Oh Wylie Kroger. I really want to like you. Especially after your remodel. But ... There are too many buts. Literally. Too many butts. You've managed to cram in so much that when there are tons of people, like on the weekend, it's nearly impossible to get around. And why would you choose the busiest times to have your workers stock shelves? No one can get through. It's so chaotic that I usually just get what I absolutely need and then I leave. Because no one needs that craziness. I'd rather go to three other stores than shop there. The layout makes no sense. The milk is way out of the way and your yogurt is in random spots. And then there is the lack of parking. Not good. What I do like is your cheese. Your produce section. And that's about it . read more

Very nice store we love it, the changes were good. Live lobster is great. We love the selection of foods that they have. It has a Starbucks and a sushi section, a cheese section.. it goes on. I think this is my favorite store in this area. The employees are nice and do a great job. Maybe lower prices on animal food would be great. Otherwise a great store. read more

The pharmacy that no longer cares about your health. Service at the pharmacy has gone from spectacular to dismal in the last few months. My doctor sent in prescriptions yesterday. After waiting to hear they are filled or see them on my account, I finally called. They are scheduled to be filled TONIGHT. With no notice to anyone they opted to wait 24 hours from the doctors orders to fill the medications. Luckily it's not a life or death thing - this time. I am a cardiac patient and now know that I need to find a pharmacy that will fill prescriptions when ordered and not when they think they may get around to it. If you have time to wait for a day or more for a prescription because the situation isn't life-threatening, then go ahead and take a chance. I will be finding a new pharmacy today after I let my doctor know that anything urgent should not be sent to the Wylie Kroger pharmacy. read more

This Kroger location is one of the best kept secrets around. For one, the place is GIGANTIC. For two, it's stocked with everything you can imagine. But my favorite part about this location is that I guess the average Wylie citizen doesn't buy a lot of vegetarian substitute foods, frozen vegan stuff, or craft beer, because I constantly find all of the above for damn near rock bottom prices or BOGO. It's like my version of Heaven, except it's in Wylie, where I expect some form of purgatory to be. The staff here is always super friendly as well. And unlike a lot of the Dallas locations, finding a close parking space is no problem at all. PRO TIP: Stop by the clearance aisle first when you're here. If I put a blindfold on you, took you to the middle of the shop, and took off any sign that said "Kroger's" you'd think you're in a Wal-Mart. They even sell furniture! The only thing they don't have (right now at least) are some of the auxiliary items like furniture, paint, etc. The store is clean, clean, clean and vibrant inside, everyone is busy doing something. They have some people making fresh sushi, there's a deli and in a great location that's easy to get to. It's definitely going to be a contender for grocery purchases in the Murphy/Wylie area. read more

The produce is terrific at this location! With a basket full of food, I was disappointed they didn't have anyone to bag my groceries, carry them out or load them in my car. I have come to expect this while shopping at Kroger's and with this being the largest one I have ever seen, I think I should expect it here as well. read more

I was so impressed by Valencia in the Floral Dept! I was initially helped by another woman there, who was professional but not friendly or accommodating.. I was carrying my 5 month old and was in a rush( my fault) I stood at the register, which she was behind of, and I had to speak to get acknowledged. There was no one else there needing help. Valencia, came later and watered some roses and left. I was waiting for some balloons for my grandmothers 90th bday, and bc of COVID had to stop at 4 stores before realizing there was no hope of blowing up my own balloons. So, I purchased some there and while she was blowing them up, Valencia came back and saw I was still there, she noticed my baby getting restless, and jumped right in and helped gather them into bags, for consolidation and gave me a discount and helped me not only to the car but putting the balloons in! WOW! She was my guardian angel that day. I also forgot where I parked, mom brain, when we walked out and she said, I saw you come in from that way with your baby!!! I mean talk about attention to detail!! So grateful to have her on that team!!! read more

The Kroger STARBUCKS inside the store is the BEST in Wylie!! They get unrecognized, but they are awesome! Way to go!

