The line was almost as long as some of the rides, but at least they show clips of Simpson on all the walls. We ordered three Krusty burgers, orange juices, and an iced tea. The food was ready almost instantly despite the massive throughput of people. The burgers were ok with plenty of fresh lettuce, but you could tell they'd been made a bit in advance and waiting. I had to have a Krusty Burger while at Universal Studios. I went for the Big Ma'am A Jamma the "Clogger"! Two all beef patties, with melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and you can't forget the thick cut bacon on a brioche bun. It was a BIG burger and was actually pretty tasty. It came with fries and a drink and for a decent price for being in a theme park. I might recommend buying the souvenir cup so you can get a refill on your drink. The ordering and infrastructure of the place is not the best. There are 2 counters facing each other with 2 registers on each counter. This would be fine, but these 2 counters are spaced very close to each other leaving everyone ordering I'm a small confined box. This ordering space is even further limited by the fact that the pickup for the food is right next to the ordering counters, which leaves everyone to crowd around the pick-up area making the process difficult. One of our ribwiches had a negligible amount of barbeque sauce, and the fries were lukewarm, unsalted, and sad. When received by one of our recipients, The Clogger was warmed to an unsatisfactory degree and the meal was not pleasant. They do provide water cups it you ask though! Nothing like a Krusty Burger and fries at Universal Studios to make the day feel complete. I've had the hot dog once and it was great but I'm a burger man so I stick with that. And that Duff Beer is just so refreshing. I mean...it's beer so I know it's not refreshing but you know what I mean; it's definitely delicious. Food is always fast, staff is always friendly, and there're always people cleaning up the seating area upstairs. I love the incredible decor in the different seating areas upstairs. All the gallery items make you feel like you're in the Simpsons world; there are recognitions for Krusty and artwork from several different artists throughout the years. This is theme park food so I had set my expectations relatively low. However, I was surprised that it was pretty decent. I had the Krusty Burger and while it wasn't anything to write home about, it was enjoyable. My boyfriend also really liked his Sideshow Bob Footlong. The fries were crispy and fairly tasty. Maybe we were just tired and starving but it was a pretty solid experience. Expensive but that's par for the course. The line was also horrendous but I will say that the employees were efficient so it moved reasonably fast. read more

I have been dreaming of having a Krusty burger since I was a kid when the Simpsons first came out in 1990. If you are a Simpsons fan, place is fantastic, order the Duff or Duff lite too if you are 21 plus. The service was also super fast as well. The line was crazy long and it only took about ten mins to order and another five to get our food. Was it the best burger in the world, hell no, not even close. It was however, very good. For overpriced, cheap ingredient theme park food, you could do a lot worse. This isn't a good burger by any means, but I got a kick out of ordering a "Krusty Burger with cheese." The theming is great and a ton of fun if you are a fan of The Simpsons. My hubby and I are diehards, so we had a blast here. There are minimal healthy options, so don't get in line if you don't want a burger and fries. That's the menu. Universal is god awful at line management (I think they just don't hire enough employees because they're so cheap), so it took us -- I am not exaggerating -- 44 minutes to get through the line at 2 pm! We were starving and had to eat, but geez! It was an utter nightmare. The employees were clueless and slooooow. Every other food outlet looked just as mobbed. It was pure madness. There's a hidden dining room upstairs that has lots more seating. The music is SUPER loud, so much so that you can't have a normal conversation. Add screaming kids into the mix and, well, you get the idea. This isn't a place for a relaxing, romantic meal -- not that you'd expect it to be! At least the music blares songs from The Simpsons so it's not all bad. Prices are ridiculous (expect to pay $25 per adult for a burger, fries and soda) and it's fast food quality. Located in Springfield area of Universal Studios. At peak lunch hours the line to place is over 30mins. They have burgers, hot dog, rib sandwich, and beyond type burger. Lots of people like to customize their orders so I believe this is why the line is always long. This is the second time having a burger from here and they are not bad