Visiting Springfield and stopped in to this little spot for some Korean eats. There is a parking…read morelot with plenty of slots right in front. The inside was dimly lit with tables as you walk in and to the back. There is also an outside seating area. We ordered at the register and our food was brought out to us. The menu is easy to understand, but the staff was able to answer all of our questions and explain different menu items in detail. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I got the Hotstone Bibimbap (suggested by the lady who took my order because it continues to cook when served, making the rice crispy and vegetables hot. I chose white rice topped with bulgogi and spicy shrimp. For sauce, I chose Sesame and Kochi to a little add extra kick. I had the kimchi put to the side. It also came with a miso soup . This whole combination was so delicious. Stayed hot the entire time and was plenty enough to share. The Yaki Soba, which is a noodle dish, was also very flavorful, came out fresh and hot. The Japchae was equally delicious and full of flavor. The sweet potato noodle of this dish was different, but still pretty tastey. I recommend leaving this for the experienced eaters. Lastly, we tried the kimbap. It was a typical kimbap, nothing stood out. Everything came out fresh, cooked to order, and hot. The price for everything was very reasonable. I would dent come again.

When I walked in didn't smell grease , frying smells you would expect from "fried chicken lace" staff owners nice yet when food arrived looked like it was cooked awhile and tasted like it was put in oven warmed up looked like previously frozen Dry and not 1 lick of grease Disappointed and sides of extra sauces tiny thimble sizes along with extracharges Do Not recommend this place Just make your own....

This family-run spot does a great job with authentic Korean-style fried chicken--light, ultra-crispy, and full of flavor without the heavy grease you get at typical American spots. I ordered the half chicken with the sweet & spicy yang nyum sauce, and it was addictive. The skin had that perfect crunch while the meat stayed juicy and tender inside. The sauce hit a nice balance of sweet heat that kept us coming back for more. We also tried the soy garlic and honey butter versions--every piece disappeared quickly. The portions are generous and the prices feel reasonable for the quality. Service was friendly and efficient, even with our bigger group, and the casual no-frills setup made it easy to relax. The only real letdown was the kimchi. It was homemade and fresh, but it wasn't spicy like it should be--missing that signature kick and tang I expect from good Korean kimchi. That took it down a notch for me, especially since everything else delivered. Still, if you're craving real Korean fried chicken while in the Branson area, K Fried Chicken is a solid choice. We left mostly happy and would probably stop again, just maybe skip or ask about adjusting the kimchi next time.

I ordered the Tonkatsu fried pork cutlet thinking it was like traditional ramen with a meat in broth with noodles. This was not that . When it came, it was a tray with steamed rice, miso soup and a beautifully presented Japanese version of a German schnitzel!! I was surprised and after the first bite of the tender, crispy pork, I was sold. It was delicious. It's a nice little restaurant with outstanding service and pleasant atmosphere. This continues to be a repeater for me.

The lighting is dim and intimate and there was music playing at just the right volume. The restaurant was full however I received kind, prompt, and attentive service. I was dining alone, so I decided to sit at the bar which had plenty of available stools. The bartender was friendly and was able to answer my questions about the menu selections. Now for the food.... It was outstanding! I had the Chashu Bun as an appetizer and the Cheeky Ramen as my main. They were both off the chart tasty. Since I was sitting at the bar which is adjacent to the sushi chef station and right outside the kitchen, I saw many delicious looking plates go out. If I lived in Springfield, MO, I would be a regular. Visit this restaurant. You won't regret it!