So I go in to use the restroom, but this location only has two single stall bathrooms which for a store this size makes no sense. Needless to say I moved on to get my dry ice. Standing there I tried to get it out, with some difficulty, while an employee stood nearby not offering to help at all. I was incredibly irritated and my hands are still numb from the dry ice. I am incredibly displeased and am never coming back again. read more

One day I couldn't find the yogurt and when I asked an employee were the yogurt is he told me on isle 24. When I got to that isle, I was amazed I've never seen so much yogurt in my whole life. I ended up getting two or three different kinds, on that visit to Kroger. They even had a French kind of yogurt called OUI by Yoplait. It's very thick not too sweet and has fruit at the bottom. I liked it a lot. If you're looking for something and it is a yogurt product, check out isle 24 the next time you are in Kroger, in Wylie. It's pretty cool. read more

I love the clicklist staff here!! I usually always have Josh bring me my groceries and he is so nice. The order is always complete if there's a substitution they explain it and try to get as close to my original order as possible and if something is not in stock they let me know so I can go in if needed. I have never had a long wait and they load everything into the car perfectly, nothing broken or smashed. Thank you for making my grocery shopping 1000x easier!! read more

Sure it's a pretty store, but try to get any employee to make eye contact with you or say hello. I've been coming here since they opened and the atmosphere continues to worsen. I've seen managers yelling at employees on the floor, had to ask employees that were texting to move so I could get what I needed. They act like they just don't care. The self check out attendants are never paying attention, always playing with their phones or just staring off into space. The pricing is horrible, missing tags or just wrong. The 10lb bag of heritage farm chicken legs and thighs hasn't had a price on them for months. I purchased toilet paper marked $5.79 the other day and was charged $14.99. I've addressed my concerns with the store and nothing changes. I guess they are making enough money, why stop treating the customer like cattle if you don't have to. read more

Once again, another terrible experience with the Wylie Kroger pharmacy. I had difficulty getting one of my prescriptions refilled due to being out of town and then not being able to make an appointment because of a holiday... when I asked the pharmacist (I think her name was Rashmi) about my refill, she was very rude, said she couldn't help me and told me "Maybe you should be more pro-active about your health and this wouldn't happen"... awful and disrespectful customer service. read more

Love this Kroger! Always buy salmon here because I never have to worry about chomping away at bones unlike with the other nearby competitors. They have handmade tortillas that I just can't get enough of and ever since I went in once asking for lactose free cream cheese I ALWAYS see it on the shelf. Love having this place close by. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is so helpful. My car broke down a year ago by the gas pumps. The clerk working in the kiosk let me use his phone to call for help. Today I forgot my tablet in the cart. DO NOT USE CLICK LIST, or Clucklist, SERVICES. The folks are rude & disorganized. This service is supposed to be an answer to the uber competitive, highly convincing of Amazon & other retailers that understand customer experience. I've used this a few times, & will no more. Though we were charged, they kissed about 10% of the items. When I unloaded for me wife, she noticed missing items. Frustrating, yet fixable. I called to notify the clicklist crew, & the gentlemen that took my call was rude, short & put me on hold for a long time. I lost impatience, & called them again. The same dude that took my call, & was rude, answered it again & was rude again. I do admit that I was not very nice once I encountered their rudeness. I requested that they need to deliver what was missing, but the rude associate said they dont do that. I did have some choice words to say before they hung up. I called the store main # & demanded to speak with the highest ranking official on duty. At that time I did get the response that was appropriate, & they did send the delivery. Too much competition for retail where a company can attempt to be more modern, yet not deliver effectively. We will not use Kroger anymore. read more