for a park burger but they are expensive like your typical park food. A food visit to Springfield, U.S.A., isn't complete without two things: The Huge Pink Donut at Lard Lad Donuts and a Krusty Burger from Krusty Burger (next door). I finally got to try out a Krusty Burger, yay! Thanks to the Taste of Universal (March 2021), I was able to redeem it from my Tasting Card. I ended up taking the Krusty Burger home because I was so full by 6pm, lol! Along with the Loaded Tots from Minion Cafe, it made for a delicious and mouthwatering lunch the next day. Before COVID-19, I rarely stopped by here since I was so busy timing the rides and shows in order to get to them. By then, I was tired and ready to head home, lol! $10 Krusty Burger: The 1/3lbs beef patty topped with Secret Sauce, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles was scrumptious and my tummy was happily satisfied. The beef patty was tender, hearty and flavorful, especially, with the melted American cheese and Secret Sauce. The lettuce, tomatoes and pickles along with the toasted soft buns were tasty as well. Glad I got to take this home and enjoy every bite! My friend also ordered a Krusty Burger while another friend ordered the Mother Nature (Impossible) Burger to take home. COVID-19 Safety Procedures: Face masks are worn, hand sanitizers are available and social distancing practiced. Staffers wore face masks and gloves. Upon entrance, you will wait in line (social distancing, of course). A Staffer will direct you to the next cashier station and you place an order with them. Afterwards, you head over to the pickup station and they will call out your name. The Staff here are friendly and quick. The dining room is connected to Moe's Tavern and there are a few tables/booths available for seating. It was cool being able to check out Moe's Tavern. After we packed up our burgers, it was time to head home. Overall, I enjoyed my Krusty Burger and highly recommend getting it! yesterday, day at universal studios, we decided to eat at your store. We start by getting yelled at by a cashier because it's a huge mess and we're not in the right queue. We order 2 burgers and 1 salad, at least 40 minutes to wait...we see the burgers waiting on the shelves behind the servers but no one moves for 10 minutes. we are finally served, we go up to eat, the burgers are cold....I go back down and explain it at the counter, they talk to me aggressively. Food was plain no mayo or ketchup burger was messy. My husband was not happy at that fact that they had no to go boxes which seems every odd that they don't have any staff was kinda annoyed with the question I had asked which was 2. When asking for mayo they had me go to different places near to ask for a to go plate when I asked an employee they told me that to go to the kiwi-E- mart and they would give me a plastic bag for my food. Wow, this is worst theme park food experience I've ever had. Ordered the clogger burger and was really disappointed. The whole combo was cold and stale. Fries weren't salted or crispy. Center of burger was lukewarm. Bun looked shiny, but rest assured it was stale and fake tasting. Secret sauce is trash. Waited over an hour to get the food too, unbelievable. If you want to waste time and money, go to universal hollywood terror nights krusty's burger.. How cool is it, to eat Krusty Burgers from The Simpsons!? I visited Universal Studios on Saturday and the line was too long to grab some Krustys so the following day I came back early when the park opened. Right when Krustys opened, which was 10:30AM, I got in line! Which there really was no line. Got my burger and fries and I had to try the chili dog as well! Just like any burger, it was typical but still good. The chili dog was decent. The hot dog bun was on the dry side and I ended up eating most of the hot dog with chili and throwing the bun away. I was kind of sad when I found out you don't get free refills with your soda cup!! Lol. They literally have a sticker under your cup, so if you try to refill it, the screen on the soda machine will say you're out of refills and see the front counter for assistance. But, it is a theme park, so I figured they wouldn't let you have free refills. That was a bummer. The fries are just like any other fries out there, fried then topped off with some seasoning salt. I am glad I got to try Krustys though. The experience was nice and the interior is cool. They have The Simpsons playing on the TV, with different scenes of the characters eating out. The set up was pretty cool, I mean it's Krusty Burger! The service was good, all those working had great attitudes. The Krusty Clogger Burger was well put together (big bun, lots of fresh lettuce and bacon) but no flavor/seasoning to the meat at all. The RibWich was plain awful, hardly any meat and very little coleslaw on a huge bun. I thought it was cool to pull these food items right out of the show, but at least they could do them some justice..just our opinion read more

