue with the amount of orders or the staffing, they need to address the issue then resume the service when they can provide it effectively. read more

Walmart 2.0!!!! Saturday morning at 10:45 2...count 'em... 2 (TWO) attended checkout lines open with 8 or more people in each line!!! Another typical way Kroger is trying to FORCE you to do your own checkout. 30% of the items we shopped for were out of stock, another Kroger practice! Clicklisters clogging the aisles with their damn carts too! It's no wonder we prefer Market Street, where they have plenty of welcoming folks to run the registers and bag your purchases. The cashiers are always friendly and whenever lines get slightly long, they always send out a few more to help out. They've got a great selection of international foods (none from Hawaii though, *arms crossed*). They have an even better selection of healthy/organic/natural foods. I only shop here now for pantry items. Since opening they have really dropped their quality. Last two packages of chicken were bad even though they were within their dates, fish counter butcher turned his back on me while I was asking questions and let me walk away from counter. If you like constant out-of-stocks, poorly trained employees with bad attitudes and having to backtrack back out to the parking lot to retrieve a shopping cart since they are rarely available inside the store, well then, this is the grocery store for you! This is hands down the worst run Kroger store I have ever had the misfortune to patronize. In fairness, their pharmacy and pharmacy staff have been good, but the rest of the store is sorely lacking in every important detail. I read recently that H.E. Butt will be building a new store near this Kroger and I cannot wait to move all our family's purchases there when it opens. read more

Love it!! They have everything! And when I say everything I mean it. From cooking gadgets, pots and pans, dishes, to furniture! They even have a home decor section, and it is all pretty reasonably priced. There's also a jewelry store inside! This grocery store is really fun to browse around in! One big deal to me is that a grocery store have a good selection of produce and it be fresh. They also have a good selection of organic foods and produce. I've also grabbed some of the items from their deli and all of the food has been really fresh and good. Great cheese selection and an olive bar! All of the employees here are always really cheerful and the store is very clean. Can't complain! read more

I love this place becuase they have a perfect mix of all the healthy organic food I need PLUS all the usual name brands on non-food items that I want. The people that work there are friendly. The produce is fresh and they have a nice selection of organic meat and vegetables as well. My husband and I love this place. I could not stop laughing when I saw a fraction of the store was home furnishings. So far, this location of Kroger Marketplace is my favorite grocery store in the North Dallas area. I still miss my Central Texas HEB stores, but this is just down the road from the house, and it fares pretty well for my everyday needs. The selection of produce is nice and fresh - they also have some of the more unique items but doesn't trespass into Central Market/Whole Foods territory. I'm fond of they're fresh baked French bread (it's soft and smooshy which isn't really normal for true baguette but it's tasty just the same). They have a good selection of meat & poultry and the prices are pretty good. I still prefer CM/WF for my serious protein purchases. As far as the selection of items on the shelves, I've been pleased to find a lot of my go-to brands on pantry items...I was having trouble with this at some other grocery chains in the area. The place is usually not to crowded (makes sense considering the location) and it's SPIC AND SPAN. Only negative - what gives with the wine and beer prices in the Dallas area?? It seems Tom Thumb usually has better wine prices when they run specials. read more

I probably go this Kroger 1-2 a week. They have basically everything I need to cook for my family. Since this is a Marketplace Kroger, it has more than what I need! Anyway, I typically get some good deals coming here, especially if you use the Kroger app and the plus card. According to the workers, as long as my card is linked to my app, which it is, the discounts should automatics be taken off & coupons are automatically applied. This is the 2nd time that this hasn't happened. Of course, I don't notice until I get home. Their produce isn't as fresh as it should be. Like...flies free and no mold would be good. I was going to buy the mini sweet peppers since they were on sale but every bag I picked up, I could see a pepper that had mold on it. The bell prepackaged bell peppers had those fruit flies, I believe, flying inside the bag. Every single garlic I picked up had black spots on them. In other news, I absolutely love their tea! This Kroger is ok but I've had better grocery experiences at Central Market or Marketstreet but they're just too far. read more

This is my go to market since it is located literally across the street. They have a great produce section with fresh fruits and vegetables. I love their fresh squeezed orange juice. They have fresh made sushi, a deli, bakery and salad bar. If you are in a hurry or have no time to cook, you run in and grab something ready to eat. There is a large section of organic and health food items as well for us health conscious people. I was surprised to see that this store sells furniture and household items as well just like your local Target or Walmart store. Makes it convenient should you need something and don't have time to drive down to either of those stores. read more

I have started shopping at Kroger regularly due to the poor service and the rude unbearable crowd at Walmart. The employees are always polite, even the young kids. I rarely have a time when I am unable to find an item I need due to being out of stock. The prices you do have to watch, but when they have a sale, you get a great deal, especially when using your coupons. The store could stand to be remodeled, but I can live with it. There is an employee named Raymond, an older guy, he is super helpful...super nice and it's nice to see a smiling face every time you see him. read more

Tonight 8 employees doing nothing but sitting down in the windows at front door laughing and cutting up using profanity.. The self checkout was a mess junk all over the place... manager Liz was not on premises and the acting manager was not available. They kids at front door we're out of control. Why do they have employees at the front door not greeting not helping anyone just cutting up and getting paid, this is a reflection of the management and the culture that they have created. Bought three red onions they lasted 4 days and started growing white mold. There is a few more Kroger's down the road much cleaner and employees working. read more

Have to say I just love the pharmacy here. I ended up moving over there after a bunch of issues at Walgreens and I'm so glad I did. Super responsive, actually sander the phone, always very quick fills, never a long line and the people always are in a good mood which is a far cry from my experience at the previous pharmacy. read more

What is going on with your store. I'm a shipt shopper and I don't want to pick orders for your store. Look at your shelves they are dirty, have your people clean them at night. Empty boxes should not be sitting there day after day, pull the product closer to the end of the shelves so I don't have to get on my knees. Do NOT buy jewelry from the Fred Meyers at this store...owned by Kroger. I bought a ring and wrote a check for the FULL amount. They failed to charge me tax (unbeknownst to me) and sent me to COLLECTIONS. They will not work with me to clear my "bad credit" and now the amount has snowballed into more than 1/2 the cost of the ring. I'm sorry I ever stepped foot into their store. read more

Please take care to DOUBLE CHECK the NO Substitution option on your click list. Remember to place your order 2-3 days ahead of when you need to pick them up . You may have to wait more like 4-5 days. They have had several people quit and are dealing with NATIONA WIDE shortatages. They are doing the best job they can, under tremendous. Personal stress. Every body is afraid and tense. Remember if your order is say $100 and you only get half your list and the tab says only charged 50$. But your bank shows ORIGINAL CHARGE OF $100, take a breath! They are suppose to REFUND your account the difference!. It may take 48 hrs or more. But hang onto your final click it paper work if you have to debate it with your bank. P.S. I love this store and I go out of my way to shop here. My only issue with this Kroger right now is they seem to be rearranging it (not sure the reason) and it has been a mess for about a month now. I love this Kroger, BUT the reason I'm writing this review is there is this incredibly kind, knowledgeable, lovely lady in their Cheese section and every time I see her, she remembers me and has never ever disappointed with her selections. So upset with the bakery! They are extremely rude! They messed up the cake and charged me more than they usually charge. Manager's excuse was that they charge extra for the toy kit. Since when? I purchase cakes every year for my children's birthday. First time they charged me extra. They don't even say that they charge extra. Never going back to the bakery! read more