I love this location. If it were just a couple of miles closer to my house, I doubt I would use another location. As it is, it gives me an excuse to take a ride down the back roads over the lake. New location that still has that feel all around. The best part is that unlike some other Marketplace locations you don't feel cramped. I don't write reviews but this is the 2nd time I have had bad meat from this place!!! First it was chicken I opened that smells bad and is slimy, now it is salmon that is bad and sticky. Love this store. Now it is ran by a much better store manager and wonderful co-management. Its always clean. The lines are short and fast. Never smells and is always fresh. They do a great job. People speak to not enough baggers but I never have this issue and if it seems there aren't enough baggers they have to remember some may be taking peoples groceries out to peoples cars. This Kroger was cooooool! For a minute I thought this was a Walmart. A very clean and organized Walmart with happy and helpful employees. They had a huge displays of furniture, large pet area, baby strollers, outdoor garden items, and their own jewelry store. They also have a lot of cashiers open which is great! The bakery does not have any information on there own product, policies or procedures, DO NOT use the bakery for any special ordering, you will only waste your precious time. The company seems to think that because they've got such a beautiful store, they don't have to care about the customers who enter it and that they've got an excuse to price most every day items higher than other stores. I love this Kroger and the new location. The organic food selection is great and the store is as big as a Walmart! They have clothing and a jewelry store inside which is neat. They also have a full Starbucks near the entrance that we go to every time we get groceries. The lines are never crazy long compared to most Kroger locations I have been to. They have fresh produce, choice meat selection, fresh flowers, organic foods, quality appliances, furniture, excellent pharmacy, fresh sushi, great beer aisle, and above all exceptional customer service. rude customer service with the woman in deli. she had dirty blonde hair middle aged woman was extremely rude to me and my daughter. i was very friendly and asked simple questions while she responded with attitude and disrespect which made my daughter very upset. my daughter 7th birthday is coming up and we were shopping for a cake. no one was at the bakery so I walked down to the deli simply to ask if anyone was working in the bakery and/or could help! for some reason me asking simple questions made the deli worker pissed off. I love Kroger. Especially this one. Great bakery section overall and you can save 3 cents on gas by being a valued member. The more you spend at the store, the more you can save per gallon at the gas tank. Who doesn't like that? These guys have great employees as far as I can tell and have trained their younger high school staff well. I just used the pharmacy recently and it was quick and convenient too. This is the worst grocery store chain in the DFW area. My husband's insurance company has preferential pricing with them, so I am forced to go there. Two weeks ago we called in a refill for some blood pressure medication. We waited 48 hours to pick it up as he did not need it right away. When we went to pick it up, we were told it was not ready yet and they needed 1 week to fill prescriptions that were deemed "not necessary". Are you kidding me??? So, my daughter was placed on allergy medication and we had the pediatrician call in the prescription. I waited 5 days and went to pick it up on Saturday. The tech said there was no prescription for my daughter. Of course, doctor's office is closed on Saturday, so she has to wait until today. I called the Dr. and they had indeed called it in (they had a confirmation number and everything). I just went to pick it up and was told I would have to wait an hour for it to be filled. I told them no, after they lost the prescription in the first place, they could bump us to the front of the line. 15 minutes passed and I was told that because they had not filled a prescription for my daughter before, I would have to come in and fill out her profile. I told them that they could just move everything over from my husband's profile on to hers. They refused. I was not able to go into the store as I have just left the vet and had the dog in the car. She then told me to "move along as there are other cars in the drive thru lane". So, bottom line, I still do not have my daughter's allergy meds and I have to make a 3rd trip up there to pick them up. I will also be relaying my experience to corporate. Bottom line - they do not give a care about your health there!! If you have a choice, go somewhere else!!! read more

I have been waiting for Kroger to come to Wylie for 4 years. The Kroger in Sachse is not a pleasant experience. The new Kroger is clean, well stocked with a plethora of items. The sushi is amazing, produce is fresh, and the service is great. Their bakery is well stocked and helpful, the deli has a great selection of cheeses and prepared meals. Will not shop the furniture section nor the jewelry store but I do appreciate all of the household gadgets they stock. read more