In all my visits to universal studios not once have I stop to eat here, not sure why. We decided to grab a bite here since we bought the free refills cup. Considering this is a themed park, we had no expectations and we knew the line would be long. To our surprise the line wasn't so bad and customer service was great. Our food was ready in less than 15 minutes. We had seen some people head up to eat and we followed right along. I'm surprised at how big this place was and the amount of seating available. This is definitely a hidden gem within universal studios. We got Clogger Burger to share, they won't cut it in half but there's utensils available to do it yourself. After running it back downstairs (seating is upstairs on the 2nd level), the friendly guy at the counter immediately apologized for the mistake, and instantaneously switched it out for a veggie burger. The veggie patty was ok (black beans, corn, etc), the pickles and tomatoes were the best part, the cheese is a square of kraft singles that wasn't melty (which I removed), and the bun was pretty boring. Fries could've been saltier and crispier, but still pretty good with ketchup, and could've been even better if hot sauce were available. For $12.99 (sandwich) and $9.99 (lite beer), I expected better. But maybe I need to adjust my expectations for an amusement park burger joint with a clown as the logo. read more

Absolutely NO. I grew up watching the Simpsons, and so I was naturally excited to eat at Krusty Burger. DIS GUS TING. Their Krusty Burger is one of the worst burgers I've had in my life. I took a few bites, and I just couldn't take it anymore. The meat tastes FAKE. The burger tasted old, crusty, dry, and just all sorts of wrong. Such a fun diner! One of my top favorite places to eat when I visit Universal! It never too full, customer service is amazing! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and you just leave with a smile! All plates on the menu are about $11-$14 depending on the dish, plus tax. There is upstair seating and its my favorite place to sit, music always playing, rooms are decorated so fun! Order and pay first, then you wait to pick up your food after. You can also get beer here as well. Moe's Tavern is also next door with duff beer and flamin' moes. Overall it was okay. Didn't really enjoy the bun, but it satisfied my chili cheese dog craving. KRUSTY BURGER: For $11, you can get your basic all-American burger. It comes with a 6 oz patty, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles. Their "secret sauce" is similar to thousand island dressing. Overall not bad, but I'd go to in-n-out over this place any day. I had the clogger which is the same as a double patty burger you can get anywhere else. It is huge though so you'll feel really stuffed right after you eat it. Overpriced and filling average novelty burgers. Theme park food is always overpriced and usually taste sub-par - Krusty Burger is overpriced and about average, but they are filling. I came here with no expectations aside from paying through the nose for average burgers. I ate 2 years ago at Cleatus' chicken - also overpriced - and the chicken was actually pretty good, so at best I'd overpay for some burgers that would be really good. They're not bad, but they're definitely not as good as the price. I personally had the clogger, which was sloppy, but decent enough. None of us felt hungry for the rest of the day, so if anything, they prevented us from spending more money on food later on. My son wanted the little toothpick Krusty flags as a souvenir. The paper in which the burgers and fries came in was too messy to keep. They have beverages and the machines, half of which worked during a busy time. Customers can be slobs, so expect a mess. The cashiers were ok. There's some seats downstairs, but many more upstairs. The place is decorated nicely to resemble the Simpsons' Krusty Burger. I mean, what do you expect for amusement park food? I actually thought the food was okay at best, but definitely not worth $16 for a basic hamburger, $16 for a basic chilli cheese dog, and $15 for a chicken caesar salad that I probably could've made myself. But to be fair, we weren't expecting much and when you're hungry and don't want to go through hoards of people just to eat outside of the park--you do what you gotta do. It's pretty dirty in the seating area and it can be difficult to find a seat. But a plus side is that they play clips of the Simpsons talking about the food you're eating, which is actually kinda entertaining. I'd recommend going outside the park into the CityWalk though to find something more worth the money. read more
