It is always great when you find someone in your hometown who is REALLY good at baking! Erin did our wedding cake and cupcakes for our recent wedding and they just looked and tasted so fantastic. Kuba Kreations beat out every other place we tried (which was a lot bc who doesn't like cake tastings??) and her prices were really reasonable. She created the perfect design for our Chinese Zodiac Fire Horse theme. The cake was moist and full of almond flavor and the artistic decorations were stunning. My husband and I are vegan and at first had decided on a no-frills type of wedding. But as planning went on things started to change. Next thing I knew it was 3 months until the wedding and my soon to be husband decided he wanted a dessert bar. That started my frantic search for a vegan baker in the Temecula area. After contacting a few places that either could not accommodate us or some that just didn't respond we were so lucky to find Erin at Kuba Kreations. She was able to meet with us and provide us with a tasting where we knew at first bite that she would be our wedding baker. Not only were her desserts amazing but she was very thorough in the notes she took and questions she asked. I knew the second I bit into one of the cupcakes at the wedding that she had listened to my suggestions from the tasting. I really appreciated that. And yes, her desserts were AMAZING!! 99% of our guests were not vegan and some had expressed concern over having to eat what they thought would be tasteless desserts. I was so happy that Erin was able to prove them wrong. They LOVED the desserts just as much and my husband and I did! The coordinator at our venue even told me that she and the staff loved the desserts and could not believe they were vegan. When we finally decided how to cut it we discovered how delicious it was!
